I had an aftermarket sunroof from 1998 that finally went out along with the driver side window. I took it to a local shop that ended up taking about a month to only make it worse and tell me that the window couldnt be fixed. THEN I took it to the Sunroof King. He installed a brand new sunroof, did an excellent job on the headliner and fixed my driver window...all within a week! Not only does the sunroof work flawlessly but it also fixed the howling wind noise that the old sunroof had. The inside of my car is quiet enough to have a conversation in. The cherry on top is that when I brought my car in, I knew the passenger side clip that holds the visor was broken and I expected to get it back that way...BUT the Sunroof King even replaced that! Its a small thing but it speaks volume about his attention to detail and doing the job right! I highly recommend the Sunroof King and completely trust my vehicle with him and his shop.

The sunroof works very well. No leaks and it operates very smoothly. Rany and his crew did a great job and the work was done sooner than i was told. Being we only only have one vehicle, he arranged for a ride to take me home and pick me up to get our Buick. Ill take it back whenever needed for other work.

Shady operation. I see multiple complaints above with the same interaction. Rude and hung up on me twice when I asked why his website advertised 50% less than a dealership repair for broken sunroof. Cant be trusted based on basic customer service skills over the phone that didnt exist.

The Sunroof King!!! This is by far the best customer service and organization Ive experienced in a very long time. Their prices are extremely affordable., their service was very quick and precise, and they were very accommodating and welcoming.I live in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. I searched all over my area for someone to repair my Nissan Maximum 2017 Panoramic Roof (which previously exploded for no reason). I even went to the Nissan dealership. The prices were completely ridiculous, and the time to repair was even more outrageous.In all, I found the Sunroof King online, called and let them know my car info. They said they had my Sunroof in stock and to come in on Monday. So, I drove (4am) on Monday morning from Fort Worth Texas to Houston. Got to Sunroof King around 8:15. They were done about 9:15.My Sunroof looks brand new and is fully functional.Thanks again guys!!!!

Called to discuss my sunroof repair on a ford f150. Person that answered the phone was rude, didnt speak very good english and refused to answer any questions about the repair. The only thing he did manage to say was that the cost would start at $795. I would no way allow someone to rip out my headliner and fix my sunroof with the the customer service skills this company has. I will look elsewhere and recommend that you do also. BTW, this person ended the call by hanging-up on me. The phone connection was fine. They were just rude.

BAIT & SWITCH ADVERTISING. Their website is really convincing! They were the first ones I called for a real quote. They texted me $65/hr to reattach sagging fabric (mine is sagging) and $200 for a full replacement on a vehicle without a sunroof (mine doesn’t have one). I get there and the price is immediately $250. They swear they’re the cheapest in town when they’re really the 3rd highest out of the literal other 22 places who quoted me.

If I could put zero stars I would. First of the guy was rude by interrupting me while I was trying to talk. Second of all, I was quoted one thing and then told something else when I got to place. Third of all, I might have understood if he wasnt getting hostile with me like he was the one being told different stuff. I wouldnt recommend to anyone!

Person on the line was rude to my father. My father had called for a replacement on a Mercedes sunroof and the person over the line would not answer any questions whatsoever. Then my father decided to call again after being hung up on, and the same guy answered and said “Put your car on speaker and I will fix it for you” sarcastically. He then texted him saying “I’m blocking you” TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE, THEY ARE RUDE.

I called them because my driver window was stuck. He had me come in ana I was completely done in about 2hrs. Fixed that motor and u was in my way.

After settling my issue with them in a kind way. These people became like family and treated me as on of their own. Ramsey is a awesome person who will will go above and beyond to help you if treated as you would want to be treated. I highly recommend them and may have other repairs done later on.

Very rude owner and expensive place.

I drove down from Austin and set an appointment with Ramy for noonfor my F250 sunroof. This was after my Austin area Ford dealer had my truck in the shop for >30 days and still had not done the work to repair my sunroof because they were backed up. Ramy did a great job and got my truck sunroof repaired by 5pm the same day, for half the cost as Ford qouted me. Great work, and great customer service.Thank you!

Sunroof King charged me $175 before they even touched my 2008 Buick Enclave just to do an estimate for a sunroof that would not close. They said they needed 2 hrs. To remove headliner to access electric motor and to diagnose even after I told them the motor was accessible without taking down entire headliner. After removing motor and The Control module they showed me water damage and gave me an estimate of an additional $531. For what? The bad parts had already been removed for which the initial $175 was for that labor cost. I had already priced the motor for maybe $150-200. What was all the extra cost for. I ended up just getting them to close it. More like RIPOFF KING!

They will quote you a price you will like to hear over the phone, once you arrive to the place to drop off the vehicle they will charge up to $1,650-$1,750. The guy said I would be ending up paying $2,000. I work at a business of cars were we fix them. This was my first time trying this place and could of sent a lot of my business to this place or even refer customer to this place . But since my experience didn’t go well I would NEVER refer no one to this place .

I called him Monday morning and described the problem with my F150 sunroof. He said Welcome to the F150 club. He confirmed what all my research had already told me: There is a plastic part on the track that is easily broken over time along with the frame itself. The prices I was seeing online from dealers were 2000-2200 for a proper fix and it would take a few days to order the parts. He told me he had the parts and based on my description he suspected that both the frame and the track needed to be replaced and quoted 700 or 925 depending on if it were only the track or both the track and frame. In my case, unfortunately is was both. BUT... it was just as he said. No surprises. The only surprise was how quick it was! I called at 8:30am. Dropped off at 10:15 am. And picked up a perfectly functioning truck at 2:15pm. Great job! Thank you!

Last Thursday morning, I left my car at the shop to replace my cracked sunroof and to fix the motor, so that I could actually use it during hot days. The owner informed me that my car would be ready for pick up in the afternoon, but as time passed I did not receive any calls from the shop. So, I called them instead. Over the phone, the mechanic quoted me $400 just to fix the sunroof motor (mind you, I paid over $300 to replace the cracked glass). I was annoyed, but I agreed to getting the repair done.I received a call (45 minutes before the shop closed) that my car was ready to be picked up. Thankfully, I wasnt far and made it there with five minutes to spare. Upon entering the office, Ramy greeted me with the receipt for the sunroof repair without verifying that my sunroof was fixed first. So I took the initiative and said, I need to see my car first before I make a payment. I followed him to my car and watched as he sat in my driver seat; fumbling with the sunroof controls. The repair was not done at all! I was so upset and disgusted. I felt like he tried to con me into paying for a repair that wasnt even performed. Obviously, I did not give anyone $400, and if I could go back in time I would rip that receipt into tiny little pieces all over his office desk! I tried to support a local business, but I truly regret bringing my car here. Please take heed to my experience.

Truly the King of sunroofs. Mine had started to whistle at highway speeds, very annoying.. Ramy told me I didnt need anything but an adjustment. About an hour later I drove away with a quiet sunroof for very reasonable price.

So when I went in sunroof king I met up with Johnny, who was super cool by the way, who showed me the options I have available to fix my 2018 Ford F-150 Panarmic sunroof that was out of factory warranty that my ford dealer couldn’t fix after one week & $3378 asking for repair it was hilarious price of course ! . He was not pushy or trying to upsell me anything. He was straight up which makes fixing my sunroof super easy/comfortable. Best place to go and get your car fixed my 2013 hyundai veloster had issue with a sunroof completed the job in a day next job is my another cars windshield with them.

I was very much impressed with the efficiency of the expert mechanics at Sunroof King. I showed up with a cracked sunroof of my vehicle, all into pieces, its chunks stuck in between the seat corners and simply all messed up. I was really worried how all this is going to be cleaned up. And to my surprise I just cannot explain the way; professionals out there handled the stuff. The security, the cleanliness and the technical equipment they used were just remarkable. I was pleased to get it done from them.

My sunroof had completely stopped working, and to my understanding, this guy, Ramy, was supposed to repair it with completely new parts. Well, when I got it back, it was back working, but none of the parts had been replaced. It was working, while doing the same malfunctioning thing that it used to do before it originally stopped working. Plus, it was still leaking. I brought it back to him, only to repair the leak, and with a nasty attitude, Ramy assured me that it was not leaking. Since then, every time it rains, my newly replaced carpet is soaked, and the water is clearly coming from the sunroof. I will never recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off going to a dealership and allowing them to rob you blind. At least it’ll be done right.

I brought my leaking SUV in Sunroof King and they just repaired it the very same day. I would not name that place where I parked it earlier for repairing but would mention the pathetic experience I had there. They kept my vehicle parked in the place for four days and everyday when I approached to make it sooner, they were really bad with their words. I had a devastating experience out there. Ramy’s garage was recommended to me by a friend when I first moved to Houston back in 2014 and I needed my windshield replaced in my Ford Focus. Spoke to Owner (Ramy) over the phone yesterday, regarding sunroof issue. Ramy told me it would be a free estimate. When I arrived today, he told me (over the phone)it would be $95 and to leave my vehicle and UBER home. I thought he was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Point.... Be HONEST...If theres a charge to diagnose the issue, say that... That part is FREE...

Met ramy,seemed to be a nice guy, took my vehicle to get my sunroof fixed.the problem was he made me pay up front before diagnosis of problem. on the phone he said could cost between $600 and $900 dollars. before they even looked at it, i had to pay upfront of, $1000.00 dollars.it is not what he said over the phone, he said over phone he would diagnose it first.his mechanic did fix my sunroof and in fast time about two hours.that was good. but his practices are bad. he lied to me over the phone about price.also he should have changed the old sunroof motor for that price.but he left the old motor in. he also said he gives a one year (guarantee -warranty .that if it leaks or malfunctions he will fix it.but its nowhere on the paper work. granted his mechanic fixed my problem,but ramys tactics of an owner is skeptical at best. bad business practices.BUT MOST MECHANICS ARE LIARS AND CROOKS. Take a look at his Yelp reviews. Hes a stereotypical crooked mechanic. I had a broken sunroof. I even already bought the glass already. On the phone, told me it would cost $120 to fix. When I got there, he told me it would cost $500. $50 for an additional part and $450 in labor. 2 hours of labor for $450? Ridiculous. He couldnt even find the part when I asked him to show it to me. Dont go here.

I went to Sunroof King to get my corolla’s sunroof repaired. The leakage had actually caused the mess. Before I came across this proficient name in the place, there is literally no count of the repairers I went to in order to get it repaired. Sadly nobody could fix the issue from the root. Finally one of my friends suggested me to get it done from Sunroof King. And I must say I was cursing myself for not being acquainted with such a popular name in the market. You were just awesome in your work. It has been more than 6 months and since that day I never experienced the same problem with my sunroof.

I came into Ramys shop to have my sunroof repaired and was greeted cordially by Ramy. Initially, I was going to have them install a new one but I wasnt ready to part with that amount of money today. So he asked if I wanted it repaired or he could close it for a respectable fee. Long story short he closed it for FREE and I went on by my merry way. Thank you Ramy and Kim (store mgr) I will be back to have it replaced and afterwards hopefully I can give you that five star rating for work rendered! This 5 star rating is for your customer service. This place is a rip-off. They wanna charge me $375 dollars just to remove The headliner to find out what the problem was after I clearly told the guy that it needs a new tracks from what the dealer diagnosis and from my experience been a mechanic. And also was told that migh run me another $600 for parts and labor. REALLY? Go F*** yourself cause I did it myself for under $140 for parts. DO NOT let them rip you off. Again $1000 to replace the bent tracks. SMh.

My sunroof window got stuck open the day it snowed here in Houston, so instead of fixing it myself I brought it in Ramys Garage/Sunroof King for some help. He told me he will try to fix it for $250 dollars, but hes not sure if hell be able to get it working again. In that case he told me hed still charge the $250 and he would just close the sunroof OR I could pay an additional $540 for a new sunroof. I got a call saying he couldnt fix it and asked again if I wanted to pay the additional $540 for a new set up to get it working again, I declined.When I returned to retrieve my vehicle, the back end of the liner was so dirty it looked like it was dipped it in a puddle, the liner was creased near the driver side, and my Bluetooth microphone I installed is missing.I understand its a delicate job to fix a sunroof, however if you arent able to fix it Id expect them to keep it clean and put everything back together properly. It was a careless one star job that left me feeling ripped off.

Called them and was told to come in for a free estimate. When I got there he told me that everyone that told me what was wrong did not know what they were talking about and that is would be $345 to find out what it would take to repair it. So much for free repair. Went to Texas Auto Trim and had it repaired for considerably less!
