This is HANDS DOWN my favorite beauty supply store!!! Everyone is so friendly and the prices are great!! Highly recommend to everyone

DO NOT SHOP, they discriminate!!! RUDE and Ghetto! The employees do not speak when you come in and watch the black people to see if theyre stealing. I asked for help at the register and the lady kept counting money and finally responded. I asked about a hair pack color and she replied its $129. I didnt ask about the price. Both store owners older Asian couple frowned and ignored me. Dont spend money where youre not respected people of color!!

I have been going to this place for years. Anna was so helpful when it came to helping me pick out my hair extensions! She was so patient and polite. This store has great products and overall great customer service. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. If you go get help from Anna she is wonderful!

Zero if i could rate nothing! I walked in the store and no one spoke, greeted, or acknowledged that I was about to patronize their establishment. That’s fine; I’ve adjusted to the inferior customer service that I usually see at a beauty supply store. But then, I guess, I was spending TOO much time in the store because some heavy set Hispanic girl kept walking up offering her assistance. It honestly got the point where she was bothered that I was looking at packages and said to me “What wig are you looking for? Well that’s why we have the displays right here.” After that, the workers all of a sudden started walking the floors nonstop constantly checking to see what isle I was on. When one didn’t see me on the same isle anymore I heard her ask out “is she still here??” I have never felt so disgusted by an employee’s behavior. Meanwhile I’ve never stolen a thing in my life and if I ever had the urge, it wouldn’t be from a dingy, inflated-priced beauty supply store!

Service is unbelievably bad . . The Hispanic lady is loud, obnoxious and rude . She literally screamed at me when I was about to try on a wig . I got assistance from a black lady name Sam who was very sweet because I did not want the other rude girl to service me .. Sam is too pretty to work here at a place like this with rude colleagues. I feel for her . I also experienced bad service with the Asian lady that owned the place . No improvement since then . My review keeps getting deleted

I almost forgot to review this place . Great experience. I always stop by this place when I’m coming from out of town . I was assisted by Sham . She is hardworking and still gives her best through all the crowd that was there that busy weekend . I can tell the day was hell through this time with taxes and rude customers . There was literally only 2 people working . I really appreciate her hard work and enjoyed our conversation on wig making as I enjoy doing it myself . I pray she soon starts her brand and wish her success . Great place but I hope the staff expands so everyone can me served in a timely manner .

Sham has a beautiful personality and soul . Very helpful and sweet . Every time I come shop she helps me and my sister with patience . She’s either running around doing two things at once or giving advice on product . She’s bigger than the shop of you ask me . I love B&B for the most part.

Prices arent to bad but they Asian lady who works there is really serious about the 5 minimum on cards I mean I could be 5 cents short and she will make u buy some ish* u dont need b4 u can pay with card. Smh how greedy can u be.😒

I purchase some extensions and came back no more than 15 minutes later WITH my RECEIPT to return them . I didn’t open it . I don’t live in Houston and no longer needed them as I already had a wig waiting for me with my hairstylist. They refused to give me my money !!!! The workers are rude & asked a very young manager who looked to be about 18 years old to handle my situation for her to only refuse and do the same thing !! I asked for the owner .. & he also refused and was rude and sarcastic .I will be disputing this with my bank and I took pictures of these rude people that took my money & will upload soon to FB to warn local customers in htx if I’m unable to dispute !! Y’all gone regret it

I’ll start by saying this, THIS PLACE HAS REALLY IMPROVED 2021. When I first came here a few months ago back in September of 2020, service was horrible . An older asian lady at the register was really rude and made me and my mom not want to come back . I asked her for assistance with an wig and she was really hesitant to help . A few visits after that during the holidays, service didn’t get any better, one lady acted like she hated her job . Now it’s March, the month of my wedding ...This time I really needed to find something for my wedding and this was the only store that was opened at the time so I thought I’d give it another chance . A new employee by the name of Sham/Shan helped me and made me feel completely different about this place . She assisted me and gave me knowledge about what I was spending my money on and what products I needed to take care of the unit . She actually enjoyed giving customer service and was very knowledgeable and sweet. I hope this place continues to improve !

I went to the store last week and I kinda was begging for help to the associates when finally one of the ladies behind the counter with a really bad attitude “help me” to find the product i was looking for, I told her one of the needs product was that heat resistant and I asked repeatedly if I curl/straight the hair she said “yes, yas” like I was bothering her with my question. Well long story short I tried to curl the extension and I couldn’t cause is started to make a fried sound; obviously is NOT HEAT RESISTANT.This person clearly doesn’t know their merchandise and even worst have NO idea about what customer service is.Anyways I am going to give it a one star cause the store was clean.

I’m from out of town and was looking for a specific product I Called several places to ask if they had it and wen I called beauty and beast a man answered the phone said they had it so I got an Uber all the way there just to hear they do not carry that product. Huge waste of time

The Asian lady attendant/cashier here is very rude and has a nasty attitude. When I complimented about how good it smells up front and asked her what it was, she replied with in a ugly manner and hostile look. Customer service here is a big thumbs down.

I will never go back to this place again . Younger Asian guy was rude and rushed us out the place . Place says they close at 8:15, we came around 7:50 or so. I just needed a few items and I asked why are you guys closing so early . He said to me because “people like yourself like to come in last minute” . I wonder what that meant . Go figure . I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with him and that attitude . I’m giving an extra star just because I did get what I was looking for and a younger brown lady was polite and helped me .

I shop here for all my hair beauty needs . Customer service is great and I’m always assisted when seeking certain hair products and/or units .

This beauty store has the best deal on fake lashes, from a person who where’s them everyday this store is worth checking out! great customer service as well.

The sign said NOW HIRING FOR WIG SPECIALIST, I asked the lady behind the counter for an application. She asked me if I was bilingual. I said no, but I could use Google translate. She said, No! You have to speak Spanish... I gave her back the application because she already basically said THEY DO NOT HIRE IF YOU DONT SPEAK SPANISH. A majority of the people in store were Black women who were looking at WIGS. I politely gave her back the application. Which also lets me know THIS STORE WILL TAKE MY MONEY, BUT WOULD NOT HIRE ME.*I AM A LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST.*THE SIGN DIDNT SAY WIG SALES PERSON HAD TO SPEAK SPANISH

I will never go back there. The service was awful. The lady at the front looked pissed off when I asked her if I can try on a wig. She was so dry I was shocked. And she was watching me and my mom afraid we would steal. Another customer came in, another guy that worked there followed her around too. They made us feel like they wanted us to leave. The lady at the front needs to learn how to speak to customers and not look so annoyed, angry and dry. Like who hires these rude people? They should hire very friendly and helpful people if they want people to come back. Seriously. I will never go back there again.

Id give this lady a negative if I could. Extensions to me is a must .. every year I buy a new set so when I go into these type of stores I go in and out because I know exactly what I want and of course I buy great material off the wall. So an elderly Asian lady .. maybe in her 60-70s attended me and as I told her exactly what I needed she said well they do run a bit expensive are you sure youre okay with that mind she was hesitatnt to even go to the wall ... so I told her its fine to leave it as is and she still had the audacity to ask why ! I told her Id take my business else where because I felt offended she even questioned whether I could offored it or not ( I know the area is not the greatest ) BUT Im certain I do not reflect her pre screening. Im sure the lady was the owner, I doubt that horrible service will take her anywhere !
