PLEASE READ...STAY AWAY from this dealership. DO NOT trust a word they say. I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from this dealership and was told that it was in “immaculate condition, but inside and out”. Upon delivery, it was an absolute mess.1) The Jeep wouldn’t even shift into first gear. The clutch was almost down on the floorboard it was so bad. It was clear to even the most uneducated driver that this Jeep needed a clutch kit job done immediately.2) The rear main seal was leaking and needed to be repaired.3) The dealer had used black spray paint on some trim pieces and it must’ve sat out in the rain shortly after painting. The black spray paint leaked down onto the gold factory paint job and required $600 worth of correction.4) The windshield was cracked in two places.5) The passenger seat had a big melted chocolate stain on the seat. It was like they did t even try to clean it up.Overall, these issues cost me $3,000 to fix.I called Steve (General Manager) and acted like they would do the right thing to help pay for these issues...then radio silence. He won’t return phone calls, text messages or emails.This vehicle was falsely represented, COMPLETELY. And they knew it. It’s criminal, they showed no integrity, no courtesy, and absolutely zero honesty.Buyer beware, take your business elsewhere or get burned.

I had been looking online for a Range Rover Sport with decent miles for quite some time up to 500 miles away from Austin, Tx. I found one at this dealership and called right away. Stanley answered the phone on the first ring with a smile in his voice. He confirmed the availability of the vehicle, answered some questions I had, and we got the transaction started immediately. Because we were having inclement weather I could not get down to Houston for a couple of days. Stanley ensured he would prepare the vehicle and keep it protected under covered parking until I got there. I got there 2 days later and found the vehicle under the covered parking, cleaned, and gassed up just as Stanley promised, he even had the windshield wipers replaced to ensure my rainy ride back home was safe! After inspecting the vehicle and completing a very exciting and positive test drive, we completed the transaction in about an hour and I was back on the road to Austin in my beautiful new Range Rover. I visited this outlet on 8th May 2021 to buy a BMW 530e. I booked an appointment with Mr.Stanley. First lets talk about the car. The car was not clean for which Mr.Stanley told that the car would be cleaned after the purchase was made. Secondly the car had some scratches which he was not able to explain.While finalizing the deal I asked him the best price for which he replied that this is the best price and do you want to buy or not in a very rude tone?I would not recommend this dealership as they would judge you based upon the car you are currently driving and the staff is not friendly.

I had a great experience at Nxcess Motorcars. My neighbor had bought a Maserati from them several years ago. I wanted one also. So I looked online and found one I wanted to test drive. I told them when I wanted to come in and David met me when I got there. I test drove the car and fell in love with it. I bought it the following day. They had all the paperwork ready when I got their, all I had to do was sign on the lines and I was out of their in less than 30 minutes.

Stay away, all the flashing and looking good vehicles are all superficial. I purchased a vehicle and within a hour of departing the dealership engine and stabilizer lights came up. I called the sales person about the concern and they asked to bring it in but nothing was done about it. They run a test and stated the catalyst sensor and converter needed to be change. And due to the upgrades on the suspension the stabilizer light will stay on. A week later, oil leak from the oil pan. Just a disappointment overhaul and paying top dollars. None of this information was provided (as they state transparency) which is NOT the case and asked on several occasions on the history of the vehicle. I submitted a complaint to the BBB (Bureau Best Business) and waited 30 days, not a single call. My recommendation, dont trust them, stay away. Not worth the stress and disappointment.

I purchased a 2019 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon sight unseen. They took extra photos and videos of the vehicle upon request. I was treated with respect and couldn’t be happier with my deal. I would highly recommend giving this dealership a chance to treat you right.

Absolutely awesome experience... Omar was my salesperson and was excellent from the start... I was making an out of state purchase, which can be tricky at times, unless you are working with the right person and/or company, which I clearly was. Ive made this kind of purchase several times and have to say that Omar handled it with precision... He was very attentive and communicated extremely well, which is beyond important, ESPECIALLY on an out of state transaction, where comfort is what makes or breaks the sale... He sent me a very good video of the car, close enough to see it in real light and to be not be tricked in how it actually looked... He was beyond helpful as well and they were just easy to negotiate and work with... They were not pushovers but were also extremely fair, which is what I like to see as well... When you have pushovers, often times it is because there is something wrong with what you are buying and they are just happy to get something for it... This was just good business all around... They had their own shipping people they worked with and the car was shipped within one day of being purchased and had 1,000 miles to come to me... It was here in less than 48 hours and there was barely even any dust on the car... It was just excellent all the way around... I will absolutely do business with them again

Omar was fantastic to work with. Answered all of my questions quickly. I purchased the car from out of state so I didnt see it in person. A few issues were not disclosed. The engine was making a noise but thankfully it was still under warranty. It needed rear tires with only 16,000 miles on the odometer, there was a chip in the windshield and the interior smelled like smoke. The car was not detailed and the previous owners things were still in the glove box and trunk. They did however address some of the paint issues before it was delivered.
