Texas Auto Trim did an absolutely immaculate job on my 2020 Audi S5. They completed a stunning blackout package with orange accents and were extremely responsive to all of my questions. I loved their work so much I even went there to replace my tires for new Michelin Pilot Sport 4s. I recommend this shop to you just like I recommend it to all of my family and friends.

Maybe if you want custom colors of a standard design, they can do that. If you want an actual custom design, forget it. First, I asked for leather wrapped steering wheel. He quoted $450. I got a quote somewhere else for $300. I asked for a custom spoiler. They advertise that on their website. I said I did not want a stock spoiler. He shows me a picture of a stock spoiler and asks me if I want that. I said I specifically wanted something not stock, sportier. He said he couldn’t help me. Despite what their website says. I said I wanted custom rear headrests, somewhat like some Camry’s have. I said I did not want stock. I described what I wanted. He shows me a picture of stock headrests. Do you like even listen???? I said no, I wanted what I described and drew a sketch. He couldn’t seem to get it and said I should take a picture of something like what I wanted. Forget it, I will go somewhere they actually listens to what you say you want and can actually do real custom design. If I wanted stock, why would I even be there??? So totally lame!

Leveling kit on 2021 F-150 love the way it looks and how fast they worked on the truck. 1,500 complementary check with alignment!!! C’mon Thai place it’s definitely setting a new standard. If you can go past the so,so service of the front desk lady! Then do yourself a favor and have this professionals to do your upgrades. Very satisfied.

THESE GUYS ARE PROS! Did it all - changed my cloth interior to leather, some color wrapping & some painting. My brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson looked good, but had no dazzle, no excitement. They guided me through color selections and recommendations for my suv. It only had 500 miles on it when I left it with them, and I am so happy that I accepted their guidance. My suv now looks terrific!! I have had multiple people stop me in parking lots and traffic lights to compliment the appearance, both inside and out. The prices were fair, and the work was completed as promised. Very, very satisfied!

I have a previous generation Lexus ES 350 which was looking a bit dated. But it has very low mileage so I hated the though of parting with it. Danny at Texas Auto Trim explained that he could make it a Born Again Car He explained that he would darken the chrome areas and boy did it make a difference!I could honestly NOT recognize my car when I went to pick it up....I keep on getting compliments all the time! Great job!

After taking my 2003 BMW 325CI to three different places without any luck of getting the convertible top fixed. One place even told me my top was trashed and I needed to replace the whole thing for $10,000. Texas Auto Trim was my last hope. I dropped it off and within 2 hours not only had they looked at the convertible top, they had it fixed! I was complete shocked and surprised when they called to tell me it was fixed and good to go. Im so very pleased with their work and the reasonable prices they charge. The issue? A blown fuse.

They installed Katzkin cooled and heated leather seats. The cooling doesn’t work at all. They shrugged and said not their problem and if I want my vehicle I’d have to sign their work order. Now I’m working with another shop to correct whatever it is they screwed up. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. It’s also dirty, gross and in a horrible neighborhood.

Was referred here by our car deal to have my wifes wheels powdercoated. The entire experience was seemless and the end results came out fantastic.

If you want your vehicle to be wrapped in reflective purple chrome, Texas Trim can do it flawlessly. One caveat, though: this process, though beautiful, isnt going to like being scraped against the wall in the BK drive-thru.

I went to Texas Auto Trim to get Katzkin Leather Seats installed. The appearance and quality of the leather installed is great and I would like to first commend them for their excellent work on the leather installation. There was one minor issue but Angel, the shop manager, did an exceptional job ensuring that this was taken care of.

I can’t get over how much of a great job they did on my sunroof installation on my Ford Explorer. They had it done from one day to the next! I talked to Jose and he is so great! Gave me a great price and even stayed a little after they closed to make sure I’d have my car and show me how it works!!

Poorly done car wrapping. The vinyl lifts, burns in the sun, bubbles. Takes a long time to get your car wrapped if you aren’t considered “rich” or high priority. Vehicles and bikes have taken 6+ months to get finished. I have also heard rumors of management taking cars for joyriding. Go at your own risk.

Excellent product and service. I have a 2003 Honda Accord with factory leather seats destroyed by flooding during Hurricane Harvey, and I purchased the Katzkin replacement seats. They are an exact color match and pattern, and make the car look new again! I dealt with Jose Cornejo who showed me the product, figured the cost, informed me of the time it would take, and then delivered what he stated!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I believe the woman i dealt with said her name was Nancy. She was a nightmare and should be fired IMMEDIATELY. If you want more business then you should probably get rid of her, she will be the reason you all lose business and good clients.

After finding Texas Auto Trim via a google search, I decided to call. I spoke to Jose about replacing my carpet in my Chevy Equinox.He quoted a price which was lower than every other shop I called. The installation of the carpet is amazing. The quality is much better than the factory carpet. Im so glad I found this shop.

These fine folks replaced the top on my wifes BMW 325i convertible, and did an excellent job, for less than most other places estimated. While I was there I watched them wrapping two cars, and I was able to get up close while they explained what was being done (the guys were showing off, but I had never seen a wrap before). It was amazing to me how detailed that work had to be to cover all the oddly shaped places on the vehicles. If you need a trim shop, drop by and ask for Curtis Boehm to assess your needs. They could have replaced more stuff Im sure, like the other shops said I really needed to, so I think they dealt with me fairly.

I went there for an estimate and they are the best in Houston for what they do. Im a veteran on a fixed income and didnt know if I could afford to have my sunroof repaired based on the estimates i got from other locations. When I told them I was a veteran they gave me a discount and Im not talking about your average 5% or 10%. I had a honest and good feeling as soon as I walked through the door! THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR EVERYONE. ESPECIALLY VETERANS.... CHECK THEIR SITE OUT...

I have been using Texas Auto Trim for several years. The 1st time I had a tear on my leather seat of a 2006 Acura MDX. They completely redid the entire leather seat and matched the rest of the original leather perfectly. My 2007 original factory sunroof had a leak last week. Texas Auto Trim fixed it and the price was much cheaper than other places i called.Highly recommend them!

This is how you do business! My convertibles headliner had a broken strap such that it had pulled away from the metal of the convertible top. I let Texas Auto Trim take a look at it. They said they could fix it in 30 minutes. When they brought it back around in 20 minutes, I asked what I owed them. Nothing was the response. And, the fix looks great and convertible top operates without the headliner bunching. Believe me, future customer right here!

If I could give Texas Auto Trim a zero I would. They are unprofessional, unreliable and their work is extremely sloppy. They could care less about their customers and their vehicles. I purchased a brand new 2016 F150 Platinum from Joe Myers Ford (great dealership) and they sent it to TAT for a 7 ReadyLift 22x12 Fuel Forged on Toyo 35s and Rigid rock lights. When I got the truck back the alignment was so bad I couldnt drive in a straight line and to turn to the right I had to use both hands as it felt it had no power steering. So I sent it back. Issue was partially fixed. Then I had a harsh sound coming from my rear end which I had to take in again and once again they checked the alignment. Then one of the brackets for the steering stabilizer broke and they blamed it on the manufacturer and were considering charging me. Every time my truck was there for at least 3 days. This last time for the bracket they returned my truck with a ding on the aluminum trim inside, along with 2 nails on my right rear tire (which costs 500 each) that has only 10k miles on. The only reason I realized it was because my tire pressure was low (25 instead of 45) when I picked my truck up. I went home put more air in it and it wouldnt hold, thats when I decided to check and saw a nail on either side of my tire. Keep in mind this has happened in less than a year and my truck is yet to have a correct alignment and steering. Also keep in mind the ding, scratches on the inside door trim that says platinum, a pack of cigarretes inside and there is NO smoking in my vehicle, phones hooked up to Bluetooth by the employees as well as my truck being returned with less than 1/4 tank when it was droped off with 3/4 (its a 35 gallon tank). So if you want ANY work done to whatever vehicle you drive, this should be the absolute last place in the continental United States you should take you vehicle to. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
