I came here with my sister and got home great skincare advice, product suggestions, and walked away with oodles of samples. The store is super clean and organized! The bathroom was cool because they had their own products there for customers to try.

Great customer service!

As a proper millennial, I don’t really “do” retail anymore. Aesop is one of the few exceptions. They manage to make the experience seem as important as the product. There you can spend time with one of the sales associates to test the full range or just stop in for some quick hand lotion. It’s those touches that separate Aesop from all other product chains.

The ladies there were so sweet and helpful. I felt super welcomed when I walked in with my friend. They took their time to learn about your skin problems and explain to you what is in their products. I literally wanted to buy everything in the store, everything smells amazing! They gave me some samples and I feel and see a good change in my skin already, definitely coming back!
