All I can say is wow!!! Jeremy Figueroa did a fantastic job he was sensitive to my situation and genuinely wanted to help. Walked out with 4 new tires at a great price and a new favorite location for my car services. He goes above and beyond, anyone needing great automotive care should come to the Shepard location!!!

In spite of the many closers that Sears is experiencing, this auto center is still operating at full capacity with great service.

I gave them one star because there is no option for 0 stars. I brought my car for alignment and they did not fix the problem. They caused in addition another one which I have to go to the dealership and pay to fix it. They are lucky I am not filing a lawsuit. Don’t ever go there. Not recommended at all!

The mechanic that has been working on my car is Awesome. But the front desk lady i spoke with yesterday did not make me feel like a valued customer. Definitely made me feel like she wanted me to leave. So i did just that. My tires are under warranty so Ill be back.

I took my car for oil change. The black guy at the customer service appeared tire or (lazy), not even say hi nor acknowledge that I was in front of him needing service. I asked for an oil change. He said it may take two to three hours. There were about 6 bay, I saw less than 10 cars parking outside. They are turnining people away because they are lazy. Sears supervisor need to take a look at this place.

The people working here were very friendly and helpful. I brought my car in for new tires and alignment. And even when they found other problems, they worked with me to resolve in a reasonable manner. I did not feel like I was getting scammed as it tends to feel at some auto shops.

Stopped in to see if I could get the nail in my tire fixed. Tech told me (1) it couldnt be patched based on where the nail was and (2) b/c of tire age, Sears would not allow only one tire replacement, but instead all four would have to be replaced. Consulted other knowledgeable persons. Their recommendations dismissed techs statements as mere sales pitch. Shopped around. Took vehicle to an independent shop. Fixed issue for $10.82. Speaks for itself.

The Sears Auto Center near me had closed so had to come out here. Great price, service, and fast. Got my 4 tires installed and an alignment done in about 1.5 hours on a Saturday. Service updated next day on Carfax. Cant beat that. Just wish Sears kept more places in Houston open because this one was kind of far for me.

If it were possible get rid of the rude guy behind the counter(around noon on 18 May 2019). Have come to this Sears automotive for years. Not anymore. They were just wanting us to buy theyre tires for a wheel alignment. We ended up going to a different Sears with no problem.

Better to pay little more and get quality work. All employees including front desk and so tired to look at the customer. They try to avoid you, wondering why sears is going out of business. Never pick up the phone, I made an appointment three times I always get the conformation but the store never got one.

I used to buy all my tires from Sears, Michelins, with the road hazard warranty. They dont offer the road hazard warranty anymore, so Ill look elsewhere for tires. I definitely need the road hazard warranty living in Houston. Bye Sears

Save yourself a huge headache and head to Discount Tire if you need tires. I dropped my truck off at 11:00 on Monday, I stressed the importance of me needing to be out of there within 2 hours bc I had head out of town for work. She said only 1 person is ahead of me and Id be fine. 5 hours later, my truck was almost done (just replacing 4 tires, maybe a 5 min job for one guy). I tried to pay but their chip reader wasnt operating right. They had no other option for payment. They couldnt punch my CC into their computer (never heard of a company not being able to do that). They then took the new tires OFF the truck and I had to leave empty handed. Wasted 5 hours of my time and they werent even phased by it. Theyre just punching a clock over there, they couldnt care any less of their customers. While I was there, I noticed every other customer there was extremely annoyed with their service as well.

We tend to forget the basics since we are always in a hurry. For our cars, we tend not to check the batteries, tiers and etc. we do not pay that much attention. This store always have almost everything in stock, add to it the service is fast. Like us here in Okey Dokey Locksmith, our goal is to provide fast service and as much as possible to we do everything for our customers.

I came here because I had 2 Sams Club Locations say that they cant remove a battery from a Chevy Pickup Truck .Time wasted there drive out wouldve been$164.33, Still waiting on Credit back on my card.Sears $158.99Really One the Top 5 vehicles in the country ? Whats up Sams ?

TWO-HOUR OIL CHANGE:I made an appointment for 11 a.m. for an oil change. I arrived 10 minutes early at 10:50 a.m. There werent any cars in the garage and there werent any other customers. I stood at the counter while Ben continued to make two phone calls before asking how he could help me. I told him I had an appointment. At about 11:15 am. (25 minutes later) he took my keys and told me it would be about a 45-minute wait. Then, 45 minutes later, at 12 p.m., I asked another associate if my vehicle was still being worked on. By this time, the garage had filled up with cars in nearly every slot. The employee responded rudely with, Well do you see it in there? I told him I could not see if mine was still in there. He then came back and just said, Its still lifted. After I had waited double the wait time I was originally told, I asked about my car again. Ben was back now and told me the car was ready but they had just been waiting for someone to bring it out. He apologized for the wait. I was at the Sears Auto Center for TWO HOURS for a simple oil change. Big mistake. This was the second time this garage has made me wait a ridiculously long wait time in the last couple years. Im done with them and spreading the word!

Got a great Groupon for an alignment. Went in today early because they stated the day before that it would take a little while if I came in mid-day. I was in and out in just over an hour just like they stated. Thanks guys!!

The Manager literally went an extra mile to serve me. He travel to other Sears to find the fuel system machine, because I requested for fuel system cleans. I am very very pleased with his service, they even gave me some tips for future reference. I appreciate the outstanding service of Manager in charge. I recommend Sears not only for the service. But on there competitive pricing for a fuel system cleans for $89.00 and free XM Radio really nice doesnt feel youre ripped off like at a dealership. Dealership are so overpriced for the same service youre looking at $300 bill. Excellent Service over all guys and Thank You. God bless.

I knew they were overpriced and incompetent. I just learned they are also liars! They said both the front and the back alignment needed adjustment and refused to give me a report. I took my car to another shop where they gave me a report showing my tires are in alignment.

I want to support Sears because I want them to remain in business. I needed a battery for my car. Sears didnt have one in stock and couldnt tell me when they might have one.

One of the best Sears Auto Centers in town. Same mechanics there for years and everything always in stock from batteries to wiper blades.

Arrive 30mi before closing but they couldnt service me bc 3 tickets were ahead of me. However only 2/9 cars were in the garage ports. Makes you wonder why sears is going out of business.

Came into the shop today and a white Male came out of the office and very rudely said it wasnt opening time and that wasnt a parking space .... no wonder Sears has so many bad reviews ...🤔 maybe if they had better customer service

The prices here are outrageous. I walked in a few times out of pure boredom, just putzing around. No. I suggest that you just go to Walmart a mile away.

I had a 11:00am appointment for two tire car is just seating here no one is working on it. Why make an appointment if the are not going to work on your car. Renimd me of a doctors appointment.

Disappointed. Did the request repairs for an alignment and taken in today. No alignment was done and the car is still loose.

Service was rude. The tire guy seemingly doesnt know where the spare tires go on SUVs these days so he just threw it in the back.

This place piss me off badly had the lady come out to check my problem and the nut was strip badly and her remark was was What her guys suppose to do like really thats what they get paid for never ever again the guys guys down the street was able to take it off no problem

Two hours for an oil change with an appointment, could have bought a filter and replacement oil and done this in the parking lot in less than an hour.
