I don’t write reviews often but Alex and his crew are great, they put my new sling together with new speakers and 10inch fender pods that sounds amazing like he said, there were a few things that needed to get addressed and he didn’t hesitate to take care of the issue. It’s hard to find companies that stand by their words of customer care. I will be getting more work done in the future.

Recently I wrote a negative review based on an experience that wasnt what it appeared. The Owner (Alex) was not present the follow up because he was enduring a family Tragedy. Therefore my calls ie inquiries werent addressed properly. Nevertheless, a grieved Alex reached out to me personally. Today ALL the issues I thought I was having disappeared. I was reimbursed for accidental damages and given products of greater value and apologized to faced to face. I have Never experienced such remorse and compassion from any vendor. If I could render Ten Stars to House of Sound-- theyd have them. I only hope that House of Sound can forgive me for acting and not investigating.Thanks Alex... Youre The Best!Robert...

Place was great! They did my radio fast and it was cheap compared to other places

The guest service was disappointing. I went into the shop and asked for a pricing quote and even offered to leave and have give me a call later as they seemed busy and my need was not urgent. I never got that call. I called the next day and was told I would receive quote within the hour. I received nothing. I went to the store a few days later and the person who helped me did not have any of my information. After starting the process all over again this person seemed inconvenienced by having to take a look at my vehicle. I simply declined and left. Proceed to this location with caution. This could be an isolated situation but I have read some of these reviews and it seems to be a pattern of behavior at this establishment.

Had a goal of walking in to a place and getting a hard - hitting sub system the same day, and these guys at House of Sound made that possible. Walked in and within 10 minutes, Mario had a system paired for me. The subs he recommended for me werent available at their store at that moment, so with one phone call, he had them rushed to the store within 2 hours! I wired everything up myself and when the amp wasnt working, their 60 day warranty allowed me to bring the first amp back and swap it out for a brand new one, no questions asked. Their customer service will definitely have me bring my car back to get my door speakers upgraded and put subs in my girlfriend car as well!

On November 14 2020, I had a touch screen, speakers, and an equalizer placed in my 2016 Nissan Sentra.When I walked in, the place was super busy. Alex made an effort to speak to me while helping others. After a few minutes it was my turn. I told Rick I wanted better sound than my stock radio was producing, and a touch screen. He asked my price range and quickly had a plan.I am sure it was obvious I had no clue, but it never felt like Alex was over selling me.At 11 I left my vehicle and picked it up at 4:30. I never imagined it could sound as great as it does.Today, 20th of November, I went in for an additional service, and was on my way home an hour later.My experience at House of Sound could not have been any better, twice. I am not sure what more Alex could have done to earn my business in the future.In fact, I plan to purchase rims very soon, and I hope to see you there.

They did a great job on my wifes Jeep Wrangler, I had them install an amp kit and the pac wire harness, they wrapped the wires in tubing all the way to the amp and zipped tied everything so clean. Will come back!

Maybe one reason their ratings are so high is because they know how to get rid of negative ones, because my first one is gone. It stated how I got led lights there and one went out before a year even went by. When I took my car back, they asked if they were the aftermarket cheap kind. I said, I dont know, you tell me because I got them here. So they replaced it, both of them supposedly. But I think, just like another customer stated, they try to sell you one thing, but install the cheap version. If you look at my photos, you can see that the led lights barely show up. I literally drive around with my high beams on for safety. I need to take a photo when driving on the highway so that you can see that I can barely see a cars length in front of me. Also, when I had them replace my HID lights with the led ones, they tried to keep my kit until I asked for it back. They are definitely not a trustful business and I wonder how many other negative reviews got deleted.Update: how ironic that 2 weeks after my review and 1 week after the owners response, one of my lights goes completely out. Second time this one didnt even make it half of a year if they replaced both like they said. I honestly dont know what to say and cant even fathom the excuse that they could come up with this time.Final update: the other replaced light went out. Not even a year. Barely over a month as the last one. This is not coincidence or an isolated incident. Ive been done with this place. Not saying everything they sell is shotty, but just be aware that cheaper service might end with cheaper quality, and thats not acceptable in reference to safety.

I have heard some negative things about the House of Sound. Boy, am I glad I did not let them influence my decision. I decided to go against the odds and check out the House of Sound. I met the owner Alex and to my surprise he wasnt anything like I had heard. He did the work on my F150 and I was so happy. This means dont listen to what you hear, go by what you know. Go check him out!!! If I would have listened to what the folks was saying i would probably still be unhappy. Thanks to the entire team at the House of Sound.

I went a few months ago to install door speakers, a subwoofer, and an amp. I showed up at the time they gave me and the car wasnt ready. After a few hours of waiting around I ask Alex, for maybe the forth time, whats the hold up. He assured me that his best techs were working on it and taking their time in order to make sure the job is done right. On the initial estimate he said they were going to Dynamat my doors and do everything professionally.I had to replace a door today due to an accident and decided to open the old one in order to remove the speakers. Theres no Dynamat to be seen and they held my tweeters in place with tape. Nice.

Added 4 speakers, amp and led setup on my new Harley. They did what it takes to get proper results. Excellent install job!

I had an LED kit installed on my Suzuki Boulevard. Alex and Mario provided excellent customer service and were straight forward about the time it would take to get done. I just went thru some reviews & I noticed something similar.i had asked for the best alarm & they sold me the viper alarm with the 1 mile range & trust me it has no more than 300 ft range.i guess they sell u the most expensive stuff & install the cheapest.also I kept on getting the come back later for a new remote & I still got charged.i guess warranty dont apply.im done business here.

They do good work, but they do not honor appointments. Set an appointment 2 weeks in advance, called the day before to confirm, came the morning of appointment, early, and was not even pulled to the back till 2.5hrs after my appointment time, no apologies. Further the young guy at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I believe his name is VJ or BJ. We witnessed him be rude to multiple customers. Brushes by/bumps into customers without saying excuse me. Long time supporter of Alex (the owner) but the customer service aspect could be improved upon. But the audio service Ive received from the actual guys in the back that do the work is great

Well looks like my bad review was removed went here 2 years ago got my alarm put on here . The alarm had issues sence day 1 before the 1 year mark it didnt work at all . After 2 years I just removed it completely causing battery drain and electrical issues to my truck . I would never recommend this place for alarm system let alone anything with wiring they used speaker wires for the kill switch. You get what you pay for . If you wonder what the electrical issue i had were it was their splicing kit grabbing the wire for the tail light it cause my break light to stop working I had to fix every wire they touched

Alex, the owner has excellent communication and customer service. He was very helpful through the entire process of dealing with an issue caused by the remote start system on my Toyota Tundra. He does not hide behind the scenes like some managers/owners of companies do. He will take the time to get you what you are looking for and make it right if there are any issues. I was recommended to this place for a truck accessory. The owner seems like a nice gentleman. Not very talkative. His assistant who really didnt help us did more of the talking. Unless the ladies dont mind potty mouths, this place is more for guys as some of the assistants cursed openly.

Decent work, fair pricing but horrible customer service and the wait oooh the wait is horrible. Had an alarm installed, dropped my vehicle off early in the morning as requested, but the install wasnt completed until 11A the next day. I had to initiate the calls to check on the status of my vehicle. Once I Got my vehicle back the alarm worked great but it was too sensitive and kept going off. Went back to get the settings adjusted and waited almost 2 hours for 10 minutes of an installers time. I understand things happen but communication can go a long way when someone is spending their time and money

I have a 2011 Honda Accord EX-L that had a decent factory system with mini Sub and factory amp, but I wanted an upgrade. I researched audio shops and decided to try this one out because of the reviews. I planned on spending around $1,500 on a complete system overhaul and wanted it done right with a decent brand of audio equipment. This place seemed like the right choice. The job took about 6 hours to complete. I did have to bring my car back twice due to engine noise in the speakers, the front speakers cutting off and no mids. Both times the guys were very professional and was very willing to get working on the problem right away. The phrase “3rd time is a charm” worked in this instance for me. My system sounds great and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. Hey, we’re all human and I read about horror stories with this particular vehicle and audio shops screwing up the wiring. These guys may have missed some minor wiring details, but they worked with me, fixed the issues and I now have the audio sounds in my ride that I have always desired.

This is a great shop that Ive been coming to for years....I recently got my new Charger and had a laundry list of items to take care of...After speaking to Alex and Jeffrey I got everything taken care of for an Amazing price. Not only was the work great but I was surprised how quickly multiple items were finished within a day. I keep coming here because it a place where the managers actually remember their customers and treat them well...they honor all their work...highly recommend!

I went and saw David today to talk with him about some issues with a subwoofer I had previously installed at a different audio store. He was attentive, informative and super sweet. I appreciated his patience with me as I am trying to understand how this whole car audio stuff works. Clean place and other workers were friendly. Alex the owner even greeted me to make sure I was taking care of so that was a plus!! I was just amazed at the fact I was so well taken care of here especially since a lot of business have terrible customer service these days.

Crazy request, right? They did it. Its fantastic! I cant speak enough about how great the service was and they easily met our deadline.Plus if there ever is any issues they encouraged us to just bring it back and theyd work with it. Fortunately everything is perfect so thats not needed, but if the ever is an issue its great to know we have that option.This is my second time dealing with them. The first time was probably 12 years ago on my first car. Glad to see them still kickin.5 easy stars here.

I initially went to House of Sound, it was not the best experience. As it turns out the day I stopped by, the owner was out at a doctors appointment which caused him to be short staffed during that time. The person working was knowledgable but was seamed to be very overwhelmed. He did not have time to answer any questions or provide much assistance. After I left the owner returned and found out my contact information and reached out to me about the experience. The owner, Alexander, spent enough time with me to help find a system that met my requirements and my budget. Alexander really cares to tries to get his customers what they want and need. I would definitely not hesitate in going back to House of Sound and highly recommend them.

Dont waste your time. I called these guys, they told me they had time to do a stereo install, and I drove down there. I walked inside and saw a guy in the corner putting away boxes, one guy in the center of the store (possible customer) on his phone, and another behind the counter soeakisp Spanish to another person. I waited for 10-15 minutes and was never acknowledged.
