I am not sure if these other reviews are fake or not but I went here to replace my iphone screen and the replacement sucks. The touch screen sensitivity is 0/10. I would not recommend coming here. I only came here because they charge $100 vs Apple for $260 but you definitely get what you pay for! I highly recommend paying extra to get it fixed through Apple or just keep your phone the way it is tbh! Thats how bad the replacements are. This company will also tell you its an apple replacement, its a lie! Apple told me that only Apple has the original screens!

This company broke my iPhone motherboard. I would suggest if you come in, have in writing your phone screen STILL works & they’re replacing JUST a broken screen. The first guy, used 3 different screens before calling his manager to tell me my motherboard is broken and it’s my fault. Sent home with a phone that DIDNT work.

They replaced my Iphone X screen. Less than a month, the screen went black while phone is still running. They refused to fix it. Highly recommend to stay away.

Paid $332 for iPhone repair because they gave me warranty on their work . Came back 1 week later because it would not take pictures anymore and the guy denied warranty . I later whent to apple and they informed me no one sells apple screen except apple . The guy here lied to me saying it’s apple screen. If you want to get overpriced fake apple and you want bad tech, buy here !!!! Lol I still get a laugh when they brought me the screen box(apple) I bet they found it in a dumpster .

I bought a screen protector and it made my touch screen stop working. I tool it back and explained the problem and they offered to put a new screen on with the exact same issue. They said that because I had a Samsung Note it would effect my touch screen and I would have to push really hard when I used my phone. They refused to take it back and give me a refund. I dont want a screen protector that makes my screen not work. Duh! I think they should have told me that this would break my touch screen before they sold it to me. Very disappointed. They should give me a refund amd take this piece of $&*! back.

This company or whatever they call themselves are no good guys. The manager promised to return my screen as well with a refund if I didn’t like the product that was given to me. I returned about a week or so later to get my old screen back and it was completely damaged. They broke my screen so I wouldn’t get my refund. I asked how much it would cost to clean my charging port because my phone wasnt working and he said no problem. He cleaned it and it worked afterward, he said bring it back if you have that problem again. He charged me nothing and gave great customer service and advice. I would recommend this place for anything if you want to be treated right. Great guys

I’m not gonna lie I got my screen fixed here and thought this was a good place but after a while my phone started messing up. It wouldn’t read my SIM card or connect me to my LTE. I had my dad open my phone and literally there were screws missing in my phone! They literally messed my phone up even more I had to buy a new phone cause that wasn’t fixable. I’m extremely disappointed cause I actually liked this place!

Was in there on 1/24/19. I would of gave them four stars but there was a miscommunication on weather they sold the repair glass kit not just the service. We got past it. I asked how much they told me 79$ for the glass repair no LCD dmg. The glass it self is 20$ online and the kit costs 43$ with the glass and tools included. The over head on this store makes it pricey. I dropped my phone off and it was ready in 35min. I also paid for the ride because i was local. So if your not interested in down time and dont mind spending a bit more than the average place. This place is good to go.

Amazing experience and results. Apple would not fix my screen because they thought camera could be damaged, so they were going to make me pay $299 with the off-chance that they couldnt fix it. I was on my way out of The Galleria when I saw the store, dropped in, and he fixed it in 30 minutes, same price as a regular screen-fix at Apple.No substantial wait, great service, easy drop off and pick up - I will come back any time I have an issue and will spread the word. My daughter dropped my cell last night and the screen cracked and the display was horrible. I needed my phone fixed immediately for work purposes, I ran in the store in a rush and the manager Jay was extremely helpful and told me the issues would be fixed within 20 minutes. If you want great customer service and it done quickly this is the place to go!

Took my phone to get the shattered screen fixed and the screen wouldn’t work. Came back to try and get it fixed because they say they have a 90 day guarantee and they tried to charge $80 more and claimed that the screen wasn’t the problem. Do not go to this place. They only want to take your money. Next thing I know, my screen goes in and out also when unlocking my phone the screen takes forever to turn on. Told the guys in the galleria about the issue. One of the best phone repair stores that i have been so far. They have a variety of cases, good price and professional service.

I brought my phone in on November 8th, 2019, and had to return to get it repaired on December 4th, 2019. My phone screen had popped out from its frame when dropping it on CARPET, so I pushed it back in. when doing so a crack internally appeared on my screen, and it began to turn grey. I called Ifix it and they told me to bring it to the store, free of charge, being that i had a warranty for 2 months. I drove 45 mins to this specific location (being that they said it HAD to be that location) JUST for him to say its water damaged and my phone to not to be fixed. Keep in mind my phone had been water damaged before, so i knew what it looked like. I keep telling the man that it was not water damage, and that the grey-ness came from pushing my phone screen back in. Horrible customer service, and horrible people to lie to a customer and waste their valuable time .

I have a strong suspicion of most cell phone repair places. Kevin at iFix fixed that. After I dropped and bricked a phone he helped me recover data for a reasonable price. He has also steered me clear of some bad products. Repair time and customer attention is great. Quality of screens is sadly bad. I went to get my iphone6 cracked screen replaced and they told me it will take 20mins and it did which is quick service. However when it was turned on, the colors were off and very pale, the images were not as crisp.They tried to address the problem and make me happy by trying another screen but unfortunately the second screen still did not show colors well either and it was not a brightness issue. It seems that the LCD replacement screens they are using are bad quality and definitely not worth $100. Their customer service is great but still this doesnt change my disappointment having now a bad quality screen.

Dont get your screen replaced here! They use the cheapest quality screen they could find and charge you as much as the Apple Store does. The color is noticeably off, frame rate is horrible, its not responsive at all, and its not as sharp as it should be. I asked if they use apple brand screens and the guy reassured me they did. This place is a rip off... STAY AWAY.

UNPROFESSIONAL. I took my iPhone 5 in to get it looked at. Once I returned home, I realized the technician forgot to put my bottom two screw in the phone. After returning to the store, the technician told me he couldnt find my screws. I told him that I felt this was VERY unprofessional so he took a second look in the back. He then came out with ONE of my screws and another screw from an iPhone 4 (which didnt match the color or even fit correctly). Now remember... he first told me he didnt have any matching screws available and now he comes back with ONE matching screw??? Now hes lied to my face. I then asked him if this was a chain or family owned company and also if they were searchable on Yelp and Google reviews. He replied with yes and then I told him he had one more chance to go in the back and get my other matching screw or I would file a complaint with the company in addition to giving them bad reviews online. After looking at me dumbfounded, he replied with no. So here we are with a horrible review. Not only are they over priced, they are rude. Before even attempting to look for my missing parts he made me step out of line and wait for him to help all 10 other customers waiting in line!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I had really bad and worst experience with this place and if there is less than a one star I will rate it... The guy whos working up there has no idea and no experience in fixing, but I am blaming the manger here for hiring a guy fixing phones with out having the right experience to be playing with customers phones ... Five month ago i went there to fix my iPhone 5s which the problem was charging plug and in the same time replace my screen (crack), and they suggestion to change the battery too they charged me 260$ next time the touch screen is so bad, I went back to them and next day come back for it, next day the phone shutdown completely I couldnt turn on, i went back again, next two days after I got it back, same problem still there touch future on the screen so hard and frustrated, I had to got back to the store and stay without a phone for another day and I had it back next day the speaker is not working and Ive last time I went back to the store to leave it there and turn back next day. After 3 days the screen popped out .. I didnt even want to see any of them at all... This place is big SCAM,, carful

These guys rock! My iPhone 4s finally crapped out on me just a few weeks from expected delivery of a 6. It would no longer hold or even take a charge. I called a few stores that all closed before I could get there. I stopped at the Apple store on the way to iFix next to Nordstroms. The Apple Geniuses cleaned my port but couldnt get it to charge. I was told they could exchange it for a new one for $200.00. Didnt make sense for me because I only need a few more weeks of life from this phone. iFix was able to replace the battery and port for $97.41 (tax included) while I waited and had dinner a few stores away. Phone is charged back up and working fine. I found the guys that worked at this store friendly, techie types. They replaced the port for less than quoted over the phone for $49.99 vs. $75.00 (they said it might be cheaper if when they looked at the phone and came in). I hope I dont need these guys again but probably will. I wouldnt hesitate to use them or recommend them to a friend.
