This place has a variety of beauty products with great loads of selections to choose from. I liked about many different items having a promotion going on which you get 20% off when you purchase over $30. That made me want to buy more to qualify for the discount. The interior is clean, staffs were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back to shop for more in the future. Highly recommended!

Ordered 20 makeup brush set through Groupon. Package took 2 weeks to arrive, only 9 brushes in the package....and they do not answer the phone. HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE

Ordered Jumbo Hair Rollers, they sent me large ones. I have been looking all over for jumbo rollers and thought I had finally found them. I would never order these small rollers as I have longish hair and it would never dry!

I ordered something from Groupon.. I didnt know it was from this place... Any way I paid for two items and received only one...and noone answers the phone

EDIT: I did finally get a hold of Groupon and they did contact Hit Beauty Supply and I did get my beanie. It was decent quality and overall Im satisfied with the product. Just beware it may take awhile and they have no way of being contacted except through Groupon.Like so many others I ordered a CC Beanie through Groupon and never received it. I contacted Groupon letting them know they should take this company off their site, so nobody else gets scammed. This is my first time being scammed by a Groupon company, usually everything works great. I will definitely check all companies, if I ever order anything from Groupon again. 😠

I ordered from groupon, USPS says my package was delivered but I never received product. Its now been 2 weeks. I emailed USPS and they are looking into it. Reading these reviews and seeing similar stories I believe I was scammed. Do not order from HIT BEAUTY .

I honestly had the best experience here. If youre looking for a synthetic wig, this is the place to go! The manager helped me pick out three wigs, styled them on me (I had to purchase a cap to try on since I didnt bring my own), and gave me recommendations based on an inspiration picture I brought in. All for a less than $35 purchase! I will be returning here for/all/ future synthetic wigs. I completely recommend this shop!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from them through groupon and they will not let you pick different colors of the same item. They make you order for example 3 different times and pay 3x shipping and then they ship all the items together according to the tracking number. The tracking number went to Texas and then at 7pm the same night a scan said it was delivered to my home in Tennessee. I do not receive mail at 7 pm and my post office supervisor told me the scan was absolutely wrong. I contacted Hit Beauty and all they say is it was delivered. NO IT WAS NOT!!! I dont think they understand what you are trying to tell them. They keep saying check your mailbox, contact your post office. I already told them I had done both. At this point, I think the post office is to blame, but this company needs better customer service. A phone number would be nice to speak to someone and work through the problem. I am not sure they speak English and that they are qualified to solve problems.

Ordered a CC Beanie from Groupon and was through Hit Beauty, was charged for item but never received. After reading reviews, apparently SCAM! Disputing charges and never ordering from Groupon again. Hit Beauty cannot be contacted either.

WORST SERVICE! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! I ordered an item and did not get what was described. I sent emails to them and tried calling them. They just play dumb and hang up on you or they do not reply to your email. The quality of the product they pass off on you is not what youd expect. The quantity seems not as full as expected either. They did not have the professional courtesy to at least contact me and say they actually did not have the product I ordered and ask if I wanted an alternate brand of product. They are all about money and scamming. Read their negative feedback on Ebay as well, if you dont believe me. They have no problem taking your money but when you try to dispute it, they suddenly cannot hear you or cannot speak English and you will be hung up on. I called twice and a guy who answered said he didnt know anything about it, never saw an email or seen the order didnt know who I was and said he would tell his manager and call me back. I asked for his managers name and he said he wasnt sure.I asked You do not know who you work for? Then he said his managers name is Ryan. I asked for his name. He said HIS name was Ryan. He asked, is this your number? I told him to read it to me but he said it didnt show up. He kept sounding confused and hung up. The moment I left negative feedback on Ebay, he tried to call me twice, literally within 2 minutes of clicking submit. I returned the call and he said, You gave us a negative feedback? What do they expect? I paid for a product that they advertised, I did not get the product advertised. I left 3 emails, Ebay tried to contact and this company did not respond to either of us. I call them and they play games. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Another store that forces you to spend more money to be able to use a debit card. They have to pay fees, its called a business expense, the customer should not have to be affected by that.

This company is a scam. They sell on Groupon. They state a $10 eyebrow pencil is worth $75 and say you get 8 and they only send 1 and then say you can choose ffrom 8 colors. What NYC eyebrow pencil sales for $75???? None!!!!

The item I purchased from a third party is not the authentic hair product. Some way they are reproducing fake Kaleidoscope products. This is scamming consumers out of their money and that is illegal. Please be advised not to shop here PERIOD.
