They were so helpful with helping me pick out my bridal party dresses. They use a great online platform where everyone can vote and pay on the favorite dress. Seamless process! Highly recommend.

My experience was wonderful! EMILY WAS AMAZING. She literally treated everyone so sweetly and she was very attentive to what I was looking for, she was really quick into finding my dream dress for my bridesmaids and maid of honor. I gave her a few details of what I was looking for and she went right on it and brought a load of dresses to look at. In the end we found the perfect color and perfect dresses. Thank you again Emily, you were amazing. I would recommend her and this place to anyone. The dresses were all beautiful and so many selections.

Terrible experience at Bellas. I was coming in to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress and was instructed to call prior to arriving, understandable (COVID). The problem arises when I call several times and no one answers. I was trying to figure out where I can park one, but two, I wanted to check in so I can actually get fitted. The whole time I called I could see the woman in the reception area sitting in a stool while the phone rang, no one picked up all four times I called. Due to no response I was eventually forced to walk to the business because no one picked up and my appointment time was approaching. As the woman unlocks the door she asked how she can help, I mentioned my appointment and asked what the protocol was when ever customers call and no one answers (in my case I had an appointment). She then responded, she was taking calls from other customers and this is why she couldn’t get to the phone. What’s more embarrassing is the fact that I could see her from my car literally just “sitting” there .. not taking any calls and worse there was another employee there with a customer..so the truth is she could have picked up the phone. I was not given an apology for their lack of response which makes the situation worse. My time is of value too and I am a customer, if it wasn’t for a close friends wedding there is no doubt I would be spending my money here. Customer skills are imperative specially in a customer based setting, experiences such as today will keep customers like me and others from shopping at Bellas.

My experience at Bella Bridesmaids was absolutely amazing. Brianna was extremely helpful. I only went one time and I’ve already picked out my dress. Brianna helped me stay in my price range and still pick out beautiful dresses. Thank you Bella Bridesmaids and thank you Brianna ! :)

Why is it called Bella Bridesmaids if they charge you $30 to try one 1 Bridesmaid dress? Why does it matter if the Bride has been there or not? I was tasked to try on a bridesmaid dress at the request of the bride and thats how they treated me. I havent even set foot in the door because I signed up for an appointment online and gave the exact style number and received no response via email or courtesy call. So I called them, doing their job to reach out and schedule an appointment and they have the audacity to inform me of a $30 charge to try on one dress.

It was such a pleasure to work with Natalie and Bella Bridesmaids! Prior to the appointment, the staff asked me what I was looking for for my bridesmaids, and price points to be respectful of. When my group arrived at Bella, we were greeted warmly and guided towards dresses in our price range. Overall, the process was not only easy, but also very fun! 10/10 would recommend!

I absolutely loved my experience at this store. Kelly was incredibly patient and wonderful, I loved how she immediately figured out my style and made sure our appointment ran smoothly and efficiently. She is an complete asset to the team and made the experience overall extremely pleasant. We had brief encounters with the other staff and they were super sweet as well. All in all great product, great store and great staff you cant beat that :)

Do not waste your money or time here. Ordered all 5 bridesmaids dresses from here and they looked like they were made from a distributor in China! Material is cheap! Also, every single dress was made at least 3 sizes to big! Some of my girls even paid extra for material! Then they would not work with us on alterations! Never ever again! I highly suggest any other company! Dont make your bridesmaids over pay for low quality and customer service!

Not very friendly. They measured my maid of honor wrong. They told me her dress was designed to be able to be let out at least and inch. That one inch would have solved the whole issue. I took it to three tailors and none of them were able to find where the dress would be able to be let out. When we picked up the dress they basically handed it to us and scurried is out of there. When I called them they were not able to do anything else about it and sounded like they didn’t care much. The initial appointment was ok. My others bridesmaid dress fit fines but the way they handle upset customers is not ok. Do not go here you are NOT able to return the dresses if something goes wrong and they do NOT do much to help you if something does go wrong. They do not even apologize.

I bought my rehearsal dress for my wedding and a second dress for my sister in laws reception. The one on one attention makes all the difference. Both dresses were different in style. I was able to match perfectly the colors of both weddings. Whats even better is these dresses dont look like a bridesmaid dress. I wear them out to special occasions all the time. Well worth the money!!

Bella Bridesmaids deserves MORE than 5 stars. From the moment I stepped in the boutique, the sales associates were SO welcoming and helpful. They helped me bring my vision of light, airy, and romantic feel into my bridesmaids dresses. I went with Hayley Paige dresses and they were absolutely stunning!!! My bridesmaids loved them and it was so easy for them to go try on. I had bridesmaids in Houston, Dallas, San Francisco, Austin, and Denver and they were all able to go and get measured so easily!!!!Brides, the selection at bella bridesmaids is absolutely incredible and they make the whole process so stress free!!!! Literally endless styles and colors to choose from. I cant urge you enough to get your bridesmaid dresses from here!!

I was very impressed by the customer service. Having found out I was expecting after I had ordered my bridesmaid dress...alterations to make it big were an unexpected obstacle! With a tight frame due to travelling abroad for the wedding, Bella swiftly ordered more material from the designer so alterations could be made. The girls were very helpful, understanding and kept me thoroughly updated. Plus were able to recommend a local alteration store. Thank you Emily & Natalie so much for efficiently dealing with things....its hugely appreciated!! And saved me getting a new dress!!!

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I had a great experience. I am a member of the very complicated bridal party. I say complicated because we all live in different cities and have different body types so finding a dress that will look good on all of us was challenging. I made an appointment at Bella Bridesmaid to try on dresses since they have locations in all of the cities we live in and Im so glad I made that appointment! Everyone at the Houston location was very friendly and helpful. They have hundreds of dresses to choose from (our bride wasnt opinionated on our dresses) and the shop is charming and in a great central location. I highly recommend Bella Bridesmaid!

This place is great. Other bridal shops have very little to offer in the way of bridesmaids dresses but the store specializes in just that. They have a large selection of dresses for all shapes and sizes. I went in one morning not realizing I needed an appointment (Im not from Houston), and the girl that helped me managed to squeeze me in. She was incredibly helpful and sweet!

So difficult to work with. Although I have a Bella Bridesmaids in my city, this location refused to mail it there for me to pick up and charged me over $20 to ship it after paying $300 for the dress. They are not willing to accommodate their customers, but are happy to swipe your credit card.

I dont think a place could be any more charming than this. The girls who helped us were so sweet, the dresses were lovely, and the shop had so much beautiful character. They even sent me a hand written thank you card. Im swooning. SWOONING!

Just want to give a big shout out to the great customer service and the quickness of how Bellas handled a potentially bad situation. We ordered bridesmaid dresses for my daughters wedding in August, had one shipped to Dallas and FedEx delivered the package to someone (not the bridesmaid). With no cooperation from FedEx, Bellas stepped in quickly, found us a sample dress and had it delivered to the Dallas store within a week. You most definitely saved the day and the bride will be forever grateful. Thank you so much. MOB

Im a bit on the larger side so couldnt try on any dresses except for 1 that they happen to have that was still a little to small. I went ahead tried it on so the person helping us could give me an idea what adjustments needed to be made to make it look perfect. When I came out of the dressing area another employee was standing their watching, than she started to chuckle a little and covered her mouth and left. I did not think that was acceptable. If she is going to chuckle at bigger women she shouldnt be in this field when all sizes of women are coming in to find a beautiful dress.

I highly recommend going to Bella Bridesmaids. I was initially unsure after reading all of the negative reviews, but I made the appointment and went anyway. Natalie was my consultant and she was great! I told her the style and color I was going for and she immediately told me which racks would have what I was looking for. She helped pull dresses, helped the girls trying on and keeping the different designers and their colors organized. She was never once pushing me to rush to make a decision. Once we decided on a dress, she was helpful in sizing the girls and explained the online ordering process. Yes, once you decide to order it is all done online, where the bridesmaids select the dress, size and billing information. Once everyone has completed their order a final contract is sent to the bride to double check everyones order before the whole order is placed.The dress I chose, Bella did not have a dress in the material and color so I had to make my decision based upon a small swatch. Natalie made me feel confident that the color was going to be what I was looking at and was wanting. She also ordered me a larger swatch with all of the layers from the designer which came in a week later and it was exactly what I was looking for.Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Bella Bridesmaids. I did make an appointment and highly suggest it as it is a small house with 4 rooms, 3 of which are lined with dresses. There is a reason they only accept customers by appointment. I found the dresses to be of high quality and priced comparably to other bridal salons. Definitely try them out!

I had higher hopes. It’s such a cool concept to make it easy for us to find bridesmaid dresses and see lots of brands. They don’t carry some of the brands their website includes. I called and made an appointment and explained what I was looking for, expecting that they would have a selection pulled for the appointment but when I got there, they were still closed and didn’t open until about 10 minutes after my appointment time and then just told me to go walk around and pull whatever I liked. I had made the appointment so that I wouldn’t have to do that! I needed a specific color and she wouldn’t check colors until after I’d tried on dresses and then it turned out that non of the dresses I liked were available in the right color. The dresses are in racks in little rooms and it’s not a very easy or enjoyable shopping experience.

This a a very cute little boutique where you can find the perfect bridesmaid dress. They have a lot of different styles and any color imaginable. They also have a smaller selection of cute shorter white dresses that would be prefect for a rehearsal dinner. You get one on one attention - overall a great experience!

The shop is cute, employees are nice, but their are some issues. First off they do not have plus size dresses, therefore if you are above a size 8 you may end up in tears because non of there dresses will zip up. 2nd, there dresses are pretty expensive. You are better off going to a larger store. 3rd, if they make you order a dress that is huge on you, they will not fix the issue. There hands are tied when it comes to admitting that either they messed up or the designers sizes are way off. I personally think if you have to spend half the amount of the dress on alterations, that is a huge problem.

Just an FYI unless you have scheduled an appointment with them do not expect good customer service. They were very dismissive of us and not helpful.

The ladies are really sweet and service was fine. They were able to give me a 10% discount with the dresses because i bought all of them. They followed up with me often when I did not respond in time. The only reason why i did not give them 5 stars is that:1. Its expensive, it came out to be $260 each with taxes and rush fee.2. One of the dresses (one shoulder strap off the shoulder dress) I was told they had spoken to the dress company and they can make it on the shoulder vs off the shoulder. So when i ordered it they said the couldnt do it. It bugged me so much because I went there at least 3 times and I said OUTLOUD that the company said the can make it on the shoulder and none of the girls from the store inform me that I was wrong. So my girls are going to have to spend money to make the strap on the shoulder. I think I would have been ok if I was told ahead of time that they could not and chosen something else. I felt the store just said that at the beginning to get my business and it was too late for me to find another shop. I was thinking about baking macarons for them as a way to say thank you but after that I am not going to.Like I said, they were very sweet. My advice is just stay on top of everything and you will probably get a 5 star experience.
