I was satisfied with my visit. Not blown away, but why would I be? I came in looking for specific skincare products, they were in stock, and I didnt have any questions. They do seem to need a couple more employees to really maximize the experience for those that do need more help... Nonetheless, definitely a successful visit :)

Awful service. No one helps in store. This store is less than 5mins away from my place so I go there all the time and no one EVER helps. I have to pick stuff out or GOOGLE it when Im at the store to help myself because no associate ever helps. Also, if you call them and ask if a product is in stock, they say theyll look and put you on hold. Just for fun to see how long theyll keep me on hold, I waited. I hung up an hour later because no one ever took the call off of hold. This happened today...

With days away from Christmas and money to seriously spend, I walked out with my money still in my wallet! This has to be the crappiest excuse for a Sephora store! The workers and the store itself are just sorry, smh. Displays dirty as hell and the employees are seriously not there to earn a paycheck. I stood there for a good 15 minutes before anyone even approached me and even then she asked as if I was taking time away from her daydreaming. No thanks, Ill take my money to another more clean and helpful location.

Untalented women everywhere. The checkout lines are so slow youll be there 30 mins waiting just for a purchase. Second, no employee wants to help to you. Third, unorganized makeup everywhere. Fourth, they dont know their products. Overall it sucks so bad I rather go far far to another location.

The reason I’m rating this place 3 stars is because in August I came here to get my concealer shade matched. She gave me a great concealer and all that Jazz. But then the lady, my mom, and I started all talking about eye makeup. The lady said would you like a free sample of the KVD Tattoo Black liner. I said sure why not it’s free and it’s a sample of course. I just got the Sephora app now and I was looking on my beauty insider page and noticed something weird. It said I redeemed 100 of 166 of points. The lady took 100 points off the FREE eyeliner SAMPLE. Without telling me. I understand it’s not a big deal and I would be fine with it if she would of asked first. I spent money at sephora to earn those points and for someone to take them away without telling me is absolutely rude. If there’s always I could get my points it would be great? My Sephora community user is AnastaciaS.

Just went to this Sephora and after visiting so many other ones I expected to have at least a warm greeting. All of the sale associates were in the makeup chairs putting on makeup while me and other customers were in the store. They acted like children, running back and forth to use all of the makeup products on themselves. I spent over an hour browsing and looking for a certain shade of concealer/lipstick and was not helped in any way. It wasnt until I started swatching a few shades that a girl came up to me and asked if I needed help in a sort of passive way. I told her I wanted an unopened liquid lipstick because the one I wanted had an open box. She found one, which I was happy about. I spent a great deal of money and when I started to check my product it had been used! Dry product was all around the rim, so I went straight back to get a refund. I hadnt been gone for more than 15 minutes and asked for a refund as soon as I went through the line. The girl behind the counter asked why I was returning it and I told her the lip of the tube had dry product around the brim and it was used. She looked at me like I was lying and checked for herself and saw what I had already told her, she said I could look at other shades but I told her I just wanted to be refunded and they didnt carry what I wanted. She grudgingly refunded me afterwards while she was muttering to another girl. Maybe if the workers were more attentive to their customers there wouldnt be so many dirty and used products there being sold! The manager there needs to weed out those who dont take their jobs seriously. Ill never return there and would much rather go to a real one. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

Seriously the worst Sephora Ive been to. The customer service is the worst. There is a small amount of employees. They did not even welcome us to the store or offer to help. Ive been here before because the other Sephora stores are too far away from my house . They do not offer It Cosmetics Or Hour Glass Veil .

I usually buy hundreds of dollars worth of makeup from the Houston Galleria Sephora and I always have a great experience but every time I come to this Sephora something ends up happening. The first time I went instead of a Hello, would you like some help?, I was quickly told by an employee If you want, the specials are over there, with a sarcastic tone, I left without buying anything. Today I was shopping again and was not attended most likely due to my appearance I look and dress like a 15 year old so yeah why care if Im a teen though right? Nope still have to attend all your customers im an adult that spends quite a lot, but next thing I knew they were racist! From the corner of my eye one girl was about to approach me and ask if I needed any assistance and this other girl pulled her back and said Wait why help her she isnt going to buy anything shes just been walking around and shes chinese anyways they wont buy anything.. .I was pretty pissed considering I AM NOT CHINESE I AM HISPANIC AND THAT REMARK IS RACIST TO CHINESE PEOPLE IN GENERAL. So all in all Im done goodbye Sephora ill be moving on to The Face Shop since I cant go to galleria anymore where I dont face this type of attitude from its appearance and race biased employees at this shop.

My credit card wouldnt work there and it has way more money than i was trying to spend. Staff isnt helpful i had to look in the stock drawes for stuff and Im disabled. Also the staff were all very snobby. I will never go back to or recommended this location ever again!!

I always have problems her, i stand around looking for an employee to help me and the employees basically just ignore you and rather do other things, was exchanging an eyebrow pomade and it took the girl 45 mins to figure out how to make an exchange, and the employees are kind of rude also, ulta is way better than this
