First off this business isnt even Better Business Bureau Accredited!!! Dont waste your money here!!! I brought some makeup early this morning, I realized it was the wrong color. I tried to return the unopened product the same day. THEY REFUSED ME A REFUND!!! It is posted NOWHERE near the products, that nothing is returnable, they tell you its printed on the receipt-_- bt what does that help after the fact!!!!!

Bad service. Never say hi to customer. Dont let customer try on. Not respect. I will never come back here and recommend do not come here

Beautiful customer service.Nice clean store stuff not everywhere lol they dont follow you around😂..Im happy to spend my money with them....I also luv the ladies that work there they are so helpful..Kim and Kevisha ask for them they will have you in & out..Ive been shopping there for years..the owner pops he is just the sweetest ..also It a small store they carry alot make up track hair bundles wigs the ladies will help you find and try and will not have you buy one if it dont look right on you ..they also have a great deal on there wigs right now $20 and have a nice sale on there lashes right now..all products are up to date..in my opinion I say shop there..im a satisfied customer.🤗

Do NOT shop here if you care about your hair! They sell out of date products! They dont care if you could have lost your hair or any damages done. They dont refund for tainted products only store credit. Only to find more out of date products! The clerks blame the owner for the old products but no one removes them. They have childrens perms expired in 2013! One perm was leaking shampoo and they did nothing about it! Dont waste your time or money there.

I like the ladies that work here @ Mrs K.. And @ newbie C..! They are very helpful to me, they give good advice and opinions. The owners really dont speak. Its not a big store and they dont have a huge selection but if they dont have what Im looking for I go elsewhere down the road..

I would like prices on the merchandize. It suspious when there is no prices on merchandize. Especially for hair products. You can say any price you want.

I have always found what I was looking for at this store, however they have at the store is closing and one of the Reps stated that will be sometime in March so there are a lot of deals for hair supplies

I went in looking for an item, used to shop there in 2010-2012, when I first transitioned. Owner is an old racist jackals. I asked him to verify price of a handwritten priced item and he escalated my request by throwing the item on the floor and yelling at me.I wish I would give him a dime of my money. Walked out and I wont be back.

I always go to Nixi! I have accumulated so many rewards points and they always have everything I need. Also, the ladies are very helpful.
