This is the local beauty supply in my neighborhood which means I frequent this store all of the time. I came in today to get another pack of hair because my style wasn’t completed and I noticed the price had increased. I talked to a manager to see if there was anything they could do to assist, the manager offered me 10% off the price (sales tax)and my total was the same exact price of product I was purchasing. I was shook but paid. I then asked if the store offered a loyalty program. Normally if you frequently purchase at a place for a while you are rewarded over time, however when asking the cashier she just looked at me like she was confused. This was first of many changes noted in the past few months. First, they removed the POC employees that were knowledgeable and helpful to customers with their needs. Secondly, the prices are just too expensive. This store doesn’t offer any specials or deals. Thirdly, there isn’t an incentive for loyal customers. I literally live in the next neighborhood so this store is my first stop. But after today I’ll go the extra mile to go where my service are appreciated.

They cut the lights off while I was in the store to rush me out around 8pm, but never asked if I needed help or anything I ended up asking them myself. I was extremely uncomfortable, even when I walked in no one said hello or anything. The store is disorganized and hard to maneuver to find what I needed, I walked down almost every aisle. I left buying only what was in my hand and went to another, more professional store.

Very good Beauty supply, and they have anything you need.

This place has everything! The staff can be friendly at times. Some of the floor staff could some help at times, but every now and then you get someone in a really good mood. However, there is a safety issue. The entry doors are COMPLETELY covered, meaning no one can see in or out, meaning someone could get seriously injured if someone rushes out the door not seeing the person trying to enter the store. This is my favorite beauty supply store. The have a wide variety of wings, weave, freetress crochet hair. Also the have a wide variety of hair care products for natural black hair. Unlike basic beauty supply stores like Sallys. Also their employees are really nice and knowledgeable.

I bought 2 barber jackets one L and one M both were huge size like xxl and I came back to return them and for me surprise they said they cant ex-change or refund because it is their policy.So I spent 40$ plus taxes for free.This chinese people are really bad.This happened like 5 months ago but post this until this date because everytime that I come to Aldi (- next door I get angry when I remember it.

Went there for the first time today it’s the perfect beauty supply store

This beauty supply is by far the best one Ive found. I am a braider and their selection of hair is the best. I used to go to 3 or 4 different supply stores before I found this one, .and they have every color, length, brand, texture/type. Its always clean and bright and the employees are so helpful. Youre greeted by any employee you encounter while in store and they are knowledgeable as well as friendly. HIGHLY recommended.

Very nice organized store. Prices are reasonable. Lots of help around, and they dont mind helping and know the product in the store.

Honestly probably one of the best experiences I have ever experienced in a beauty supply store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped by 2 other young ladies. They were all friendly and very helpful. It was actually refreshing to see customer service on this level in a beauty supply store.

Could not find products i was for looking for

Its beauty supplies closer to my house but I go here because I know their going to have what Im looking for, plenty of choices, prices are fine, every now and then I see something and think, Im not paying that, but not too often

Very clean and organized, some of the items dont have prices on them like the packages of hair ribbons or smaller items. They have a good selection of everything and its close to my house. Win Win!!

First Beauty Supply I like. I like the fact that they have women of color working there to represent women that look like me. Great and friendly service.

I have been shopping with these owners since they were on veterans memorial and now that they are on 249 even closer to where I am, it’s even better. More variety, prices are better, and THEY ACTUALLY TREAT You like a paying customer(not as if your going to steal). Sales people are wonderful, the owners are wonderful and they keep the store nice and clean!! I’m always in and out and there has never been a long wait just to check out!!

Its pretty good, I usually find what I need ...nice selection of hair and everybodys friendly....i buy alot of braiding hair ...Im not fond of them posting pictures on the front door of people who were allegedly caught stealing... but its convenient
