The place was excellent and had the parts i needed and i will shop there again. Customer service was great.

Have been calling for days trying to get someone in their service department and they refuse to answer the phones. At least have a message saying youre closed or no longer in business. We used to shop there a lot. Very disappointed by their lack of response.

Able to get the parts you need with knowledgeable staff that can advice you, in my case I didnt need the entire water pump kit... only the impeller, saving me $.Nice to have a local resource (60 miles for me) rather than trying to match parts up on the internet.

You can find anything you need for your boat at this place also the people there are very knowledgeable in regards to boat repairs

Great help on ordering a 20yr old cowling gasket

The parts I purchased here did not fix issue I had with my boat. The owner told an employee to refund my money for the part, the employee refused saying, we dont refund money for electrical parts, its says so on your reciept I said show me on my reciept where it says that, heres my recipet. She couldnt show me, (becasue this was a lie) so she says well you cant get a refund. WTF. I buy parts that dont repair my issue and cant get a refund, because of a rule they just made up. Buyer Beware!I purchased $45 relays for my tilt and trim. And I had my boat with me which the service team members where able to diagnose my real problem. The service team was good, the management was very poor.I will not shop here again!
