I work for caliber collision all the way in Fredrick MD. We where in desperate need for a 2019 Nissan Titan midnight package ( rare to get parts ) I called and a women answered ( sorry I can’t remember your name) BUT awesome service. Most vendors we deal with would make us go through the ringer on returning the parts. Heck our main vender still couldn’t get our credits back from the beginning of the month! And it’s almost the end! You guys rock in a pinch sorry we couldn’t use the light (insurance oem came before this was available ) national back order with no ETA. But will definitely keep u in mind when I need something just to give you buisness! Thanks guys!

A life saver...One of my Mercedes S550 headlights went out and I was pretty much about to pay close to $2,000 in parts and labor to replace the module that went out. I called every Auto Salvage in Houston and just be fire I had giving up one of the Auto Salvages referred me to Park Auto parts!!!😇😇 I called on the phone and Park Auto Parts were very very helpful, with a good old fashion feel that made me jump in my car and head over, once there in person I received the exact same genuine treatment I got when I was on the phone!!! I wont say how much I got the part for, but I will say that I was blessed that day because lord knows I didnt have a lot of money!! Park Auto Parts I genuinely appreciate the blessing!!!

Tried to order headlight over the course of 3 days and 5 phone calls only to find the headlight had damage that wasnt originally advertised. i found out after asking if the headlight was complete. i wouldnt waste any more of my companies time on these people

BUYER BEWARE !!! FIRST OF ALL IT TOOK MORE THAN 2 DAYS TO GET AN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED, THEY CHANGED DELIVERY DATE 2 TIMES!!!! AND WHEN IT FINALLY BECAME TIME TO ACTUALLY PURCHASE THE PART KNOWING THAT MY CUSTOMER ON MY END HAD ALREADY BEEN PROMISED THE MERCHANDISE FOR A SET DATE,THEY SAID THEY WERENT GOING TO SELL ME THE PART BECAUSE MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS WERENT THE SAME !!!!!!I TOLD THEM THEY COULD SHIP IT TO THE BILLING ADDRESS AND THEY REFUSED BECAUSE IT WAS A RED FLAG. IVE BEEN IN BUISNESS FOR 25 YEARS AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS.

I would not buy from this company if I werent forced to by insurance companies.They are very rude over the phone and I have not had pleasant experiences.
