Spent too much money for a dollar store, but items were much needed and hard to find in other dollar stores.

First time here I needed 10 inch deep round pan call day before was the only place that had them. Also the price was really cheap. Owner really nice and helpful. I was able to buy a box. A lot disposable aluminum pans at at discounted price. Worth going 40 minutes away.

Not everything is a dollar, if anything at all. Prices aren’t visibly marked on all items. I go for the mere convenience of it being close to home/work. Good customer service and large variety of party decor, piñatas and school supplies.

I normally dont shop in dollar city but was looking for one thing real quick. Ended finding something in clearance that I wanted to purchase. The staff was unable to complete the transaction. As they have no protocol for items without a box. I try to help and ask can u ask management? As I want to purchase and its in clearance area. Which could have used some attention. However, I ended leaving without the item and wont be back. The kids working the counter were decent enough but could have been a little bit more helpful. I dont blame them as they only do what they know. Also, hard to get into and hard to get out of due to location. I wanted some vday items for my office. I was unable to tell what was what price. Maybe it was just one of those days.

Was super happy they had the Tarrito lollipops that I wanted. $4.99 is the price. So 2bags for $10.85 wasnt a bad price seeing as on amazon they are $8.99 per bag.10/10 would recommend. Not sure of the staff. The cashier seemed nice but I didnt need help. The store was well layed out and everything was easy to find. Not everything is a dollar, but its a discount shop not a 99c or everything a dollar shop. Its called Dollar city plus. Meaning some things may be marked as low as a dollar. Will forsure go back for candy at least.

I had great customer service from the staff! Very professional and courteous. Thank you for that, but there was a radio on a shelf in line playing Bruno Mars at an unfavorable volume and the song that was on had him singing the f word often. This didnt seem to bother any of you seeing as it was also on the last time i was there 2 days ago. There was a child over there hearing all the lyrics as well. The very act of playing filth without regard to who has to hear it is actually the opposite of professional and courteous, but Im changing my rating in good faith that youll do the right thing and fix this problem... because it IS a problem that needs to be fixed.

So I drove 30 minutes to come get a tv stand that was a good price posted on their website (cj tech tv mount 32-62 tv). I get there and its for sale for $45.99! I showed them their own website saying $19.99 and they wouldnt honor it but only said come back during the week and talk with the manager. Sorry but Im not driving another 30 minutes to come back here you should have at least called to ask them.

Store seems a little cluttered as most dollar stores are. I come here mostly for balloons for different occasions which are actually $1. Staff 8s friendly, but no cards can be used if you spend less than $5. I come here less because of this.

Staff was kind. However, a few items were priced at more than say a regular dollar store. Their inventory was somewhat different, and something that they said online they had - they did not have. I would say the better items to get from this store would be office supplies; home cleaners; and a nice selection of gift wrapping, etc.

They need to get it together. Went to pick up my Wish app items at this location and they magically lost them and unapologetically told me theres nothing they can do but notify Wish to give me a refund even though Ive been waiting weeks for these items already. Thanks 👌 🗑

IT is near my home, you can find almost everything here and save money, but all the time one cashier is here and you can wait for some minutes when you want to pay.

They have a huge assortment of things necessary for the home but also for arts and crafts, automotive, home decor, cleaning, and party supplies. To name a few things. Everyone is always polite.

Typical dollar store. I want her to get a couple of items that I needed. The line was long when I was there, and there was only one register open. I was able to find some water really cheap and this is a good location if you don’t want to spend too much money on little things to buy around the house. I highly recommend.

Dollar City Plus is a very nice store and has items for the house, party items, toys, cleaning supplies. The Workers are polite, helpful and willing to answer questions if you ask. I go to this store a lot and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!😊

Not everything here is a dollar. However they have lots of great stuff such as kitchen tools the provide a wall of Kitchen tools. You can find small things for weddings here also like decorations and serving trays. Great place to check out if you have time to wonder around.

I went inside with my kids to grab some snacks and had to wait 20min while balloons were being blown up. It would be nice if they had a second line. The cashier was nice though.

They fill balloons you bring for less than any business around that area through Jersey Village! Also the most friendly with loads of useful items!

This is the second time I’ve been to this store and if I would’ve grabbed enough items for my sons project I wouldn’t have come back here because of the bad customer service the cashier had. And now that I came back to try and get more, there wasn’t any of what I needed.My biggest complaint is that I came early and waited for the store to open at 9. I saw somebody walk in so I wanted to give them time to settle in. I tried to go in a few minutes later and door was still locked. So I waited a little more, now it’s 9:05 and the door is still locked so I stood in front of the door this time and actually saw a girl standing at the register. She peeked over at the door and went back to whatever she was doing. Excuse me honey if you have opening duties you need to get there earlier not have doors still locked after opening hours. And to make the experience worse there is a $5 minimum to use a card. This usually wouldn’t have bothered me but considering the annoyance and inconsiderate act of wasting customers time having to wait outside, now I have to find things to buy that I don’t need or want to make this purchase. I’ll go to Walgreens next time. At least they’ll be open on time.

Im giving it four stars because things here dont cost a dollar. They cost a lot more. Theres a bunch of things here that cost five or six dollars.I guess that allows for things that are a little bit more quality but still....not really a dollar store huh...

This is my favorite dollar store! And they have helium that doesnt cost an arm and a leg. Geneva helped me and was a great! I didnt feel rushed and she had a smile the entire time while answering my questions. Thanks for that.

I went in for some teacher supplies for my classroom and asked for some thick eraser pens for my students that I have purchased there before and the owner is ordering them for me since they do not have them in stock. I was able to also receive a teacher discount

If I could give 10 stars I would, with that being said today I had a complete melt down after locking my keys in my car... The women working the front counter today 01/20/19 Was a complete ANGEL! Not only did she allow me to stand in the store while I waited for a locksmith, she tried calling a friend that does that type of work as well to help my situation. I was so frustrated I began to cry she offered tissue and donuts lol and juice anything to cheer me up and it worked!! I didn’t get her name but you know who you are THANK YOU! It’s people like you that gives me hope for humanity.

I Came today to store this Store &was treated very very rudely by both of the cashier hispanic a younger and older mid age women. The merchandise is great the Customer Service not so much. This isnt the first time Ive came here and the cashiers look upset to and in a terrible mood. I smiled at them and they still frown. I suppose ill just go else where instead.
