Poor poor customer service! Did not have product after telling me over the phone they did. When i asked for another store number, manager continued to help incoming customers before helping me as I sat there just waiting. Never experienced this kind of service at a tmo. Not good considering the amount of traffic.

I wanted to leave a review for the worker Eric Medrano. He did an amazing job. I was having phone issues and after trying to work with other stores across multiple days nothing could be done. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Eric. He was able to get my issue resolved within an hour. Greatest customer service ever, it’s like he has magic hands. Give this man a raise or promotion!

I bought a note 9 with a screen protector and cover, next day screen protector crack without no reason, I came into the store they said they dont have the screen, back order,they said they will call me when they get new ones to make this story short I came in again 3 days later and stephany help me and tell me they dont have any more, I ask if they could call another store who may have and she said Google it Westheimer and Eldridge I did, but that was not customer service I expected from a company I do business with, by the way she was not doing anything to say she was really busy.people do not buy covers or screen protector at this store not a good quality items and they are very expensive. This store is always full of people making big lines not worth the time. Bad serviceI am about to Change carrier as well 7:45 PM on Friday night

A worker came out and took my name, asked me to wait in my car and they would call me in when they were ready. It was maybe 5 to 10 minutes when they got to me and from then on I got what I needed with no rush or pressure to hurry on out. Very calm environment and very helpful workers. Definitely will go back if I need anything.😊

Customer service need improvement.. I don’t know where to start.. unprofessional, unattended, non-explanation of service and billing. Rushing through like they don’t care. Whole Service is like (what do u want? Scan.. scan.. want get accessories? Here is ur phone... good bye... ) I had to drive back to store three time for explanation of questionable charges and documentation.

I wish i had the words to describe how pathetic that customer experience was. Both Jessica and other girl with spectacles dont deserve to be on the front dealing customers. They have a culture of lying and deceit. T-Mobile should better train their employees and hire people who speak honestly and dont embarrass a customer. May this place close down for good.

The “salesman” tried to tell me what plan I had, thinking I didn’t know what my plan was. He then tried to get me to add additional services I should already have had and do have from when I myself check in. This location was the same location that without consent, added additional features into the plan. Seriously, why does T-Mobile not care about their customers?

Fabiola was very knowledgeable and attentive. She offered me the best plan to fit my needs. Ive been with Verizon for 14 yrs and Im excited about the switch. She ported both my numbers in minutes. Not only she got me a plan with netflix included but a promo that I got me a free extra line and free iphone 12 and 50% off the Google 4a 5G. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I literally just walked out the store. I came in with the purpose of getting a new phone. I walked in and not ONE of the reps asked me what I needed help with or even as to so much greeted me! I counted about five six reps, yes there was quite of few people and every single rep was with someone. However, the fact that not even one acknowledged me really set the impression of this store’s customer service. Keep in mind that this is the second time that I’m attempting getting a new phone at a store. At this point I’m honestly considering switching companies.

I was at this store 3 days ago. Some boy with the sides of his head shaved and jail house tats all over his arms helped me. He smelled like he hadn’t showered in days and was rude and obnoxious. This whole store was not respectful at all. T-Mobile is trash. You got my number if you wanna meet and talk about it.

Talk about rude! Went in there thinking i can go ahead and upgrade to an iPhone and buy the watch at the same time. Well bad experience ever!! Went in with my 10 yr old, Jasmine was my ReP to help me. She asked what could she helpwith? i said yes im ready to upgrade to an iPhone and buy the watch too. 1st thing she said well why do you want it? If you have a samsung 9 ? Have you ever had an iPhone? Have you ever used an apple ipad? I said no but my kids have an iPhone and i know im ready to upgrade.she insisted in why? in front of my son! I honestly couldnt believe how terrible she was talking to me. Never again will i step into this location. We literally walked out. People that dont want to work shouldnt be there. Respect goes a long way. My son was shocked too. He said mom what was wrong with her?

Very bad service customer service and rude people that are working there. one of the worst T-Mobile place ever. Stay away from them or you will regret it. Go to another location. There is a much better place within few minutes drive on hwy6 and Bissonnet that have much better store and workers.

My exiperence with this store was good at the purchase but once we had a problem with your watches we brought it just seem like staff were not knowledgable about on how to fix the issue. First they didnt want to help me and told me to call customer care. You would be bettee to go to online or call customer care than going to this store .

STAY AWAY - YOU HAD BEEN WARNED - Bad customer service - especially Elmer. Rude customer service. We came in for a simple account PIN number change. He did not know what to do and even showed attitude against me since we refused to put our personal information on a piece of paper. Thats 100% violates privacy . He slammed the door right in front of our face and walked away. This was such a great customer service....

Visited this location and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was explained in detail from phone cost, plan cost, and accessory cost. My wife an I explained what we wanted and got more than expected! Also Tmobile covers taxes on your bill now no more guessing what the bill will be month to month. If you visit this location see associate Jada Paul she knows what she is talking about she wont fast talk you.💯

Oct 18,11am the girl picked up a phone at is the most hilarious for customers service ever. I lost my recipe with order number so I cannot talk to the manufacturer about exchanging my broken screen protector (bought in sep 27) do you think i can flight from New York, leave my job there and go to ur store in HOUSTON, to get A NUMBER. Seriously! Omg i was so nice and explained that I CAN NOT COME so what you answered me. All were “YOU HAVE TO COME TO OUR STORE”, then you hang up so rude. WOW. No information, no solution, and no respect to your customers. Never ever recommend this store to anyone.

I had a bad experience with the work ethics of a staff in this location. She was focusing on money rather than doing her job. She gave me a wrong price and when i questioned it, she could not explain it . Finally she did not put my sim card. When you go to this location for a phone exchange or to pick up a new phone, be sure that your sim card is inserted before you leave the store. It made me to stay without my phone for hours because the store has closed for the day before i discovered it.

The assistant manager Pedro is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Although, I was disappointed with the first service I received from an African American lady in there. Went into the store at opening time 9 am to port 2 numbers from a different carrier. Had to go back again because I was misinformed by the lady this time a different lady attended to me and Pedro took very good care of me.

Went in around half a year ago to upgrade a line on my plan. Phone upgrade went smoothly, except for when the representative asked if I wanted free accessories which came with the phone as a courtesy. When I asked if I would be charged in any way for these he replied no many times.When it came time to pay he asked for my card and did not let me see the bill until it was paid for, at which time I noticed that I in fact was not getting it for free but put it on my account as financing so I would be making small payments toward it in hopes I wouldnt notice. When I brought this up to him he denied ever saying the accessories were free and I must have misunderstood him and there was nothing he could do since I already paid.When I asked for his manager he refused to let his manager know of the situation. When I asked another employee for the manager they ignored me and walked away. Had to call customer service to sort out the mess. In the end I ended up getting a credit on my bill for all the accessories this representative added to my plan.If you visit this location for an upgrade please be wary of free accessory offers and take a close look at your bill or be prepared to be lied to so a service representative can meet their quota.

My first time here and I felt disgusted of how I was approached by a man perhaps in his mid 40s. His name tag read Abel if Im not mistaken. I went to check out on an issue I had with my iPhone and I ended up being only checked out. As he pretended to help me he only talked about being a pro basketball player and at some point even asked if he could call mesometime. I got fed up after such nonsense especially of how he slurred his words. Never coming back here.

Very poor shop, I am planning to change here, three months plan each is different, I went twice this week, the first time they said that let me wait for the girl who helped me to change the plan to let him Help me change, then my plan can only be changed within their scope to 20 more than my original plan every month. The second time I went to the girl is not there. The employees said that it was because the girl made a mistake, so she could not change it. To the original plan, however, their employees are not willing to give us the plan to change back, all kinds of rhetoric! Really a very junk shop! I went out of the store and played 611. They said that they would help me change the bill, and the clerk told me that 611 had a deadline to change the bill, so they would not call to modify it! I have been using t-mobile for almost three years. In the most recent year, I have to run the store every month or play 611. The bill is always a problem! I think this store is very lazy, very inaction, and t-mobile makes me feel very troublesome, I have 6 lines in them, I want to go to other companies.

They have the worst customer service staff I have visited ... mainly with the children ... the staff is young and they are very badly educated and lack of respect for the client not all but the vast majority ... mainly a surname Cali that is very rude, fresh and lack of respect that says you have to speak to her in English and that she can not get out of her store when she wants ... in short, very bad experience with her specifically, I do not recommend this store at all .
