Floor Covers International did my home, put carpeting down on my staircase and all the upstairs, including my game room, three bedrooms, and a hallway. The workers showed up on time, and they were absolutely professional and courteous. Everything went according to plan—just what I’d hoped for. As a customer, I found everything was laid out very straight forward and they really helped me with the selection of the carpet. They brought the samples out to my house, and that was a huge convenience for me because I was able to see the carpet in my setting, in my home. I had been to some other stores and it was kind of hard—I took pictures and brought them back home. But with Floor Covers International-Cypress, I was actually able to have the samples there in my home, and put them against the wall and look at them in comparison to the color, the wood, the floor and the staircase. That was one of the main reasons I went with them, to be honest. I will absolutely recommend Floor Coverings International to my friends and neighbors.

I had a rental that needed some new flooring, so I interviewed several companies for the job. Talking with Floor Coverings International, I knew I’d feel comfortable working with them. I had them install wood look porcelain tile. The quality is amazing and the work is impeccable! They did outstanding work and went well above and beyond to insure I was happy! I will definitely use them in the future.

It was clear that whoever worked on it previously didn’t do a thorough job. After some searching online, I found Floor Coverings International. They helped me put in new wood laminate flooring, and brought over samples. There were quite a few that would have been good that I could choose from. Once I picked my flooring, they sent over some workers who were respectful, timely, and did an excellent job. When they left, they cleaned up everything. I can’t say that I was displeased with anything. They worked effectively and efficiently. It was good to be able to put good quality flooring in. I’ve already referred Floor Coverings International to my real estate agent so he can make sure others can get help from them if they need it.

The owner, Todd, stood by everything he said. That is very rare and much appreciated! I would do business with him again in a heartbeat!

When we were building our first house, we weren’t able to get the tile and look we wanted for our entryway, bath, and laundry through our builder. We found a good reference for Floor Coverings International on our neighborhood Facebook page, so we reached out to them. They were priced well, and Todd really went the extra mile working with us. He showed us a lot of samples and even took us to suppliers to find just the tile we were looking for. He spent a lot of time educating us in different price options and even ways to cut the tile so that it would look the way we wanted it. I really appreciated the extra effort they went through. The installer was great, too. He made sure everything in our home was protected from damage while he worked. Every step of the way he checked with me to make sure I liked the end result. I could tell that everyone there cared about the quality of the work and the satisfaction of their customers. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. It was a great experience.

Floor Coverings Internal Cypress did an awesome job for me. Everything was outstanding. They did everything that I asked and the completion of the flooring was done well. There was nothing I could complain about. They were courteous and they finished on time. They took out the old carpet and installed the new flooring in every single room and finished it with the molding. I first found out about them when I looked up the ratings for people who do floors, and Floor Coverings International Cypress’s rating was one of the best. Todd, the owner, was very professional and gave me many samples and explained the process to me. It was a wonderful experience.

Floor Coverings were very professional, and finished my flooring project on time. The floors look great.

Floor Coverings International-Cypress did my entire home, putting in tile and carpeting. They were very professional: the workers showed up on time and were courteous. We were very satisfied with the work. The demo did take a little longer than we had thought causing the install to take a bit longer. The install crew was very careful with their cuts allowing for some tile to be left over. The project took about a week and a half, but the communication was really good from the install crew and Todd, the Sales Rep. From the beginning he was helpful. He even returned with samples to confirm our final decisions and helped us in putting the project together. I will use them in the future and refer them to family members and friends.

I think I found out about Floor Coverings International-Cypress by looking them up on the internet. When I got hold of them, a guy came by and showed us different colors of tiling and different colors of grout to match up so we could decide on what we wanted. Then, they ripped up my wood floors and laid linoleum and tile in the kitchen and tile throughout my den and inside my closets. One great thing about them is that they were really fast in their work. The workers were good to work with and they did a great job. I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to friends and family.

I was very pleased with the work Floor Coverings International did for us, and I would certainly refer friends and family to them. They put in laminate flooring which amounted to 1,100 square feet, tile in my laundry room and guest bathroom, and they laid carpet in my guest bedroom and bedroom closet. The workers were both courteous and timely. My wife first found them and she had the first conversation with Todd. I think she found them through either Nextdoor or it may have been Home Advisor. They were highly rated and she said they had mostly if not all positive customer reviews, so for me it was a no brainer. I did look at two other companies to do the work, but Todd’s presentation to me of what he intended to do and his bringing out samples to look at and that sort of thing convinced me. He came to my house to both measure and to present information on his Ipad about the company—about Floor Coverings International—because I’d never heard about them prior to this work. He was very courteous, very professional, and had the best price. You can’t beat that. I probably would have gone with him even it he were slightly higher. He had the best presentation, the best customer reviews, and the best price.

We found out about FCI online and chose them after making some phone calls and getting a few bids. They brought out samples to our home and put down tiling in our kitchen.They were done when they said they would be. FCI made sure it was finished until I was satisfied. Quality work.

FCI had a really nice display of different samples that they brought to my home. Their ideas were great. I needed the entryway tile redoneThe problem was a laminate covered stair would have to be removed before the existing tile could be removed. Instead of removing the stair and trying to find a laminate that matched the one on the stairs, FCI found a luxury vinyl tile that floats over the floor.I were so happy with the job that we had FCI do two bathrooms an retile the kitchen and washroom area.
