First time coming here. Everyone is super attentive and friendly. Zulma helped my sister find the jeans she was looking for and was very friendly and checked on us regularly. Carlos checked us out, also friendly. Everyone very professional, definitely coming back!

Tanya is the bomb and was so helpful in picking my first pair of boots. She gave me advice about fit and style. Im a size 11 in womens, which there is not much a selection of anywhere, but I was able to find a mens boot that had a nice feminine shape.

Dear Boot Barn you were called Boot Barn for a reason. I assume that when I need a boot for work that Boot Barn is the place to go however when I arrive at Boot Barn to look for a female work boot they dont exist. There are four or five large rows of mens work boots but when I asked the employee where I could find the female work boots he had no idea what I was talking about. And the smallest mens is really big for any woman. If you dont want to accommodate womens work boots at least have small mens. Which is silly to even ask does women should not be accommodated it should be automatic. I had to go to Red Wings to get my boots thank you

Pleasant Staff as well as nice selection. If they dont have what ya need n stock they will find out which stores n their chain does.

Laughable boot selection. Not sure why they even bother, yet its called Boot Barn. So in size 10-10 1/2, you have a choice of maybe 2-3 decent round toe cowboys boots. The rest, square toe which are ridiculous looking at best. Boot Barn? How about carrying boots real Texans wear?

From what I could tell there were three employees. I was there for about an hour with no help at all. All of their cloths were out of order and all over the place. I couldnt even get one of the workers to open the changing room. They stood behind the counter and giggled the whole time as if they were impaired by something. Take the drive to the katy location this one is bad.

This place couldnt have been any worse. I was severely disappointed with the cashier. We had a $15 credit coupon we had received in the mail, as well as a 15% off coupon that both expire on new years eve. The cashier wouldnt take either one, and also wouldnt take the 25% off the decorations, as they had a sign displaying. We even double checked to make sure the items werent among the exclusions listed.This place has always been a little hard to get good customer service sinxe i moved to houston two years ago, but it was terrible this time. Save the money and wasted time and go to Cavenders just down I-10 for much better customer service and prices.
