Staff was very helpful. They didnt have kid items which was disappointing, and it seemed as if the selection was thin.

I visited this store on 4/26, around 6-7pm. The customer service was awful, no where close to North Face’s quality. I’d rather shop at REI for North Face vs going to this location. When I got to check out the item, the cashier was cold and rude. He asked for my personal information. I asked what was that for and he said it could give me 10% off. I took that but I wasn’t aware of the loyalty program running or whatsoever until I did my own research online.If the company wants to execute such loyalty program, they need first train their sale associates what it is and tell them to explain it to the customers! Totally disappointed! I don’t recommend this store at all!

The north face at the galleria in Houston tx is inappropriate and rude. David and the other manager made false accusations and declined my return that had the original tags attached along with the original receipt. They discriminated against me because of my gender and raised their voice at me. David is such a horrible store manager and he needs communication skills. All of them should learn manners and to respect their customers.

David was absolutely amazing, he helped me pick the right gear for my expeditions. I stayed warm in freezing temperatures because of the jackets he recommended . Great customer service from David.

Went there shopinng. Employees are rude little millieumals with a rude attitude. Almost brought one till I found out, they rejected a order from a oil company. Irony considering they use Chinese companies who pollute with impunity with oil products. Typical self righteous progressive hypocrites. Dont buy their Chinese products!!!!!!!!

David is amazing. This place always has something I want; its hard to stay away. Although the winters in Houston are short, their coats are my favorite.

The staff seemed very uncomfortable with customers trying on items in the store. They were very pushy about asking if I needed help.The same associate asked if I needed help three times within a ten min window. She did a good job making me feel unwelcome in the store. Ill just have to spend my money elsewhere.

The workers at The North Face are polite, but come off as needy for sales. I understand that customer service is valuable, but the service comes off as bothersome, rather than helpful. When attempting to shop, I was asked for help 6 times in a 7 minute period after responding with, no thank you, each time.The service given made it obvious that the employees desperately wanted me to buy a product, not that they truly cared about my product selection.That me feel uncomfortable, rushed, and like I was a sale rather than a human being. The store needs a less pushy strategy to sale their products. Management needs to change their pushy strategies because the tactics makes it evident that in their eyes, the customers are undervalued and are just a transaction, which drives customers away and what drived me away.

It is the best place in the mall, and I think in all of Houston, to get thermal clothes for the winter season, to prepare for trips where sky and snow sports predominate. Beauties in style, colors and combinations. Expensive but incomparable quality.
