Seems like they dont want to put in the effort to sell, kept on asking to show me a specific product but instead showed me a pic when i even pointed out the actual product infront of me.

Cannot recommend enough, best service I have ever received. Pablo is one of the best in the business, 25 years of experience so you know you are in great hands. I was surprised with his honesty, he recommended I keep the speakers that came with my car because they are better than the ones I was gonna buy, not a lot of people that would have done that. He explained in detail why my audio was not working properly and showed me all the bad wiring that was done on my car by the previous owner. I was blown away by the difference in my sound system and my ears are still ringing as Im writing this review 😁.I am now a loyal customer and will recommend On Power to all my people.

Ive went to other stores for my electrical problems on my tahoe due to lights and accessories and their was never time or they would be to busy, And coming to this store I found great customer care they were upfront with he products details and very helpful they installed my back lights and HIDs till today Ive had no problems with them Im pleased at the service and I recommend people to come here you should ask for Alex his a great guy and very helpful to he will stay with you to make sure you get what you deserve

I wanted to switch out my lights for my Kia Soul and went here for some help. Pablo helped me out on what choices to make. I went with an HID kit and some very bright fog lights. I also paid extra to get the lights installed.Their installation was no problem and quite fast. They have a waiting room with a little TV and a water fountain. I verified the lights turned on and was on my way after they were finished with the install.Later that night, I noticed a slight flicker with my HIDs I hadnt before. I went back to the shop to let them know and maybe to switch to a different product. I was still happy with their work since it was top notch but their work schedule was conflicting with mine for the week to get it back in their shop. They were busy with other installs and I had a wedding to work out. The car was now a concern for night driving for me and I needed to resolve ASAP.I bit the bullet and bought my own LEDs and installed with no problem. I put the HIDs back in its box and went back to return them with 30% restock penalty :(All in all, I was happy with the service. Every persons car is different and this was my situation. Pablo tried to work with me to get the car back in the shop but again, our schedules conflicted and I couldnt wait to resolve a replacement kit with them.I am 5 starring my experience for their service and professionalism.

Great customer service no doubt easy financing. They don’t warranty their rims and tires once you leave the parking lot with them for sure Lesson learned.

So i go to discount tire and these mf’s have a 3 hour wait time for 5 cars...only 5....i go down the street to my boy alex and he finished 7 cars just to get to me all within 15 minutes no cap...quality 10/10, Speed 15/10 and custom my service 10/10.
