Mark at Carpet Giant was a huge help in getting the old carpet replaced at our investment property. He was always quick to reply via phone call/text, and his guys came out to install in just a couple of weeks of placing our carpet order. Their office billing person, Valerie, was also very helpful. We chose Berber carpet (Cloud Nine) and are very happy with it.

I had cleared out most every room so a 2 day job turned into about 4 hours. They helped move 3 sofas and a bed out of the way. I had measured the largest room but inadvertently did not include those measurements into the paperwork I gave Carpet Giant so I was very short. Carpet Giant quickly remedied this with the additional carpet arriving within an hour and the increased cost options were also handled accordingly. The company provides good customer service, knowledgeable installers, and agreeable financing for an equitable value.

STAY AWAY!Dishonesty, unprofessional, taking advantage and bullying their customers.I went to their showroom, gave them the exact measurement of the rooms (the original blueprint of the house), needed to be re-carpet.Ive got a quote, paid in full, and scheduled an installation date.When workers arrived to my house, knowing I am having my family for the holidays, and desperately need for those carpets to be installed promptly Ive been blackmailed! They used every excuse in the book, claiming variety of excuses to charge me with more money. Complaining they dont have enough carpet, charged me with a $70 commute fee, an extra $460 for the extra carpet, additional $76 an high-rise fee?! because they needed to go to the second floor??Being with my back against the wall, I went ahead and paid them the outrageous amount asked, so they can go ahead and start working.And what an incompetent sloppy job they did.The carpet was completely uneven and curvature.I called their customer service, sent pictures with the obvious bad job shown, and ask for the manager to call me back. A few days later the manager called me back, and yelled at me to dare to complain You know nothing about carpets, nor carpets installation.Im attaching pictures for your review, I have no doubt even a blind person can see it was a very poor job.I wonder how the BBB havent took measures to take care of this hostile business, but I will surely let them know.

Within four days I had my kitchen and breakfast floors removed and installed along with four rooms of carpet installed. We just had our house re-carpeted by Carpet Giant. The process was great, from the knowledgeable salesman to the hard working installers. Everything went smoothly and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Was on somewhat of a budget because my wife lost her job due to the pandemic, so I got 4 quotes from different businesses. I basically had 3 bedrooms, a game room, and stairs to carpet. I was a little concerned because I had a full size heavy pool table, and didnt know how in the world they were going to move that thing (approx weight, 500 lbs). 2 of the 4 businesses was going to charge for pool table and heavy furniture. Carpet Giant said nothing of the sort. Once I got the best quote they scheduled my installation. I asked one more time to make sure, Does this quote include everything; carpet removal, furniture movement (before and after), and installation? She assured me that they would take care of everything! 3 men showed up for install, and they got after it. 6 hours later they had gotten a little over half way done and it was getting close to 5pm and they asked me what time do I want them out of there and I said, You can stay as long as you can as I preferred 1 day installation They said no problem.All 3 of these men when asked had said they had worked for Carpet Giant for 20 years. I feel so blessed to have gotten such a veteran crew! 11 hours total my house was complete. And I do mean everything was complete. All furniture was put back where it was, trash swept up, carpets vacuumed, old carpet and pad put out on the curb, and the best part of all was the new carpet felt like I was walking on a Marshmallow! Today was my wife and Is 30th Anniversary, and I can TRULY say, Happy Wife, Happy Life!!!

Natalie was great. We had to make 2 separate installations because of the Reno project, an upstairs and a downstairs. The project took over 3 months, but Carpet giant held our carpet for us so that we didn’t have to store it and came out twice for install. There was a scheduling mishap for the second installation and somehow we weren’t in the schedule. However they corrected the mistake quickly and put us as priority for the very next day. Installers we always very nice, efficient and did their job well. I highly recommend.

Carpet Giant came through for us again. This time I had them carpet my Mom’s bedroom and den. Needed to match existing old carpet since change can upset her. The color is a great match and the installers were terrific! I highly recommend Carpet Giant for your carpeting needs.

This was a great experience. We picked out the carpet on a Monday and it was installed the very next day. The salesman was very helpful, friendly and honest. I priced the same carpet at a different store a few weeks prior to going to Carpet Giant and the other store quoted me $4200 more than we paid at Carpet Giant. (We Gad around 1000 sq ft installed). The installation workers were friendly, professional and very efficient, and the work quality was perfect.

I was called to confirm installation and then notified when they were on their way. The installation was good. They helped put furniture back. I wad a little bothered because no masks were worn.

Started out on a bad foot so Ill go somewhere else, dont think I can trust anything they say now!!

Purchased porcelain tile from Carpet Giant several week ago, the installation went well up until I was given a grout color option. The contractor wasnt much help, we wanted the blended look and received the contrast. I was asked to sign off on the work, stating we would come to a solution. Its been two weeks, I am having to contact the salesman weekly and still have not had the contractors reach out to me. Recently I was advised they would not correct the grout color issue. March 19, 2020Carpet Giant came out to my residence, to install carpet.I was so amazed and impressed at the impeccable quality of work displayed. They moved my furniture and belongs in my home so efficiently and carefully. In addition, they put the furniture and ect. back just the way it was before they moved it.Most of all, they cleaned up. They vacuumed and swept the floors & stairway as well, in four rooms and the stairway.Bottom line, this is a hard working crew.

Great family owned store, lots of selections for quality carpet. Service was great. Ralph was very helpful and professional, he took the time to explain the differences in products. Installation was a breeze and the installers were very professional. Very good pricing as well.

Where to begin...salesman nice, but knowledge of what products they showed was lacking. Management non existent! If I could give negative stars I would! After choosing a few different floorings we were called to say the company’s no longer produced our choices. Why have products on the sales floor that are not available? Nice installation crews, but support from Carpet Giant ( Cynthia and Gus installation mgmt team) non existent!! Ran into an installation issue and neither provided any help to overcome the issue. They told us that when we got the issue fixed ( sub floor issue that was not seen until they removed our current flooring) they would come back. Gus and Cynthia could not recommend carpenters and repeatedly told us they did not want to get sued again. My take away was they must get sued often. I have had a lot of carpet laid before and never have I run into a situation where a store can not remedy an unforeseen issue. Unnecessary stress for buyer. I will never use this company again. I cannot stress how bad they spoke to us. The installers did not agree with Carpet Giant and went out of their way to help us.

We did the whole carpet buying experience online and over the phone due to this new abnormal. Monique was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Overall purchasing this carpet was far less stressful online than having to go to the store. Just not having to fight traffic was great.Husband’s turn.Now as far as the installation goes I’m not easily impressed. I have been in flooring and construction for over forty years. The gentleman who installed the carpet was nothing short of phenomenal. He is not only a Pro, he is an expert. This job could not have been done better by anyone, it’s just not humanly possible. This was a fairly large bedroom which required two pieces of carpet seamed together. Having a well trained eye I fully expected to see the seam though I knew others would not have noticed. Guess what? I looked and looked and I honestly could not find the seam!!! Blew me away! In forty years I’ve only seen a handful of guys this good. I regret I don’t remember his name but the guy definitely deserves a raise! He was very professional and respectful as well as friendly. If I’d of had two guys as talented as him in my construction business I probably wouldn’t have retired!

I had done some research and wanted to use a particular brand that carpet Giant carries—the carpeting I originally wanted was not in stock with the manufacturer. The product was going to be delayed because of Hurricane Florence but Manny somehow managed To get the carpeting delivered on time— The crew was punctual, courteous and did a great job with the installation.
