This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. All they do is lie. Sent me a motor that was defective, sent it back to them and they sent the same on back instead of a different one like they said, plus are charging me for the shipping on the defective one that they resent. Wish I would have looked at these reviews before making a purchase. Wish you didnt even have to give one star😥

Bought an engine from them. It had a faulty timing chain. The would not pick it up or refund my cost. No attempt was made to honor the warranty. Stay away, far away.

Horrible business! Paid for motor, $1600... motor was bad and they took the core I had. Promised new motor, never got it and they still havent refunded my money! This goes back to September of 2019...Texas should be embarrassed to have this company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They dont even deserve a star. Just a bunch of thieves!

Buyer beware Jason, the guy on the phone, is a liar he b.s. for a week never a straight answer from him then told me it was going to be a complete motor and sent me a long block. I called and of course the run around from Jason. I think they need to get ride of that dude, he was never honest just bad dude. Yes beware of jason he is a con and a lair. I bought a 6.0 from him for 1100$ took him 3 months to ship it when should of been 7 days and when I finally got it and put it on it was knocking hard like pistons broke. HarD knock! Had a 90 day warranty which is no good because that’s how long it took to ship! Do not trust this company or jason they rip people off!

Had to give a 1 star because it wouldnt let me give them zero. I wouldnt let jason take an order for burgers and fries, I tried for over two weeks to get him to send the engine that I had paid for (via credit card of course) and all he would do is dodge most of my phone calls and ignore my emails. When he did respond he would blatantly lie saying that he had sent it out. When pressed to give me a shipping number he simply made up some numbers and then wouldnt respond when confronted about the numbers being fake. Too bad, he could have had a profitable relationship with a very large dealership with stores located in four western states.

WARNING: Jason the Manager is a thief and liar. Never received my $200 refund. Its been 30 days. Stay away from this business. Keeps lying and making excuses. Should be a zero rating forced to give 1 star. STAY AWAY!!!!

I am not sure the 1 star is deserved, it should be a negative 5 stars. I highly recommend not using this place. I only wish I had reviewed the rating prior to purchase. They talk a good game but delivery is not there. Do yourself a favor and move on from here.

By far the worst business I have ever dealt with. Sent a motor out to me that was full of sand and rust. Waited four weeks for another one that looked to be ok had it installed internal bearings are all out of it. Now the fight starts all over with a pathetic cat and mouse game on the phone. Will be getting a lawsuit going as of Friday. Thanks for wasting my time and money!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! We have had nothing but issues with this place and still DO NOT have a working motor which we paid for in August 2019. In August, we purchased a motor and waited for 2 weeks to have the motor delivered. After placing the motor in the truck, it was a bad motor which we removed and asked for a replacement. We had to drive 500 miles round trip to take it back and get another motor which was also bad (locked up and would not even turn by hand). We have had multiple emails, phone calls and 500 miles round trips to try and resolve this issue. They have now promised another motor (all because they have a no refund, just replacement policy) which we still have not received. Jason stated the motor was ready in and would be delivered by 11/14/19 then the next correspondence was it would be delivered 11/16/19. Again, no delivery, so we requested a tracking number as they then said it was gone from their facility and shipped 11/26/19. No tracking number as been provided and as of todays date 12/4/19, we have no tracking number, no motor and no response to numerous emails. I have never been one to complain or even write a bad review, but I will NEVER do business with them again and would warn anyone to avoid them also.All we want is a working motor, which we have paid for in August and for the company to be honest and provide true answers when asked. We have only gotten the runaround, lies and broken promises.

Absolutely the worst thing to do is try to get a motor through here!! My story is similar to every review here!! Ordered a motor was told itll arrive on a Tuesday...come Wednesday no motor still! Called & JASON said it got shipped back to them & they would have to reship it. I asked for a refund & he also said 2-3 days...today is day 7 andino refund. This is horrible!! Almost $900 HE IS A CROOKED MAN!!!!!!

Please read reviews it really does help.Whatever you do dont just buy online without asking them to provide warranty for parts and labor in case part is not working.I was giving an engine not working twice.Had a hell of time getting this engines exchanged. They didnt want to give me my money back. Thanks God I use my Credit Card otherwise I would have taking them to court.I had to provide my credit card co all these paperwork to show they had done wrong.Not honest people!!

This is the worst place ever to do business. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT by anything from them. I purchased a motor back in March received the motor and and it was no good. This guy Jason who always answer the phone lied to me for 3 months that he would be sending a new motor even told me that they would call me to deliver it and I never received the call. Also told me he would refund never did that. He will not let you speak to the owner or give a number. I have him recorded lying to me every time bout sending a new motor. I will leave a review on this page once a week til they no longer have a business or that Jason guy is fired.

Bought 5.7l 350 engine for 1990 GMC c1500 around November 6 sent wrong engine and will not send receipt or send the correct engine. Sent a 5.0 305 engine. Customer service is awful.

Ordered an engine was assured delivery in a few says. Asked for tracking information when ordered engine and was told sure no problem did not recieve tracking until 2 emails were sent. Tracking number did not work. Called shipping company and they assured me the number had nothing attached too it. Called Jason today and asked for refund he said might take 2 or 3 days. Also contacted PayPal and disputed the transaction. Jason is for sure in the wrong line of work and I had better get my money back..Review update for june 12th..still have not recieved my refund and justin just lies...next step will be final step to get my money back before.....

I bought a motor here .. Firtst I asked if it was a motor of a 04 f150 and they said yes.. When motor came mechanic said it was from a 07 expedition ... While still on warranty motor started to fail took it to a mechanic and said the timing belt was bad and I called monterrey and they kept said it was something else did not honor their warranty now im paying over 1000 dollar to repair of a bad timing belt. vert disappointing DOT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I bought a 2000 Dodge Durango motor from them on 12/4/17. My mechanic at O&V put it in. So far Im happy

The worst place I ever been they sold me a bad motor and didnt honor their warranty on the motor.Beware of their bad business practices and their acting like they only speak Spanish aka Willie but to take your money he spoke perfect English pls beware of them.
