They have great selections of Hardwood and Vinyl floorings. Customer service was exceptional. Sean McCabe was great and spent 1 hour with myself going through the showroom helping me color match my flooring. Even though I did not end up making the purchase from them solely due to the fact that I put my home project on hold for now. I highly recommend using ProSource for all your home projects. Will be definitely coming back to them in the future.

Excellent service!!! I own a residential renovation company (Forever Custom Renovations) and this is by far my favorite vendor. Jeff Lavoto is our account manager and he genuinely is in a class of his own. I can not explain how refreshing his prescion, timeliness & attentive disposition is. Everything is well Organise and a nice show Room

A couple of weeks ago my contractor, who is a member at ProSource, set up a meeting for us with Jamie. When we came into the meeting we had no idea what we wanted for our shower tile or home flooring. Jamie honed in quickly on what we did and didn’t like! She was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the pros and cons of each. I expected to go in and leave without having made a choice but Jamie completely changed that! Within an hour and half all decisions were made and we were out the door!Even though Jamie made the buying process virtually painless most often home renovations aren’t and today that reality hit. We ran into a problem upstairs and had to change the type of flooring that will be installed but again, she went above and beyond! Within 2 hours she matched the flooring that we’d already purchased for the downstairs and had the new order placed for us.Jamie is the best! I will never be able to sing her praises enough!!! ProSource is lucky to have her and so are we.

Wonderful selections and helpful stall

I used ProSource to purchase carpet for our spiral staircase which we had carpeted many years ago and had a horrible experience. Jaclyn at Prosource helped me this time, helped me understand the ratings on the carpet & recommended an installer experienced at that type of job. Great selection of floor coverings (tile, laminate, hardwood, carpet, ...) and a fair price, but we didnt make a sale. Jaffar (salesperson) appeared to not want to sell me one box of tile. He was persistently discouraging me from purchase, stating that it will take too long, hours, possibly a day. On the contrary, I called a different company and they made a sale/pickup within 10 minutes, without any hesitation. I understand 1 box is too small of an order, but his discouragement was a bit too obvious.

Poor customer service. Upper management completely ignored us when our designer was MIA for weeks. We ordered many things for an entire new build. They made mistake after mistake and left us hanging. Completely unprofessional. Would never recommend this supplier.

We are General Contractors in Houston Texas, I will not recommend to anyone this company. The dont take resposability to their actions. We order material for one dentist office the sales rep made a mistake ordering the material. When we got to the project the material was wrong and the manager did not want to exchage the material instead he made us pay them again for the material. He keep saying that he was helping us and what he could do was give us credit on a different order for other job. This option is ridiculous since we dont control their pricing and the can easily add that cost to the new price and on there side not taking the lost. I am dissapointed and the way they deal with a custumer. Jon Arnold needs to learn how to take responsabilities for their actions. $338.98 was the price of losing a client.
