I went to purchase some beef short ribs and and the package was filled with to 2 good cuts and the rest was scrapped fat.

I have been buying meat here since 14 years ago. Prices are cheaper then most meat markets around. The meat is also graded best in north side of Houston. Honestly the bad comments around here are because a Karen didn’t get her way or a Maria and do this to mess with a good business. Not to mention anytime you get meat from this place they always show you the cuts before you take it and they tell you what they’re giving you.

I like this place because you are allow to see what you are purchasing before you purchase it. Unlike other wholesale meat markets. You take a chance of what you may in up with! The butcher was extremely pleasant and hopeful. The place is clean; you can smell the bleach sanitation 👍Great customer service. Great prices as well ❤
