Greg, the Service Manager, is awesome. He has serviced our boat since we bought it in 2016. Anytime I have a question or problem, he jumps on it right away. Great communication and a great service department. Even last minute requests for service, Greg handles. I would recommend this location strictly on the service side. Today it’s hard to find customer service. Greg and his team are exceptional.
Went and looked. Great informative salesman. Will go back
Best buying and service experience. I couldn’t imagine a better group to do business with. The local knowledge and the advice on the proper boat was clutch. I’d give more stars if possible. Thanks to Mark and his team of professionals for a great experience.
Awesome customer service. Mark was super easy to work with and has always been there to help if I had questions or needed some add on’s on the majek. Highly recommend!
Amazing dealership. Went above and beyond to get the Ranger Bay Boat I wanted.Ask for Mark when ya go in. Guy runs a tight ship and top notch crew...
These guys do a great job. Very to thankful to have found a great dealer and shop. Greg, the service manager has been excellent to work with.
I have purchased several boats from Premier and every time I am more satisfied with the experience from the sales team to the rigging and service. Mark Kuchera and his crew at Premier Boating Center takes purchasing a boat a breeze. I recommend Premier to anyone looking for a boat dealer that truly cares and takes care of their customers.
Service at Premier Yamaha is excellent. Greg Kader is always helpful and professional.
Horrible customer service. Took 6 months to fix my 2 year old boat under warranty. Always had some bs excuse. Still waiting on my engine cover which they messed up. I will never buy another boat from them.
Well Folks, Save your hard earned money! These here boys just dont like to sell boats. The general manager threatened me saying I didnt have the balls to buy a boat. The Parts and Service guys were real nice and they talked to me more than the gosh dang salespeople. I went up the street and bought me a brand new Barletta Pontoon from Texas Marine where they treated me with respect.
The owners of the Premier Yamaha Boating Center should put better people on the phone, I just called looking for a part to my Yamaha boat, and was told we dont carry parts for those boats like really? He said no, I said so, you dont carry Auto bailing valves? And he replied nopeSo I wonder what do they do or carryJust thought I would share
The WORST place to buy a boat! Just read the reviews for yourself. Mark-GM, Chad-Salesman, Wesley Dawson-Regional Manager are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. They talk to you like your a second class human and lie through their teeth. My family was verbally mistreated during our purchase of a 2020 RB200. It was to late to back out after we placed a deposit on the boat. The service after the sale was nonexistent. It took me 3.5 months to get the promised Ranger Mustang Life Vest’s and when I went to pick up the 3 promised vests I only received 2. I called Wesley Dawson the regional manager after I got no where with the dealership and he questioned my integrity and character even after proving to him via text message that I was owed the 3 vests as promised by Chad. This is by far the worst place to purchase a boat and the next time I buy I’ll drive out of state before I spend 1 cent at this dealership...
Mark Kuchers at premier Yamaha is a really good guy we have bought four boats from him and if there was anything wrong with the boats or if we needed to replace something on the boats Mark was always here for us.Thank youLakeview MarinaConnie Henderson
Nice people to deal with . Pricing is not competitive though. Asked Full MSRP for a 40 horse Yamaha but Red Wing asked $1000 over MSRP! At very least they are above average.
Mark, General Manager is awesome. He helped me from the very beginning, all the way until I didnt get approved for the boat I Wanted. He got the boat ready for the test drive as soon as he could. Very detailed and very knowledgeable. Hopefully, this fall when Im ready, Ill be able to buy the boat from him..!
The people at Premier Yamaha were great to work with, the sales manager even came out to our house to look at our trade in. Everything about the purchase was easy and they were all very freindly. However, after spending many thousands of dollars on a new fishing pontoon boat, I was greatly disappointed that it was dirty and had not been detailed prior to delivery. So, instead of enjoying my boat on Labor Day weekend, I get to spend one of the days cleaning my brand new boat.
They keep good stock of yamaha outboard parts. They take the time to make sure questions I have about my repairs are answered. Great service.
Mark (Manager) and Greg (Service Manager) are the reasons I will continue to work with Premier Yamaha. With both gentlemen you can almost count on a handshake to know it will be taken care of, however we all know that there is so much going on that its almost impossible to remember everything so backup with an email or text is always wise. This location is out of the way for me but these guys will keep me coming back.
These guys really took care of us and our boat. Thanks!
The service was top-notch delivered as promised and Greg the service manager definitely knows his business and will continue to do business with this company
Kinda pricey at first the sell guy was giving me the run around and ignored me as if my Money doesnt spend there
Hey the guys there were really great and new what they talking about when it came to boats and accessories. Thanks guys
Not up front about hours on a new boat, boat cover stuffed in compartment, prop Knicks. No response requested cords that should have been with the boat cover, special connections make the cover unusable without them. Change room and cover where taken from another boat.
Very helpful. Had the parts I needed.
Our high end tritoon has been a good but not great boat. It took nearly two months to receive our license plate and after reporting them to the State we received it the next day. They gave us two months of temporary tags. They sold us a trailer that we learned later from the manufacturer was not for this boat. Our 24 Berkshire Tritoon is a Saltwater Edition, requiring either a galvanized steel or aluminum trailer. The trailer that Premier sold us was too light duty, powder coated, and the frame has rotted beyond any further use. In the two years since weve had the trailer weve replaced bearings on four occasions, once at Galveston Yacht Club, once at Sargent, at Texas City (had to strap the axle upand limp in on back roads for 4 1/2 hrs) and again here at home. Weve replaced the axles and brakes and all 4 wheels and tires.Bear Trailer Mtg. said the trailer was for fresh water only and was too light duty for the boat.I was sold the wrong trailer and two years later Premier wont respond with any help and in the meantime my boat has been stranded since June 2016.Ive learned some hard lessons. I paid $38,000.00 + for a Saltwater Edition tritoon boat and trailer and expected the dealer to be reputable and knowledgeable about what trailer I need for a Saltwater Edition boat. Evidently that isnt going to happen at Premier Yamaha Boats.I now have a new aluminum trailer being built by McClain Trailer with the correct size axles.
Courteous Staff, beautiful boats💙💙💙
