I didn’t want to do this because I go into this beauty supply for everything I need. And this young lady that works there( Lauda) today is at the cash register and when she realized who I was, she was very rude. She threw all my stuff in the bag didn’t hand me my receipt nothing. They don’t want to help when asked. Just not good customer service at all. FYI the manager should let her employees know that if we don’t come in her establishment then they don’t have jobs because she can’t pay them.

The really great employees are no longer there and the new people do not seem to want to work. I will not stop there again. Such a shame because I used to love this place.

Very good customer service. The staff was very helpful in finding the products we were looking for. Also I really appreciated how the cashier bagged the small makeup products separately from the clothes I purchased. Usually cashiers in other locations just throw everything into one bag.

Roberto was absolutely rude! I had a basket of items and proceeded to put them on the counter and he shook his head at me and told me that I shouldve taken each item out one at a time. He basically told me that I wasnt using common sense with the plastic barrier between us. Totally unprofessional! I kindly told him that his rudeness was not necessary. It was certainly his job to remove my items from the basket and provide better customer service than he did! Of all of times that I have shipped this store, this one most definitely was my last time! They seem to forget that its US that continue to help them provide successful business in and out of our neighborhoods. But I will surely give my business to somewhere else that appreciates me taking the time to spend my money as well as them being able to provide better service. No Roberto, its your job to remove any and all items from a customers basket and to never forget to leave a mark so that shoppers like myself will continue to shop with you

Its OK. The wig selections could use an upgrade. Whomever is in charge of their wig inventory must be an older person because most of them seem very outdated. They arent very organized and the helpers are anything but helpful. Everytime I go there they have someone new in the wig department who doesnt seem to know much. If youre not a real wig connoisseur you may not see an issue. But if you know about wigs then you know what I mean. They could stand to expand the area for better organization. Its not bad but they could do better. Since there is another Beauty Empire just down the road I think that is why they dont carry a lot of newer styles. Maybe they have the same manager or something so they purposely dont carry the same styles. With that being said, the wigs arent terrible and its worth a visit. They do carry lots and lots of products and accessories reverb of wigs arent your thing.

The Customer service was friendly and kind. The security person even spoke to us and ask if we needed help. Awesome service!

My local beauty supply didnt have the lace front wig in the color I wanted. Searched online & found it here at Beauty Empire. Price was cheaper as well. Delivered in about 5 days. Satisfied customer.

Horrible experience! I have been shopping at this location for years and never had an issue until today. I went into the shop for a wig and I found the perfect one, something I have been looking for for a long time. The wig had a price listed for $59.99 on the mannequin display. The price on the package said $90.99. An employee at the store was rude and went back and forth with me about the price. I asked to speak with the manager. After speaking with the manager she refused to honor the price stating that another employee was supposed to change the price on the package 2 days ago. Although she acknowledged that it was THEIR mistake, she still refused to honor the price on display. I will not be returning!

The place is crowded with merchandise but they always have what you need! The staff is very knowledgeable of products. I love the fact that they have a point system to reward you for spending your money there.

Prior to entering the store, I looked at the specials that they had posted on the front door. They had back to school specials. One of the specials was 50% off on a certain brand of human hair. I know that human hair can get a little pricey, so that is a pretty good deal. I do not recall the other specials that they had. Upon entering, there is a wide selection of items to choose from. To save time, I simply asked the cashier where my item was located. There were plenty of options to choose from and everything was well stocked. I found the item that I needed for my granddaughter and made my way to the cashier. The cashier was very pleasant. I made my purchase and was on my way. If youve never been here before, they also have a rewards program where you can earn points to get discounts on your purchase. I chose not to use it at this time and let it continue to accumulate. In regards to my purchase, I bought 4 bags of Expression hair for $2.99 each.

This is my favorite hair store. They have so much to pick from.

The selection was pretty good and you can actually have access to the current wigs self service. The current haircare products. The line is narrow and sometimes and hot long. You can also build up points for store credits.

The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the products and their locations.

Selection is crazy. Prices are great but that customer service honey, its terrible. my sister and I almost got into it with one of the workers. I guess she thought that we said something rude to her but in reality wereally needed her help seeing as though she was one of the few black people that worked in there. In the middle of helping as she walked off and tell somebody else to help us. She didnt even excused herself from us. It was very disappointing especially as a black woman. To make matters even worse, this young ladys mother was also in the store. Im not sure if she was working Im not sure what she was doing but she was sitting down behind the counter and try to argue with my sister and I also. I actually understood where the mother was coming from being that I am a mother of a young lady as well. I will always stand up for my child unless she is wrong which in this case the lady who work there was wrong. So to get into it with that young lady as well as her mother who Im again Im not sure if she was working or not was just very unsettling. They offer discounts and again they have really great prices, and I am definitely a very frugal woman, but I can guarantee you I will never go back due to the service.

So when I walked in the store it was fine but I had to search on my own and also I walked up on a situation of a customer asking an employee something in the employee laughed in his customers face it was talking in another language to two other employees and talking about her in my face and I do not appreciate that and I will not be spending my money at a store that is disrespectful.😠😠 I will not tolerate that. a customer is spending there money and you talking about that person andand speak another language in their face and laughing at them I do not appreciate that and I do not tolerate that especially as a black woman and you doing it to my people I dont like it and I will not be spending any money here and Im glad that I have not been shopping here already

Well they did have everything I needed which was a Plus. However the checkout Experience was not very welcoming. The Individual checking me out was to busy looking at the Security camera Screen. I truly wish that this establishment would treat the Customers with a Bit more respect, and not assume all the Patrons are There to Steal. I have confidence that with a few changes people will look forward to shopping here.

I order from their online store and one of the items that I order did not have the color I the brand that I wanted. They were prompt in contacting me by email and phone to notify and let me know they will replace my order with a different brand that cost a little more with no extra charge. I was thrilled to be able to fulfill my order and how courteous the individual was I spoke with. I will definately be ordering from them again as they truly care about taking care of their customers.

Only hair store that have my hair weave color RED. And a nice selection of other colors in braid hair. They could get more bright wild braid hair colors and wigs. Need more colored wigs and weaves

I will be purchasing online, so I feel comfortable.Pointer: Please switch old wigs from the mannequins, you cant save all the wigs.

I visited at the wrong time of year. But other than it being tax time, there was a great selection of everything!!! And I do mean everything!!! The wig and lace fronts section in the back of the store is huge and if you dont find something that u like then you are not really looking.

This is usually my favorite sure for my hair needs. I would go there because if their massive inventory of wigs. However todays visit was was unimpressive. There was hardly anything that I could choose from. There shelves were half stocked. And they charged me extra for sale merch; of which I am returning tomorrow to see if theyll honor the correction. Other than this one visit. Beauty empire is my go-to beauty supply store.

PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY. Chick (Cassandra Im guessing as another reviewer complained as well, GO FIGURE 🙄) at the wig area never greeted us or asked us if we needed help with finding any wigs. What she was doing instead was chit chatting with another employee and her child. YES HER CHILD. WAS IT BRING YOUR KIDS TO WORK DAY!?!? A DAMN JOKE. They were focused on babysitting rather than actually WORKING. Eventually when I needed help I was looking for the girl & she was behind the counter stuffing her face with food on the floor. (Dont yall have a break room for that!?) I asked for help and she simply ignores me and continues eating. I knew I spoke loud enough for her to hear, she just didnt care to turn around and tend to me. So I asked another employee at the front for help. She was really helpful and courteous. I didnt get her name, but Thank You. The manager was not apologetic at all. She probably deals with that character of an employee (Cassandra) day to day & wont get rid of the PROBLEM. She has issues. Drama oriented. Attention seeking. And its not what you say to people its HOW you say things. WATCH YOUR MOUTH. Safe to say I wont be back here. Very unprofessional.
