Was trying to buy Chevy camaro 2019 white convertible but has been wrecked twice I bought a CARFAX for it and I asked sales person Yahya yusif if he can send me the estimate to what was done to the vehicle he kept going around it and told me that instead of asking him to bring someone to check it out. Was vey rude and pretty much useless. He did not inform me the vehicle had been in multiple wrecks and even if I bring someone there can be hidden damages that can’t be seen so I’m so glad I didn’t buy here they sell nothing but wrecked vehicle and they won’t even tell you.

Ive had a nightmare so far dealing with hertz. When I brought the car they didn’t explain any features of the car to me. I had to figure it out on my own . I live out of state so when I got the car I asked them would it be an issue to have my tag updated there. The women that works there informed me that they would be able to do that. When I get there they tell me that they can’t but I would be getting my registration and tags within a month another lie. I moved out of Texas and went back a few days ago to pick up my mail. My tag was not there. They never told me I would he receiving a tracking number for my plates and registration. Then when I asked them to give me another set of temporary plates they said they will not after Texas dmv said they would be able to on my behalf. It looks like they are just in it for the money and took advantage of someone who desperately needed a car. I have no way to register my car I’m in a completely different state I called out of work to get the plates and can not afford to take another day off. This place is shady. I wouldn’t do business here they are straight up liars . Had I known that the plates would take this long to come I would’ve brought my car in Florida where I live .

Great place to shop for late model used vehicles. I have bought numerous vehicles over the years, both new and used, and this experience was pleasant to say the least. No pressure, questions answered promptly, prices were fixed, and extremely low priced, so no haggling required. Trade in value was fair, as was the finance rate, but no pressure to accept them. Only one issue, the key fob did not work. Had been informed up front there would only be one key, the manager asked us to return in one week and he would have a second key made for us. Normally I would not have taken the word of a used car manager unless it was in writing, somehow I knew it would be OK. I returned a week later, the manager recognized me! He then had the key maker make not just a key but a second fob. Hope they are still selling in Houston when I purchase a graduation present for my daughter. If you know what you want and are prepared to buy, it took about 4 hours from drive on the lot to driving home with a newer ride.

So after a few weeks looking at this car I wanted. I pulled the trigger. I did ask alot of questions so I wasnt disappointed . Yes the tank was almost full and it was pretty clean. The transaction was pretty Smooth. Also had a good sales man he took time to just talk with me. This is very important when purchasing a car. Im very disappointed in the lack of courtesy and professionalism at this store. I am a business owner and recently have been purchasing my vehicles through Hertz. This would have been my 3rd vehicle with them. I live in San Antonio so I worked with Asia remotely regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Asia was more than helpful and professional. The next business day I communicated with her that I was going to drive from San Antonio to Houston. She advised she was not working that day but one of her colleagues would help me. Once I started driving, I messaged her my ETA and she informed me to ask for James Fergerson when I arrived. 3.5 hours later, I arrived 10 minutes earlier than the ETA given. James asked how my drive was and then proceeded to tell me he sold the car to someone else. He was aware that I was making a long drive, yet doing the courteous thing and calling me to tell me the vehicle sold never happened. Actions like that are very bad for brand reputation.

Been do other dealerships but they don’t compare to how well I was being treated and how patient they were here with all my questions with certain vehicles. Went it a couple of times because I still wasn’t certain on my purchase and every time it was a fresh of breath air being greeted with such good customer service. But I stood at the counter and 3 to 4 different guys saw me at the counter and not one personally acknowledged me. I would have appreciated a Mam we are busy right but someone will be with you shortly if you could please take a seat but noone said NOTHING. THANKS ! For your horrible service.

My husband and I came in with every intention on buying a car. We were trading in his car as well. We had already gotten other offers for his car so we knew what price range we wanted for it. After picking the car my husband wanted and waiting an hour and a half for the manager to come appraise my husbands car they came back with a low ball offer. I asked the sales person if the value of the car was between Xand X what made their offer so low but before I could get the words out he cut me off and turned to my husband and explained to him how those things work. Needless to say we did no buy the car we intended on getting, I told my husband pack it up and we left. Never disrespect a wife as most often she has final say! You lost a sale because we went to a different dealer and got a different car the same day! Shame on you!
The vehicle itself is a very good buy. The salesman seemed to be relatively new at selling vehicles. Whole staff seemed surprised by the fact was not financing a vehicle.Edit: went back on 02-May-20 to purchase a second Toyota Yaris IA for myself. The first one was for my brother. Originally talked to the salesman the day before letting him know I was coming in Saturday morning for one listed on their web site. When got there it was not available. They did have one on the lot with a sticker saying not available. Told salesman Ill take that one. Took him and the manager over half an hour to find the keys. The salesman didnt want to get the vehicle ready, detailed, until paperwork was signed. IMO, you get the vehicle ready before or while the papers are being signed so the customer doesnt have to wait.
Car selection and test driving process was good. Actually sitting down to buy the vehicle was so painful and obnoxious. The finance person keeps entering info wrong, like move over and Ill type it in myself. You loose out on all the nice parts of buying a car and a real car dealership but you will probably end up with a decent car.
I searched for over a month to find a Nissan Pathfinder that fit into my budget. The dealerships were way over priced with lots of hidden fees. Abdel Chair found me exactly what I wanted and under budget. No hidden fees, no pressure and under budget. The dealerships were $1500+ over budget. Abdel and the other staff were all so kind and helpful. I dont expect to be in the market for a car anytime soon but I will send anyone I know looking to Abdel. One of the worse seller i had worked with. starting from the Store Manager. he just dont care if you are buying or not. they have many people reaching out their store that in case you dont get into a first agreement (Close the deal) your file goes to the end of files stacks and you get move to last of the line. they will send you home informing you that they will reach out to you but never do. once you arrive at the store after a long time waiting for a expect call that has never happen. they will tell you that the car was sold to someone else because you were not ready. All seller are proper dress but the Store manager believe his is something else and WORKS IN SHORTS AND SLIPPERS wow. BECAUSE ONCE YOU PULL YOUR CREDIT THERE.
Worse dealership ever! If you’re reading this, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. The only reason I purchased my Nissan here was due to the price and no haggling feature. I bought this truck in Feb. 2020 right before COVID. 4 months later NO LICENSE PLATES. The only excuse I get is COVID. YET I know several folks that have bought cars elsewhere during this pandemic and everyone has license plates. How is it that I have a truck that is riding around with paper plates past the counties extension due to Covid???? Why am I not being offered a different solution. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Stay away.

I did buy a car from them, the price was right. Happy with the vehicle (other than the cracked tail light that the manager would not fix). Went in with a pre-approved loan from Bank of America, they insisted that I fill out the paperwork to have my information on file. Instead of using the loan that I had already been approved for, they ran credit again (without my knowledge) and processed a new loan from Bank of America to run through themselves. I asked them several times as I was filling out paperwork to not run my credit because the second hard inquiry would have a negative effect on my credit score. I will be paying off the loan they initiated today. Not cool.
Pricing on vehicles is great and that’s where the great ended for me, when salesman and manager think they can take advantage of you by being deceitful that’s pretty sad. First salesman shows me a supposed picture of my dashboard showing a check engine light on, sales man stated that this would affect my trade in value understandable if my vehicle actually had the check engine light on. Salesman tried to pass off another vehicles dash picture as mine, and how do I know that well in the picture sales man showed me it stated I had low fuel and well that wasn’t possible because i had just right under half a tank full of fuel. If salesman and managers are using these kind of shady tactics that’s pretty sad.

Im currently in the market for a car and came across Hertz website. However, due to the large number of horror stories from past customers I have decided to not even attempt to purchase from Hertz. Google reviews is a great thing for consumers. The cookie cutter response to negative reviews from management is a reflection of their lack of interest in customer service. A few disgruntled customers is expected for any business, but when a third of the buyers experience bad service, that says a lot. I give one star based on their response to Google reviews.
My name is Crystal Tucker-Kiel on 08/27/2020, I visited the Katy car sales location. I applied online for a Nissan Versa and was approved with $500 down. When I spoke with a finance manager I was told that the car was sold. He tried to get me to buy a 2014 but to no avail. He called me back to say that he could get me another Versa, same year, color and model but I need $1200 down. Worst experience ever 😪 I wouldnt recommend Hertz to my enemy. The fact that they ran my credit report twice. The finance manager and Hertz total B.S.
Worst experience Ive ever had at a car lot! The so called salesman, Yahya rushed us out saying they were closing, when we were in the middle of trying to purchase the vehicle. The next day we went back to finish the deal with the vehicle, they said it was sold right before we walked in. He also told the managers we werent interested in the vehicle. They entire team there looked lost as if we lied and took this shady salesmans side! They seemed reluctant to help us until I made a scene about how we were treated. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM! THEY ARENT TRUSTWORTHY!
We were very happy with our experience at Hertz! It’s not a fancy dealership, it’s not a fancy parking lot, but they have a great selection of cars that had been rentals and are in still very good shape! We got exactly what we wanted and they were wonderful about working with the price we wanted to pay! They stayed after hours to process all our papers until we were happy with our new purchase! Mr.Enoe was our rep and great to work with. Not pushy. Doesn’t sugar coat everything. Was honest and straight forward. We had searched and researched for months on the type of van we wanted, and we found it here! It is exhausting searching all of Houston for what a family wants, and we found it right in our own area! My finance company lead me to this location to purchase a vehicle. I must say up until today things were ok even though I had some issues with the vehicle after having it for only 24 hours. Needless to say I returned the vehicle because of those issues which in my rights to do (I had 7 days) I returned the vehicle in 24 hours. Before way deep in I would first like to thank Mr. Cole at this location, he was professional and respectful throughout the entire process. I went in today to sign the paperwork to return the vehicle there was miscommunication on the part of Hertz about the $200 restocking fee that my finance company is taking care of. As the confusion unfolds as I am in the office with the young lady signing paperwork I get my finance company on speaker phone. All of a sudden I hear a man in the next office THE FINANCE MANAGER (JAMES) at least that is what Andre told me his name was. with a very raised voice stating the finance companies need to stay out of this, this is the customer issues, nothing to do with the finance company. After the young lady walked to the back to get papers and MR. Cole returned to his desk The finance manager (James) was still commenting across the hall behind his desk but was too much of coward to come out like a man. He was still commenting and cursing. He was very unprofessional and rude. MR.Cole stated that is would take about 1 week for them to return my downpayment, the young lady that was helping me stated that it would take 2-3 weeks, the finance manager raised his voice from across the hall and stated NO IT WILL TAKE 6-8 WEEKS FOR HER TO RECEIVE HER DOWNPAYMENT. He clearly was angry. Keep in mind while all this was going on I was sitting quietly waiting to sign my paperwork because I didnt want to go to jail. I called corporate to file a complaint and the lady I spoke with was very nonchalant. Im sure nothing will get done about this but I wanted to let other people know what I went through. At a time like people are still evil, rude and miserable. I would not want my worse enemy to experience the disrespect that I experienced on today. This was the worst experience that I have ever had as a customer. I dont recommend this place. I will be calling everyday about my down payment. I do not recommend this place. Horrible experience. Hertz should do better! Also the sale was going to another hertz location so either way Hertz was winning. I will definitely seek another dealership with respectful employee. Again i would like to recognize Mr. Cole at this location for being professional and respectful throughout the entire ordeal. Very discouraging.

I went in on May 28, 2020....looking to purchase a car, my salesperson was Deija whom was nice, she was only following what the finance managers were telling her. Which I didn’t get their names because they’re rude AF didn’t introduce themselves. Anyway I told Deija I was putting down 3k, but the manger was trying to force me to put more down and told me that’s what the bank is requesting because of my credit....so while I was trying to get ahold of the bank to see why they wanted more money down I wanted to test drive the car, the manager came out trying to pressure me into doing paperwork and giving check stubs and down payment before test driving the car first. I was like who does paperwork without test driving first. So I finally got in touch with the bank and they told me they didn’t request more money down and that they don’t have anything to do with the down payments, that money goes to the dealership. So I let the other manager know what the bank told me and he insisted on being rude and telling me that’s what the down payment is per the bank, I gave him the representative name and number of who I talked to so he can speak with them he refused to call them so I walked out. They say no Haggle but that’s a lie, The dealership just wants to get your money, they won’t get any business from me ever. Don’t let a dealership pressure you into putting more money down because it goes to them not the bank. Do your homework, you have the right to speak with the bank.
Sales staff seemed very nice and helpful. However, if you are looking for a decent car, I would stay very far away. I bought a 2 year old vehicle and I drive 30 miles a week because I work walking distance from home. In the past few months have already spent $400+ dollars on repairs from issues they would have caught if they did even the most apathetic inspection. I also have a $100 repair that I am holding off on. If you want a fairly new lemon, this is the place for you! Additionally, they will keep you there for several hours and attempt to sell you an additional limited warranty. The sales person falsely described the warranty when we discussed the details. I wouldnt trust them. Be cautious and review all of the 100+ pages of documents they have you sign because they will slip in different terms.
We bought a used car here the other day. It was a great, smooth experience. This is a no haggle place, and they mean it. The facility looks a little sketchy, but the staff were all very professional and accommodating. Id consider buying from here again in the future.
I would NEVER EVER recommend buying a car from them. Yes, the cars as well priced however do know that 80% of their cars has been in an accident before (Especially if youre buying one with low miles) and Hertz repairs it in house so it never reports to CarFax. Also, the fiance manager will lie to you and tell you that the fiance company is requiring you to purchase an additional warranty with your car (The Lady in the office to the left) and if you dont purchase it, the company will not Finance you. However, thats A LIE. I called my Finance company afterwards to verify, and it was not true. The warranty is how the Finance manager makes a larger bonus, so they tell you lies to get you to do it. Then, They tell you Oh, you can just come in and cancel it afterwards I went in to cancel it in Feb after my purchase in Oct and they have yet to cancel it. These guys are horrible and not professional. They dont even bother to clean the car before you purchase it and will sell it to you with no gas in the tank. Oh and dont even think about them caring about you after your purchase, because they wont. Bad business, Liars and terrible customer service is what you should expect from Hertz Car Sales Houston.
Look up Glen Fletcher. Good solid car lover with no high pressure sales tactics. Selection was very good and ended up with a sweet deal on a 2013 Chrysler 200.Road test was more like two friends driving down the road doing some car talk. Highly recommended.

Best used car buying experience ever. Great selection of recent model cars with reasonable mileage retired from Hertzs rental fleet. Most cars are also certified by a third party. Cars have been maintained in accordance with DOT standards for rental cars. Best prices around, at or below Blue Book value. Very nice staff, the sales people are not pushy but very helpful. I will buy my next car from them again.
I came here shopping around to compare pricing and had an idea in mind with what I wanted. Without doubt their pricing is cheap and reasonable for used cars with low mileage. However, if I were you I’d take your business elsewhere. After I told them I we were wanting to get pricing estimates and they found out I wasn’t buying the car today, they flip their switch. I went down to Tomabll Ford. They were able to give me the same year, same car with 10,000 more for the same price, 0% interest and a lower payment with warranty. Steer away from the place and take your business elsewhere.
I found a good deal on the site and called to make sure that the car was there the day before. They said it was and so I rented a car (from Hertz) and got help from a friend to help me get back home after the purchase then made the 40 minute trip.The same day Hertz Car Sales called me twice to make sure I was coming, the last call was 1 hour before I arrived. Upon arrival they told me the car was sold that day by someone who had been looking at it for a couple of days... I ask why they didnt tell me and they changed the subject. Shame on me for expecting him to consider my time/money as important but Id like to think Im not a spring chicken and had two back up cars in mind. Both were sold and nothing on the lot was even close to comparable in terms of mileage and value. I tried to leave and the sales man told me to wait, that they found the car in the back. Ten minutes later I walked in the office to get a soda and found him in his office looking for other cars to show me. The salesman was very nice but seemed under pressure to keep me there and make a sale.Lesson learned when doing business here: Dont trust the web inventory. They advertise a few great deals to lure you in and will tell yo they are in stock when they are not. In hindsight I can say they were too good to be true, so do a reality check. Best to stop in when your in the neighborhood but dont be as foolish as I was and dedicate a trip on the hopes of buying a great deal.
Seven months later and I still have not received my plates. I’ve spoken to them on the phone multiple times and was even given attitude from one employee!Finally was told that they did not turn my registration in time so I will have to drive across town back to their dealership for another inspection.I love my new car but it was not worth all the trouble i’ve had.

Please work at getting back to the customer in a timely manner. Saying, Ill get back to you here in a few-2 days go by then Ill call you back in an hour or so- a whole weekend goes by then hold on while I talk to my finance manager then holding for 20 minutes and nothing. If a deal cant be done then just say it so time is not waisted. I understand things get crazy and busy so maybe passing a customer on to someone not so busy would be a good solution.
Purchased a car from here June 29 already having to get new tires, new brakes, and apparently a new radio. The Bluetooth feature doesn’t work which is the reason why I took it to the shop, the issue is the. When I got in the car to test drive the tire pressure was at 9, cool. Filled it up but by the time the weekend came it was below pressure. Went and got the tire plugged TWICE, two days after the 2nd plug I had to replace the tire. Should have been my first clue to take true vehicle back.I’ve contacted them to see what they can do about the radio I’m good faith. I wasn’t planning on trading this car in so I’d like the issue fixed; however according to them they knew nothing about the recently replaced radio. So, they just purchase vehicles without even checking the components? This may be the reason why they were so he’ll bent on selling the car in the first place. Selling a car to anyone is bad business practice. Sandra, really played the “we love veterans so much here” card and still sold me a trash car. Why would I pay 3-6k to replace a radio when the car itself. Would be half way paid off with that same amount.I really should have read the reviews!DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!
Hertz uses the same unprofessional tactics as others. I asked for a car, sent an email, texted and even called the representative and he always said the car was there. I got there, they got my information and after I finished providing my information they told that the car was sold...very unprofessional and please do not tell me that you sold that car in 30 minutos which is what it took me to get there.This happened at the Houston, Katy location.

This people don’t care if they sell or not I even asked them to get me a copy of the estimate to bring to my wife and that guy refused. Instead he gave me sticky note lol what kind of professional do that I made and offer to lower a little bit of the price and he simply cut me off and didn’t even try to talk to anyone to help me out or come to an agreement he simply shut me down and move on I felt like I was being kick out of the place after that. Again good options, but this time had the worst customer service experience of my life. This bald person with a goatee who is supposed to be a manager is the rudest person Ive ever met. I really liked a car but he was so rude that I changed my mind and went to another dealership. When there are hundreds of dealerships every few blocks, you cant afford to be rude to your customers. Youre not a monopoly.Youve lost a customer for good.
Worst customer service experience. Why do you tell a client wait this certaun amount of minutes when you cant deliver? Learn how to work these numbers and figures out before you open your mouth to a client. And all for a 2 day rental.
I wanted to buy a car at this place, price and car were fine. The sales guy Ayuba was never capable to send me the buying order to sign. I called and texted several time but never received anything. I dont get it, I dont know what I was supposed to do... I didnt know it was that hard to buy a car at listed price.
Went in to test drive & hopefully buy one of the 4 advertised vehicles that were posted on website and called first to confirm before driving across town. Christian confirmed car availability and pricing. We showed up and none of the vehicles were actually processed, but he showed us a similar vehicle. We took a test drive and returned to...nothing. He was nowhere...no explanation, no warning..no instructions for us. Other sales people were eating at their desk, staring into space and just looked at us sitting at an empty desk. Finally, another sales guy appeared who said Christian was not there or in the back or something vague and asked if we liked the car. We said yes, asked about paint damage and he just kinda shrugged it off and asked if we wanted to look at another car. Then he dismissed himself, without explanation, to move that car we had test driven back into proper space & then stopped to greet other incoming customers outside leaving my son & I sitting at an empty desk again. Im talking about a long period of time. He finally came over to us (standing..body language dismissing us) and said they would call when the car we came to see was ready but he didnt ask for contact info. I asked how we could be contacted if no one asked for my phone or email. He wrote down my number on a torn piece of scrap paper with no name & tossed it into the top drawer of Christians desk. We left completely dumbfounded at our experience and felt totally discriminated against. We got into our car, started the A/C & looked up through the glass windows to see our MIA salesman sitting down at his desk, miraculously having reappeared as soon as we left. This locations disinterested, dismissive & discriminating attitude is shameful.
I inquired about a vehicle and was told it was in magnificent shape and near showroom condition. I had just viewed the car the previous day and noted several dents/scrapes and the car was extremely dirty, so being lied to was the first red flag. Went back to look at it and we realized the bumper cover was zip tied on. The salespeople did not disclose this, which I found highly disturbing. However, the salesman that helped us was polite and helpful and showed us a few other vehicles. We ultimately decided to car shop elsewhere.
For a used rental vehicles, these cars are not that bad. Well priced, well maintained, the exterior may be a bit mis handled. They were rentals, people mistreat rentals. But its whats under the hood that counts.
Recently bought a car for my daughter at the I-10 Katy location. Both the salesperson (Keith) and the finance mgr (Chuck) were fantastic to work with. Highly recommend if looking for late model vehicle w reasonable miles/price.

Terrible service after the sale! Sold us a car claiming it had been in only a minor accident to the back. Passed the Hertz standard. Turns out when they fixed it the entire trunk is missaligned and wont close! Call them for 3 days and when you finally get ahold of someone who should be able to help, they say theres nothing they can do when clearly their repair work initially was shoddy. Never again.
Its was quick and easy. Mo was great and went the extra miles to complete the deal. Great prices!!!

Good place to buy low milage used cars at reasonable price. This place was no hassle, no pressure fixed price policy. They usually sell their used, rental cars so make sure to negotiate any minor dings, extra car keys and floor mats. I had my financing ready in hand, went there, picked up a sedan and was out with the car in less than 2 hours.
Selection was okay. However, while staff were nice, paperwork took very long due to crowdedness.

I bought a car a year ago and was very satisfied so I attempted again. 1. Im from out of town so I called 3 times before I came to have cars waiting for me to see. When I got there - only one car was there that I was interested in and it was not in great shape, high mileage.2. Took 5 hours to have another car there( again Im from out of town so I did not have 5 hours to waste). When it came, It was filthy. Outside and in - not a good way to sell a car.3. Took another 2 hrs to clean. It was out of line - so he said he would align it. Small scratch on the front - he said he would touch it up. He said he would get me another key.4. When I went to sign contract they said there was no alignment. They did not touch it up with paint. The key took 3 weeks after many phone calls. I had to do a lot of the leg work. They said it was coming from a different dealer and when I called the dealer the manager did not have a clue what I was talking about.5. I got my own alignment for $100 to discover the tires were bald so that cost me another $500 in tires.6. Over all - I think buying rental cars is a great idea, comes with a 12 month warranty, but this time - it did not go as planned.7. I plan to buy another car in late 2018, wrestling if I would give them another chance.
I purchase a car cash over 7 weeks ago. Up till today have not received my plates, registration or tittle. Have made numerous of calls to hertz spoke with manager, sales manager and get the run around. I made the wrong choice but learn. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There about money and not customer service. I have email the better business bureau.
I was helped by Emmanuel Salami, he was new, but I could not even tell until he needed some help with their system. He was very helpful, and sent me pictures of the car I wanted in a timely manner. When I arrived I got to look as long as I wanted without feeling rushed. I finally found the car I wanted, and the process of getting it took a little longer than expected, but it was not their fault. Also, I looked online at soooo many cars, and went to about 4 other dealerships before I came to Hertz, and liked my experience there the most. They also had the best prices on vehicles. The only thing I did not like was there were some minor issues I did not notice on the car before I left, or I knew about it, and wish they would have already taken care of it (missing a small plate on the front, my left front tire pressure was low, and only had about a quarter tank of gas left), but other than that It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend family and friends to get their car from Hertz (they have great packages you can get with your car). I have only had the car a day, so I will update this review if I have any major issues with the car.
The really good on selling the car but when you need information about your warranty and regular services on the car they are really bad. They dont contact yourself for anything that you need, really sad about this location
I was informed by the manager, Ed Cole, that the 155 point inspection items dealing with evidence of flooding was intentionally left blank on the “certified” car I had chosen. This is Hertz form that certifies the car, and I find it completely unacceptable that a manager would take that stand. I told him that I was prepared to buy it if he filled out the blank areas dealing with flooding and he told me to take my business elsewhere! Buying a used car is risky but buying it from this location is doubly so - buyer beware.

Great place to buy new, low mileage, reasonably priced vehicles. Employees are efficient and do not pressure you into anything youre not sure about.

Buying was ok. But Hertz waited a month to submit the paperwork for my plates. Now the paper plates expire tomorrow and when I called, they told me to go to the courthouse to get an extension. Wanting me to take off work and waste my time for THEIR delay. The follow through after you buy is awful. Would not go back.
I never leave 1 star review for my customer experience history but this place deserves my first one. No any post customer service at all. There’s no one positively helping you if you are out of their financial equation. Long story short, they messed up my name and address on paper, and when it comes to receiving official documents in regarding of ownership of the vehicle and service plan, it is a nightmare to deal the bureaucracy of the organization. I spoke to multiple person in the last three months constantly on the phone in person in regarding of my refund, title correction and address update, the answer I got from them was either I will get you someone to help you and the line will go unanswered, they will put you in the endless run around or someone will politely said: can I get your call back number and no one will call you back. I am sick and tired of this team for their customer services. If you like paying someone and teach them how to do their job right, this place is right for you.

They will sell you a great car they cannot provide plates and registration for. You will be severely inconvenienced. I have had expired tags since April 20th. And continue to get the run around. Save your time and frustration and just dont shop for a car here
They went out of their way to help me get financed on a car. I initially was going through my credit union, but problems arised with my credit union and luckily the financing department helped to make sure I drove out with the car that day through another financing company. I will definitely come back for future purchases.
