They were amazing... In the middle of chaos they were well prepared. They held a lot of stock being able to supply the need of the community. They were well staffed too who were amazing, friendly and super polite. They were joking with the clients and making such a difficult situation a bit better.Need to say as well that prices were reasonable and cheaper than the big name companies!I am going to not only go there from this point on but also recommend to anyone who will hear my opinion out.Thank you and congratulations for such an amazing local business!

The counter guy showed me 3 different faucet items that I could use, BIG HELP. I chose the item I liked and I bought 2 of them. He got me both of them and at a great price. Awesome customer service.

They were OK bought a tube faucet the guy didnt tell me I needed added pieces had to go back a second time was very inconvenient for me. Get home none of it fit will be returning all tomorrow but I must say better than home depot or loes people are nice will go theyre again.

Place was busy when I went in with all registers being used. So I was sent to the back room where a guy helped me. He knew the 40-year shower parts before I even told him what it was. He guessed that they didnt have the parts I needed, but went to check the stock room anyway. When they didnt have it, he sent me across town to his competitor that did have the parts in stock. I very much appreciate them doing that and saving me from having to order a complete replacement.

They give cheaper price on the phone and when you go there, increase price 10-20 percent depending on customer.be careful.that was on Fm 529 shop.Returns are headache too.

Apparently two and four years ago, Texas Plumbing Supply had some customer service issues. There is a new President and two new Directors there now that are 100% customer service oriented. We see our salesman weekly, whether we are ordering material or not. The President takes calls and replies to emails promptly, which I cant say for many large supply houses. Texas Plumbing Supply is growing and expanding into other markets which takes a lot of time, energy and money but once their business model gets some roots, Im sure the Brenham and Austin markets will see what they are missing from a great locally owned and operated plumbing supply house. Prices are competitive. Phones answered. Problems, if any, resolved promplty. Great supply house and heading in the right direction to be one of the best in Texas. I had the worst experience ever with this company. My husband owns his own plumbing company and we planned on spending 500k with these people for parts a few weeks ago. We were walked to the back for a part and over heard one of the owners talking to an employee horribly. I ask the front counter guy why the man was cursing and speaking so rudely, he responded, Oh thats just Wayne, he is always that way with us. I could never do business with a place that treats its employees that way. I can only imagine how they would treat their customers.

Ive been doing business there for years . Great service. They even try to help out homeowners even when it is clearly apparent that they dont have a clue what they want, need or are doing.

We are changing pipe in whole house and decided to change valves and faucets in our bathtub and shower. We wanted to install something that controls volume of water and the temperature with one handle, a special feature of Moen brand faucets. Came to Texas Plumbing on Friday afternoon and explained what I want. They carry only Delta Faucet products and as per suggestion from salesman picked up two sets of Delta trims and two Delta valves for two bathrooms. Just to make sure the trim and the valve I just purchase will serve the purpose I called Delta faucets customer service and they explained that they do not have any product that can control the volume of water and the temperature with one handle on the go and the product I just purchased from Texas Plumbing Supply will not do what I want. Unfortunately TPS store was closed by the time I was finished with Delta Faucets Customer service. Following Monday morning I went to return and I was charged 10% restocking fee because of incorrect product suggested to me. The lady in the office simply asked are you returning because you purchased wrong product. I said yes, then she explained are you aware of restocking fee. I told her yes I heard when salesman was talking with other customers but did not tell me I will have to pay restocking fee if I return. My purchase was not bunch of plumbing fittings etc. She arrogantly said you will be charged 10% restocking fee, did not express any willingness to understand my situation. I took my 10% less refund and walked out. I dont think ill ever go back to Texas Plumbing Supply unless it is something life and death related. Hope before going in that store you are sure what you want to buy otherwise be ready to lose 10% of your payment. 10% of $250 is $25, I work for 2 hours to earn that amount and TPS made that money by simply selling me wrong products in 5 to 10 minutes. Just be careful.
