I want to give a huge Thank you to Mr. Trevor Kishbough and his team at CHRISTIAN BROTHERS WEST!They Saved My life, time and energy. They went out of their way to treat me like a Most Valuable Customer at a time that I really needed help. I got a flat tire not far from their shop. When I went there, they offered to put my spare on, when suddenly we realized my spare had become flat as well. Mr.Kishbough went out of his way to call the tire company I used, find out about my warranty, find me a new tire, AND Amazingly, although they were so busy at that time of day, realizing I was stranded, he offered to drive me home, pick up the tire, bring it back, switch it out with mine, and deliver it to my home! I am a retired teacher/ administrator who they couldve easily charged hundreds of dollars when I had little other options, but they were honest, professional, kind and caring. I made an appointment for 11am for an oil change. It was confirmed by text that morning but after checking in I was told it would be an hour wait. Im not sure why they take appointments if theyre not going to honor them. I left without getting my oil changed so I cant review the work. The man who checked me in was very nice so I gave 2 stars.

Yes I use this business just one time and is last time too I’m never be agre with my wife to take our vehicle to this place we have front suspension problem so the they checkout the vehicle they say the frame still damage where the control arm going mounted and need alignment too they telling my wife they do something about it if we let it do the job finally my wife say ok doe they don’t do nothing else just alignment for a lot money I know many good alignment places for only $120 dollars this people charge us $ 330 dollars for one alignment is ridiculous Christian brothers is only 2 words not honesty

Nick is the manager at the CBA location here and is running one hell of an establishment. From over the phone customer service to in person service with his team they are completely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I didnt catch the initial reps name I believe it was Luis but Paul Taylor was hilarious! He has a whit that cannot be found anywhere else by how he engages customers and is a team player. Nick helped me get my information in the system, took down thorough reasons of why I came into their establishment today and ensured that I would leave with knowing exactly what was wrong. That promise was far above fulfilled! Raven was so sweet in putting her tasks for the day on hold and assisting me with a ride back to my job which was 8 or so minutes away. She had great conversation, was relatable and put me at ease that not only was my car in great hands but my life too! She did not multitask while driving and allowed me to direct her which gave me a team vibe from her!I live about 7 mins from their location and they for sure have a loyal customer after this interaction!While my car repairs werent the price Id like to pay as a human, we love to drive our car until the wheels fall off . . I can definitely say that they allowed a few moments for me to review what was wrong by sending a text with the break down prior (without costs listed but pictures taken) then they called and went over things line by line!I appreciated the little time to process the estimate before talking over next steps with them. They were not pushy at all and wanted me to understand how the components of my car worked and what greatest needs should be handled today!Thank yall so much!!!

Well after hearing about a $5000 bill I was hesitant. But the guy on the phone assured me that they would take half down and I could make payments. So imagine my surprise when they tried to keep my car until the 6339.05 was paid. I never agreed to pay that much. Dont get dooped by the crooks calling themselves Christian Brothers. Terrible job guys and Ill be urging others not to get hustled by you crooks.

Very good.... I took my SUV for alignment and ask them to inspect for front suspension because of some noises that I was hearing and they were very honest. All costumer service is very good from the time that you get in there to the time that you get out.All the Bible verses inside the reception were inspiring.Is hard to find honest mechanics now in days and so far.Christian Brothers Automotive have been honest. Great service here. They were incredibly nice and helpful and completed the work quickly. I also love their process. They emailed me pictures of all the issues and their recommendations and I could go online and decline or accept each service. Its super quick and easy. They text you updates throughout the day and have a great uber program to get you to and from work. I highly recommend them!

Went in on 12/18/2019 for a oil change. Great unmatched customers service. I was greeted right away and they got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner. The prices are very reasonable, for the oil change I payed $25 and that came with a four point inspection. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers automotive.

I visited Christian Brothers on West Rd yesterday to get an oil change and vehicle inspection. It was my very 1st visit at any of their locations. The staff was very friendly, the shop was very clean and overall great atmosphere. They were a little busy and the wait was a little over an hour but I had a coupon for a free oil change so I didnt mind the wait. I definitely would recommend them to anyone!

Amazing from the time I called to set my appointment until I was finished. I will always use this location moving forward. Friendly, quick, thoughtful. I was literally blown away by the service that I received. They scheduled my appointment same day. No wait. Each employee checked and made sure I was comfortable with the ac temperature as I waited, offered me water, and fresh fruit. It was raining and they made sure to pull my car up near the door so I wouldn’t get wet.Fantastic job to the whole staff !

We have had great experiences with Christian Brothers through the years. We moved to Hearne in October and drove back to Houston to have Christian Brothers work in our car. Obviously, we highly recommend them. Their customer service is exceptional.

This place is courteous and professional. Was not expecting the free shuttle to and from office. Fruit was nice touch and bottle water. Place is very clean again staff is honest and friendly. I also love the free report they give with all the details. They are not pushy as what needs to be replaced.

Great and friendly staff, honestly I don’t know how they didn’t get annoyed with me seeing as I called them about 15 times. Work was done in a timely manner and I truly have nothing to complain about. I called many shops for quotes and even though the quote at Christian Brothers was a tad higher, the great reviews won me over. After all the work was done I’m happy with decision. Definitely taking my other vehicles back.

This was my first visit here and I have to say I will be going back. Everyone was extremely friendly and Helpful. The waiting area was clean and smelled pleasant. The Christian music playing was enlightening and I loved that the employees said have a blessed day upon the customers departure. I will be returning to this location.

I appreciated the explanation (and pictures) they showed me when going over the services my car needed. They never tried to push unnecessary services down my throat like most auto shops tend to do (especially to females) and I appreciated the free car ride to and from my office while they worked on my car. I was greeted with genuine smiles and hellos from the moment i walked in, rested comfortably on a soft leather couch in a nicely decorated lobby (that did not smell of grease) while I waited to get the results of my car. I have used Christian Brothers several times and they are ALWAYS CONSISTENT with their wonderful service!

I absolutely love this place! I started coming here after they took care of my mother’s car. For starters they’re cheaper than the dealership. They’re also so kind and courteous- they always talk to me like I’m capable of understanding and I’m a big fan of the photos they send so i can see what they see inside my engine. They’re thorough and honest and I feel like a person rather than a dollar sign with them. Just utterly lovely, wonderful service and people! Plus, my 11 year old car is in the best shape of its life because of their care.

I was asked to leave a review here after my visit, so here I am.I came in here earlier this week to check my brakes. A few hours after, they called and told me my rear brakes (drum) needed to be cleaned and adjusted. The quote for this is above $4xx. In addition to this, they also find my camshaft sensor seals needed to be replaced as well with a quoted price at $4xx. These two together would cost me over $900.I was in a shock to find out fixing my normal running car would cost that much so I took my car back for a second opinion. Today I received my car back with both the above issues fixed by a local shop and it only cost me $150. Its 1/6 of what I would end up paying have I stayed with Christian Brothers.I understand business needs to make money but it should be based on honesty and integrity. Especially this place holds a flag of being Christian and you can see signs of God, Love everywhere in their shop. God should feel shameful for them if he ever knows what they are doing.

Love this place. I have only required their services a few times over the years, but every time it is a good experience. This past service was for a check engine light that came on. I stopped by, without an appointment, to have it looked at. I was told I would need to leave it a couple hours to diagnose the issue. As promised they diagnosed the issue and said they would need to order the part, which they have already located. They arranged a car to take me home and my Jeep was ready later that afternoon. They again arranged for a car to pick me up the next morning and I was on my way. Wonderful service with a great attitude, Im not going anywhere else.

The crew at CB really make the anxiety of car repairs way more bearable. They are always so kind and friendly and keep you informed every step of the way. The manager Conley runs a great operation and its apparent his leadership abilities make for a happy, productive place, for both customers and employees. ;)

Christian Brothers on West Rd. is the greatest automotive shop I have ever worked with. John was very attentive, caring and communicated with me wonderfully the entire time my car was in the shop. Although I had a horrible experience with my warranty company, Christian Brothers worked very hard to rectify the situation and make things a little bit better for me. Also a huge thank you to Conley!! I wish I could give you guys 10 stars.

Really nice people but just over priced. I have yet to get service done because every estimate I get I find a way better price elsewhere. I paid $100 to get a water pump replaced while Christian Brothers wanted $350. I paid $30 to get an alignment done while Christian Brothers wanted $100. I cant leave negative feedback because Im sure they do good work but its just premium pricing. If you want to pay more then I guess its a good place to go. There is nothing wrong with that but I rather pay less for the exact same type of work. They were always nice to me though so nothing negative to say.Other comments say similar things such as that Christian Brothers quoted them over $1000 and then they got it fixed elsewhere for $100. So people should be aware of that but if someone wants to pay more then thats up to them. The shop can charge whatever they want. Their reasoning is that they provide a warranty so thats fine. I wouldint pay 3 times the price for a 2 year warranty personally but its just preference. If you have the money then by all means this is probably a good shop.

This was my first time using this company so I was very nervous but Mr Conely kept me informed every step of the way making me feel nothing but the best comfort. This companies experience, for my self, was a amazing and very humbling. There is nothing I dislike more than dealing with my automobile. I understand that many women have a great gift for understanding the workings of a car, but I am not one of them. Often times I find that I am being overcharged or taken advantage of in dealing with auto shops. I don’t live in Jersey Village, but I used to work in the area. I will go out of my way to come to this particular shop because I am treated respectfully and honestly. They have helped me save money and time, and they explain what they are doing Andy why. I highly recommend anyone. Brad is especially helpful!!

I went in for an oil change. I was running a few minutes late but they were still able to fit me in! They checked my whole car and informed me that everything was good and I only needed an air filter. I also witnessed a customer come in upset but the staff stepped in and did everything to make the situation right! Meh, I gave these guys so many chances over the years until I had to make the decision to no longer bring our vehicles here. I had a number of issues with several vehicles but the last straw was them misdiagnosing an oil leak, after checking it 3 times and still getting it wrong. This was confirmed and repaired by another local shop. Unfortunately, I just cant trust them to get it right. There seems to be a lack of knowledge at the tech/mechanic level and a lack of management to compensate. Even when the manager addressed my issues and told me hed make sure they didnt continue to happen, they did. Additionally, these guys arent the cheapest, for the premium they charge, they should be able to get it right.

I was run off the road and blew both passenger tires. Firestone never ran their free alignment check, and I noticed this as I was driving home. One wheel was several degrees off, so my steering wheel was a half turn off, I squealed tires as I made a left turn, and I was worried about where to go. My boyfriend suggested Christian Brothers, and despite having no appointment and dropping off the truck in the early afternoon, they realigned my truck (which was WAY off,) and replaced my upper control arm before five oclock. The staff was helpful, professional, offered us apples and water or coffee, which was very kind, and we never had to wait to be helped. Even the manager came to the desk to help because we would have waited for 30 seconds for another member of their team. They sent out text messages to let me know they were inspecting the truck, then to let me know the parts got in, and lastly to let me know it was done and that I could pick it up. I have never been in a more all-around welcoming atmosphere while getting mechanic work done on my truck. Yes, I have had excellent service in the past, but never one with such clean facilities, and an offer to pick me up to take me back to their shop in their courtesy vehicle! I will definitely recommend Christian Brothers to anyone who needs work done. The fee was decent, but I think the tiny bit extra you pay goes toward you having the confidence the job was done right and with care!-Katie B.

Honest up front prices and AMAZING level of communication from sending estimates then received a text message at each step of the process from parts ordered, parts delivered then vehicle finished I knew exactly what stage my repair was at all times.

From start to finish this team performed outstandingly! Took my little Honda Grom motorcycle in for a state inspection. Was in and out pretty quickly as I was first in line behind a car being inspected. They told me to ride in the parking lot up to 20 mph and demonstrate that the brakes worked. Then a quick safety check of lights and horns and I was done. The state paperwork took longer than the inspection. Of course cars and trucks would take longer. Ill bring my next bike when its due in a few months.

These guys really went over the top to help me get my Tahoe back in shape to be able to pass the state inspection. Stopped in, having no prior experience with this business, to see if they could do my state inspection service without an appointment. A friendly associates quickly greeted me and got started on my paperwork. They offered a courtesy ride in case I did not want to have to wait in the waiting room. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable, so I stayed. The team did the inspection promptly and had me on my way in about 30 minutes. I can’t say enough about how polite, friendly, and professional everyone I interacted with was. I will gladly use them for any future needs. Our neighborhood is so lucky to have this establishment!

I went to Christian Brothers on March 21 with an air conditioner that was blowing warm air. I had been to another mechanic who diagnosed the problem as a shot compressor which needed to be replaced at a cost of $2000. I had received a coupon in the mail for Christian Brothers, so I thought I would get the compressor replaced there. I asked them to check it out and go ahead and replace the compressor at a price that was less than the original mechanic shop. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from Adam telling me that they had found the compressor unplugged, and when they plugged it in, the air conditioner worked fine! I was convinced by the other mechanic that I needed a new compressor and Christian Brothers could have easily taken advantage of me, but they proved themselves to be competent and honest. Adam, the gentleman who drove me home in the courtesy car, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and courteous. I will forever be a customer of this shop and I am telling all my friends my happy story! Thank you all so much.

I came in for a oil change and they did a courtesy check for free. They let me some other things that were wrong. When you walk in you feel welcomed. They offered snacks and drinks for my kid. It was a great experience. We were gonna get the tires rotated but two were bad so they suggested getting new ones before the rotating them. These guys were great. Definitely coming back.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Wifi in the lobby let me get work done, I was offered a ride to work, and my van was ready hours before I thought it would be. I will definitely be coming back!

Originally took my vehicle in to get my front brakes replaced back in February, turned out that I also needed my front rotors replaced too. Excellent/friendly services, price for labor is above fair, but you do get what you pay for in which havent had any issues with them since then. Definitely recommend
