Wow! Left this place totally speechless. They are so professional and fast! I usually dont do reviews but here is my experience i i bought truck recently and i just found out that the car been repainted apparently it has been wrecked but the dealer obviously didnt mentioned it!! well they did horrible paint job to hid it they even spray paint the tires who does that i just wish i could pay attention more to the paint job it was a mess paint drops on the doors, mufflers, trims, underneath bumper missing some bolts its just a mess beware when buying .

I recommend getting a vehicle if you are in the search for a car. They have great prices, they are willing to work with the customer. The staff there is amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure the customer has a great experience. Any problems with they car they help with that too. Brought a used truck from them for my dad, walked me through the process and was very quick in getting me in and out and helpful throughout the process

I bought a car from the on Dec 19 the day after the check engine light came on. Called the company advised them that I took the truck to get a diagnostics test and it said I needed to get a converter. Took the truck back to the shop picked it up they said it wasn’t the converter but a sensor. 3 days later while my daughters and I were out the car wouldn’t no longer start. When I called the company to let them know they tell me that I’ve driven off the lot and there are no refunds and if I can get the car back to them I advised them that it’s not my place to get the truck back to them because I just brought the truck to them. And told y’all it was a problem with the truck. They pretty much stop answering my calls and messages. Took all our money 3,000. They are very unprofessional they entire conversation that we had was through Instagram no one wanted to return my calls or anything. And if this is a business you’re supposed to make sure your customers are happy and bring you more customers but I will never do business with them ever again and I will be suing this company.

I purchased a Mercedes Benz truck from them and so far the only issue that Ive had was one of my tires needs to be changed, my oil change light was on after only driving for a short period of time, my truck floorboard was soaking wet when it rained hard, the seal on my windshield has come up causing it to make noise every time i drive over 50 miles. The truck is clean, the staff is very nice, they even worked with me when i was having a hard time towards the beginning of this loan. I would recommend getting a car from them. My truck is used and the issues that i have are minor, i just need to find out why my floors are getting wet.I purchased the car without warranty so thats the reason I didnt tell them that I was having these minor issues.

Texas Star Motors is hands down, the very best pre-owned car dealership in Texas...it must be. I cannot imagine receiving better service and concern anywhere. Other than the very courteous and considerate service, the establishment has a full time mechanic on duty, to assure that each vehicle meets the strictest of standards that you might expect from a new car dealership....even without written warranties. I have purchased more than 15 vehicles from Texas Star Motors, and have always been, and will continue to be a very loyal client. I truly believe that the success of this business is due to the fact that the owner fears God, and therefore treats every single customer like he would like to be treated.

I have been shopping for a used truck at the major dealerships in Houston who advertise they will get you in a vehicle with little or no money down and poor or no credit. They lied! Bought an older pickup from them in cash pretty recently. Noticed some minor issues, amd terrible gas mileage. CEL popped on and i brought it in after pulling codes. I drive 80 miles round trip to work everyday, so a reliable vehicle is paramount to me.The gentleman there double checked the codes i pulled, concurred with my suspicions and immediately set upon making it right. I had to leave for work. So he set me up with a loaner and told me to hang on to it until the next day as i was getting off late that night.They called me around 11 this morning and told me the truck was ready. She ran like a dream, gave me a tuneup and fixed quite a few other things.Prompt, respectful, and all around great guys here.Highly recommended

Texas Star Motors has so far done nothing but impress me! I am on my fourth vehicle purchase with them. Buying a car for me has always been a bit of a hassle because it’s hard to trust anyone. I can honestly say for the first time ever I was impressed with my sales person. I felt he took the time with me and always went out of his way to make sure I got what I was looking for. His cars are great and I didn’t have to worry about a check engine light coming on after a few weeks as I have experienced in my previous car purchases elsewhere . Even after purchasing my vehicles, any minor problems I reported, him and his staff tried their best to resolve the issue. First of all let me state that I have receipts to verify all this. The first time I came to this shop I was charged a set price as my visits progressed the price changed. The last time on my visit I was charged close to triple what I was charged my first time. Keep in mind this is all for an oil change service with me providing my own oil and filter. The guy was rude and attended the problem incorrectly yelling to his staff in front of me and making me feel uncomfortable. The point is not the money on this argument the point is that a service shouldn’t be changed in price depending on how the provider feels about it. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR ANY SERVICE OR PURCHASE. Keep in mind if they are irresponsible with pricing for a service such as an oil change, how irresponsible must they be with vehicles.
