I had an experience very similar to one of the previous reviewers.I received the balloon flight as a gift. You have a years time to complete your flight from the time you pay in full. I found out later that it was over $600 that my friend spent on me.Four times during the one year period I had the flight scheduled. Once I had to cancel due to my schedule, and the other three they canceled it due to weather. Safety is important, however, they canceled the night before, and the weather was always nice the next day. They need a little work on that.My work schedule is very busy, and it was very difficult to schedule a time with them, as they never seem to have their schedule book with them when you call. They are not very good at returning calls either. They make you feel like you are an inconvenience for wanting to collect what you paid for.A year can go by pretty quickly when you schedule a time a couple months in advance, and then they cancel the night before the flight. Then you have to reschedule to do it in another couple months, which may also get canceled.They did offer a one year extension for $75, however, very shortly after my certificates expiration I moved out of state. I feel it would have been very awkward having to fly with this guy after how rude he was.Overall I am very disappointed with their service, their attitude, and their business practices.

The original price paid was $675 which they say they are under no obligation to refund in any way and even made legal threats to me if I reported on this. They did offer to extend this offer for another year for an additional $75. Each time my wife has called it has always taken numerous attempts and many messages to get any response. It is a rare occasion when we have actually been able to make human contact. From December 9th 2011 prior to today 31 October 2012 they have only actually returned about 3 calls with an unlimited number of excuses of why they can’t do it this week, but call again later. None of the returned calls was ever to schedule an actual flight or even suggest when it could be done in the future. If you can’t schedule a tentative date within a 28 day period and adjust as necessary for weather conditions within that period then you are not conducting business in a reputable manner. This tentative scheduling was attempted on numerous occasions 28 days prior to the 28 day window. This was for any day within that 28 day period. One of the most recent excuses was we only asked for weekends (we never asked for weekends). This was only another excuse to justify in their minds the difficulty in scheduling. So anyone wanting weekends, 10 months is not enough time for them to schedule. With all of the phone calls since December 9th 2011 an actual flight has never been scheduled! It is of no surprise they are not BBB accredited. On their customer service, Rude is an understatement!

Wow, I regret calling these people. They act like you are the enemy when you call them. I just wanted some simple information but the guy on the phone acts like a complete a-hole. I cant believe these people can actually stay in business treating people like that. I would steer clear of these guys.
