Worst customer service ever, they havent serve the HAVEN communities for the last two (2) months, whats the problem? We dont know but they should be resolve it long time ago! Its credibility is in danger!

First of all, if you have a family to provide for, don’t work for this company. I was hired on the week of August 26th as a warehouse personnel. Everything was going amazing. The job and the people who worked there were very welcoming. 3 weeks later, they had me promoted to a rout driver which was marvelous news to hear since a two dollar raise would mean more money for my two kids and wife.Let me state this before I go off, management told me that rout driver training would be a 5 week process and you’ll have to even go to Dallas for more training . That being said, you would think they would actually train you for 5 weeks so you are able to comprehend the task at hand. However, that wasn’t the case at all. After just one week of training the supervisor decided on his own that I didn’t have what it took to become a rout driver. So he told upper management and they had me demoted instantly back to a warehouse personnel without even judging for themselves. Remember tho, like I stated above, you’re suppose to train for 5 weeks because it’s something new and you obviously don’t know how to do the job. That’s why there’s a 5 week training program in place but the regional manager could have cared less.Even though, I told them to come drive with me and I can show them I do know how to be a rout driver they would not. So if you have a family and actually need a stable job please do don’t work for this company. I’m sure it’s not like this in all branches of the company. However, if you ever find your way in midland, don’t work there.Also, if any one of the higher up personnel want to contact me to talk about this, I’m sure you can get my information from the branch manager.

Rodney Martin & Darin White have been excellent at managing our company coffee needs. Anytime we have questions on products or new machines, we receive really informative info on what machines we would greatly benefit from having in our our office. We recently purchased a new machine suggested by Mr. Martin and IT HAS WON OVER the entire office (which is challenging to do)! Anytime we have a big event or meeting and are running low on supplies, Mr. Martin and Mr. White are SO quick to come by and restock. Id like to personally thank these two gentlemen for helping me keep our employees happy! I look forward to a long working relationship between our office and Parks Coffee. Thank you!

Worse service ever. They do not call back nor show up when schedule

Our delivery rep, Nick Moore, has a great personality. He has built a great relationship with the staff. He always greets us when he arrives and is very efficient. We have enjoyed the personal service he and the company have provided for our office for the last 2 years. I highly recommend their company.

My driver Pablo is awesome. Very dependable. Always goes the extra mile with whatever I need. Great attitude and flexible. If I need a last minute delivery, Pablo makes it happen.Service advisor Fred Earley is amazing as well. Anything I need outside of my regular delivery from new products/machines, new account set up, maintenance, you name it...Fred can handle it. He is so fast and knows who to contact to provide immediate response. Fred is a team player who puts the customer first. Thanks for all you do Fred!

Its so hard getting in touch with this company. We constantly run out of coffee and its a hassel trying to get someone out here. Even when its time to pay an invoice, you call and then get someone voice mail. You have to remember to keep calling to get in touch to pay. Its no point of using this company thats unreliable, better off going out and getting coffee yourself for a cheaper price. Even the main number you get the voice mail and have to wait for someone to get back with you if they decide to.

We have been with Parks Coffee for about 2 1/2 years now, and the services been OUTSTANDING! We really enjoy our delivery person Robert Silva. He has been on our route for about a year now and hes always professional, positive and polite. Our whole office knows him lol, he recommends items. We enjoy how he has incorporated Parks Family atmosphere within ours. We recommend parks coffee as your in house coffee provider.

Nicholas Moore is our driver for the energy corridor area. He always has a big smile and takes care of all of our needs. Hes very professional and I never have to watch him. He comes in a takes care of business. He just has a pleasant disposition about himself!! Keep up the great work!!!

This coffee is amazing! The flavor is so smooth, you dont need to add sugar or creamer! Timothy did an awesome demo! We are hooked!

Love the service they provide us, I am apart of apartment property and have a route supervisor Derrick that makes sure we are always taken care of and goes out of his way to do so. Over all happy with the way they help our business run.

I dont understand some of the reviews posted … Innovative Executive Suites has worked with Parks Coffee for 5+ years & we have NEVER had a negative experience. The quality & service is outstanding and the staff is AWESOME!!!! And all my Tenants (46 offices) love Parks Coffee too!!!!!

We have been with Parks for about 3 years. Rodney Martin has been my route supervisor since early on and is AWESOME!! He always provides what we need. Darin is our newest delivery driver and he is very thorough and attentive to my needs. My Parks Coffee guys are great!

Weve been having issues with this company. When we call to get our machine serviced we have to call multiple times and leave messages before we get a call back to even schedule anything. Ive called for over two weeks now and left messages and never received a call back. Ive also tried emailing our assigned person and their customer service email. Every time it comes back immediately saying it was received as spam. Ive never had such horrible service before. We will be going with Texas Office Coffee theyre local and call or stop by same day I call. They are also cheaper and offer more than just coffee.

We have been with parks for a little over a year. They are fantastic every concern was address within a reasonable time and service from Nicholas has been fantastic he is always on point. We appreciate having the service.

This company makes NO SENSE at all. I dont understand a company that hands out catalogs with NO PRICING in them and expects a purchasing manager to place an order. That makes no sense at all. An entire catalog with a dollar sign and a blank line next to it. The driver misquotes the pricing constantly so when you receive the invoice the price is a total surprise AND theres fuel surcharge that nobody cared to mention. This is not how business should be conducted. The supervisor - his reasoning - well our catalogs are for all over the U.S. so we cant list the pricing because it differs from state to state. Seriously? So, I tell the driver that I cant place an order until I know what it will cost. Then I get - well I can call him and he can tell me. WHAT? THE PRICE OF EACH AND EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN THE CATALOG? Nobody has any time for that at all. So maybe, someday, Parks will print a catalog with pricing in it and that way purchasing managers of companies can make an educated and informed purchase. Not standing in the the lobby w/ a driver who has no idea what anything costs and a catalog of blank pricing spaces P.S. dont leave out of your extra charges. Oh, and please educate your drivers on prices because I was quoted firm $12 for a box of KCups and received the invoice for $25.35 (kcups were $18.40 w/ $6.95 fuel surcharge). Needless to say,Im shopping a new vendor for our service.

Edgardo Guzman is the reason for 5 stars. Excellent service !! He always takes good care of us, always answers the call and does everything he can to solve any problem.

The service is horrendous. We were constantly running out of everything and they never had what we wanted on the truck so we were forced to settle for what was left after all of the stops.

Nicolas has been so nice and attentive when coming to Waterstone at Cinco Ranch. Hes great!
