C, Hou 77042. Not even close!Al is absolutely the BEST by far. 🌟✨⭐I highly recommend Mertro by T-Moble, particularly through Al!

Very bad customer service. The manager lacks the self esteem and confidence to courteously address customer concerns. Her lack of knowledge regarding technical issues is evident by her extremely defensive and unprofessional reaction to common questions that she obviously could not answer. I would recommend more training on professionalism, effective communication and customer service etiquette. This is america and not a third world country for God sakes!I regret ever coming to this store! But if you have no choice but to come to this location, look for Jessica. She is very nice and will take care of you. Steer clear from the egotistical manager with a sorry personality who probably doesnt have friends. Shes miserable...

Dont spend any money here! The so called owner sold me a defective phone put all wrong info on my account so I cant even get into my own account that I pay for and then yelled at me when I came into the store to ask for him to replace the defective phone that Ive only had a week. It freezes and the camera light burned my finger during my aunts funeral service.

The customer service sucks really rude and they give you a refurbished phone instead of a new one like you paid for and when the device malfunctions they give you the run around between the insurance company and MetroPCS themselves
