I got my computer to fix and they did it even worse and the technician was hiding and a man that was there to he was hiding the only one showing up was a beautiful teen a a I think it was but I dont recommend it they tried and get my computer a virus unbelievable!!!!!! horrible survive!!!!!!!!

This repair place has been my go to for a least a year now. My sister tends to break her screen a lot and they are always helpful when I have to bring in her phones. I came into this facility today to get my phone fixed that royal wireless messed up. And the guy in the front AK, gave me exceptional service. I always come here for phone repair! However this weekend was the worst service long story short I brought my iPad in to be repaired I was told $75 2 hours and iphone to be unlocked with chip for $45 so I pushed my schedule back only to have waited over 1 hour for the guy to tell me that he needs my original sims holder and if I go get it iPad will be ready! Keep in mind I live 25 minutes away to get back with the sims holder for them to tell me Tomorrow for the iPad cause they couldn’t find pieces needed to properly repair it! I agreed to comeback tomorrow keep in mind 30 minutes after I left my iphone stated “invalid sims” I could not use the phone for the rest of the day only text messages while connected to internet! I comeback the next day after 3pm I informed them of how I couldn’t use my phone I had things scheduled, and how dangerous it is to be without a phone they fix my “invalid sims” and ipad still not ready then again the guy tells me it’ll be ready tomorrow I came back today after they called me to get there and their talking about it’s $81.18 I questioned why that price and the rep said that’s with tax. I paid it but I feel like I was not accommodated at all for my time and inconvenience and they charge me extra just because they wanted to!! Will not be back nor refer people!!!!

Dont waste your money!!! Brought my son phone here to fix screen. Less than 5 days later I dropped the phone on carpet and the screen cracks like a car ran it over. CHEAP MATERIALS!! SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY FIRST MIND!!

I went to go and fix the glass on my iPhone and everything was fine with it except the glass. I came back to get the iphone and when I left I saw that the brightness was off and the colors looked dull. I called them and apparently I needed to get the lights fixed too which is dumb because nothing was wrong with the colors only the glass. They wanted to charge me an extra 250. I dont recommend this place.

FAST AFFORDABLE SERVICE!!!I saw the guy holding the sign to repair broken iPhones. Dropped in. Showed the guy my malfunctioning screen and simply asked if he could fix it. He looked at it for 2 seconds. Told me it was the lcd and it would take 20 to 30 minutes to repair. True to his word he was done after about 25 minutes. Gave me the screen protector at a discount and now I practically have a new phone.
