Insightful, Ive learned so much simply from just walking in there. Friendly, you start a conversation and before you know it you know your family is blowing up your phone because youve been gone several years. They wont up sell you offering you the the practical/reasonable product at right price but theyre not going to stop you from buying what you want either. Its tons knowledge and bile wisdom flow through this staff and they arent afraid to share it.

Both myself and my boyfriend didnt care for the response we got while trying to get the back tire on my electric bike fixed. We felt that we were kinda looked down upon because the bike was electric. We were told with a smirk... Im to busy to work on THAT bike. REALLY? I thought all money spent the same but whatever. Im a business owner myself as well as a social media influencer. I definitely wont be sending any of my friends, followers or family members here.

I bought a replacement wheel here for my old 10 speed which immediately bent into a pringle upon use. When I took it back I was not given a refund and was told that the wheel was not really for riding on (what?). I was then told that there was no way to find an old stock wheel the right size. Basically, get out of the store if youre not here to spend a lot of money.

Im sorry to say, every single time I come to this shop, its a chaotic experience.Waited 6 weeks for a derailer hanger that was $41. It was never ordered. Got it FROM THE MANUFACTURER for $19... In 4 days.Was sold a 1/8th inch half link and was told it would work on a 3/32 mountain bike chain.And now.....Trying to find a rear axle, which you had in stock, USED... Did I say USED??? and the guy wanted to charge me $9.99 for it.NopeNo wayNever again.I am in contact with HUNDREDS of cyclist.I will do my best to NEVER recommend this shop for ANY parts or service.

I went in to ask some basic questions regarding pricing for things such as a tune-up, brake adjustment, etc. The gentlemen that I talked to was not helpful at all. He was very short with me and it felt like he was more annoyed by my questions than anything else. It seemed that he had no interest in obtaining my business.
