We had At Home install carpet for 4 bedrooms, media, gameroom and stairs on a new construction home. They were excellent! The installation was such a smooth process and the installers were very professional. Everything was left clean and neat once finished. Oscar, my salesperson went above and beyond. I was not able to drive to the store to pick out carpet colors so he sent me several pictures multiple times and came out to my home on 2 separate occasions to make sure the color I picked was what I wanted. I even called the owner to rave about how great the service was. I would definitely recommend them!

We came to AT Home after a pipe burst in our kitchen after the February 2021 freeze. Evan helped us through the process which entailed a complete kitchen remodel, sheetrock repair and painting. He has a good eye for design and what looks good together and worked with our insurance company to get the best price for us. Despite a few hiccups and delays, he made sure that all repairs were completed the way we wanted. Good company to work with.

At Home Expert recently did a flooring install in my new home. The entire process was seamless from the free in home consultation/quote through the full removal of the old flooring and install. Shane, the sales associate I worked with, was extremely professional and kept in great communication the entire time.Since we recently closed on the home, we had several projects in motion and Shane was excellent in working on our timeline. Also, they never once pushed a big time sales pitch, which I greatly appreciated. The pricing was incredibly competitive, which helped, but definitely wasnt the only reason we chose them to do the work.As for the actual project, the crew sent by At Home Expert were incredibly professional and efficient. We had the first floor of our home replaced which was about 900 square feet. The team arrived on time at 9:30am and were complete with everything by 7:00pm that evening. I was incredibly surprised with not only how quickly the project was completed, but how well the work was done. Ive included a few before/after photos of the tile and hardwood that was replaced and the final product.To top it off, not only did Shane do a walkthrough following the work, his manager, Solomen, also contacted me as a follow-up to do a walkthrough of my home and answer any questions or concerns. In my opinion, great customer service is my number one priority with any project and At Home Expert went above and beyond. I was thoroughly impressed and will be contacting them for future projects as they arise.

We originally had an agreement with another company to install our tile, but due to their horrible customer service and lack of communication, we decided to look else where. We are thankful that we did!!! We were able to schedule a meeting with Evan immediately and received a quote less than 24 hours. After receiving our quote my husband and I decided to have more work done to the house than originally planned. Yes the price was that good! When the crew arrived they were very polite. They moved our furniture without any damages. Installed our tile in a timely manner. Picked up all of the trash and cleaned the floors prior to the final walk through. Had a great experience with our Master bath remodel! We absolutely love how it turned out.
