Edible Arrangements is my go-to place for gifts that express appreciation for services rendered, love to family and friends, and special occasion remembrances. I have ordered the fruit bouquets in the past, but, for the most part, I stick to chocolate covered strawberries, which always arrive beautifully packaged, fresh and delicious. Just this week, I sent two dozen in honor of my granddaughters who will be performing at the Northshore Music Festival in Chicago. They will be served as a special treat at the gala event. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements.

I have used this locations for many years at Christmas and other holidays. They have always been very courteous and helpful! They delivered a great product, on time, and with care!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a Mothers Day gift and it was never delivered after being placed more than a week in advance. Lola the csr was rude and unprofessional. She hung up in my face and had the nerve to tell me she didnt have to give me a refund. Dont order from here. Save yourself the hassle. I will stick to flowers. Never have I ever been treated so badly.

Called for my curbside pickup order. The girl was mumbling didnt know where I had called to when I double checked with her she answered with an attitude. Asked for my name and car description and hung up on me before I could even ask a question! This is terrible customer service will not be back and will not reccomend this place.

The fruit were fresh and great. The delivery was on time, and the customer service was onpoint.

Awesome experience. A little expensive but quick. I got a call because they were out of fruit, so they upgraded the basket for me. I cant remember the name, but she was so kind, reviewing the message for me and add a few more things to make it even cooler. And because they were out of the fruit, at no extra cost! Ordered this arrangement for a lady I was seeing ...for her birthday. Imagine it was very nice. Lady and I did not see each other after that. You wanted a review......keep getting requests......this is all I know.

I use to send flowers for whatever range of occasions... happy, sad or celebratory but, however nice the thought, the quality of the bouquets or plants being delivered ranged significantly from what was advertised. Then along came edible arrangements and for the most part, what you see is what you get...never mind the recipients love them! In fact, Im about to send one to the generous friends who hosted us this past weekend! You will not be disappointed. :)

I always had a great experience with Edible Arrangement. Maybe its just my luck, but the deliveries where always on time, the fruits arrangement look great and fresh and the message was also where it suppose to be. I cannot say a bad word about it. I strongly recommend it. Its better than flowers which would die after a couple of days.

Love this location! My dad works downtown and I placed his order LAST MINUTE the night before his birthday. This location received my order first thing next morning and had it on the delivery truck by 9am. Matthew was the name of the guy delivering my order! He was AMAZING. He called me when he wasnt allowed into the building and made sure my father received his birthday gift!! Great service!

Had an awesome experience. Called and Steven picked up on the second ring. Needed the arrangement to be delivered next day in downtown Houston and this was the closest location. Wanted something for a birthday and Steven had lots of great ideas. They were able to deliver the next day first thing in the morning. It was there waiting for my Wife when She arrived at work. She absolutely loved it... and so did all her new found friends. This was my first time to use this Edible Arrangements and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again.

Terrible! My wife and I ordered an arrangement for a friend that did a good deed for us. A day passes by and we never hear from the friend saying she received it. Another day passes...same thing. So we didnt want be rude, but we reached out to our friend asking if she got the arrangement since we hadnt heard anything. She was totally clueless and hadnt received anything. KEEP IN MIND...WE HAD BEEN CHARGED. I called the store and they said that the driver could not reach the recipient when they tried to deliver. I can understand that. People are busy. But what I cant understand is why we werent notified that the arrangement was not delivered and it was still at the store with no attempts made to redeliver. I called the store only to receive no apology or anything. They just said well try again tomorrow. If I didnt call I guess my arrangement would have sat in the fridge forever or sold again to someone else for double profit.

They have some very fresh fruit and trust me delivery is on time with very generous people thanks for everything you guys

Today I ordered an arrangement for my grandmothers birthday. On the website it placed me to the E Sam Houston Parkway location that was near the location of delivery. Everything was fine until I called for an update. When I called the store that was suppose to be the store that would be doing the delivery could not find my order. Well what happened was that the store that should have been making my arrangement didnt have a driver to deliver. I did it receive a call not notification saying my order was being transferred to another store. I was also told that my order would be delivered before 3pm to it being now 1:48pm and them saying it will be 5pm. The only reason I knew anything going on with my order was because I called and waited on hold for multiple 30 minutes time periods. At the end of it all my order was transferred to 225 Main St. Houston TX. 77002. I called the store the lady who answered said she was the manager there and was very rude in the way she spoke to me. First she said she didnt call me(when clearly I had a missed called from the location and she said she was the only person there), that shes very busy and I was waiting her time because I was asking her about my order thats been lost, and that her driver left already so she could deliver it today by 5 or tomorrow. And if I wanted to continue or not. This is after I paid $104.01 on this arrangement and delivery. I will never order again unless changed and organization is made. Especially since I was given the run around and put on hold multiple times and was told I could call another store and see if they could make it and deliver it today. When my order was originally and should have been coming from there in the first place.

Horrible delivery service! Asked to have an arrangement delivered around noon the next day, was not out for delivery until about 4:30 pm. Makes no sense when most people leave work between 4:00 - 5:00pm. I recommend not spending any money at this location. Maybe there is better service else where.

Dont Order from them. I tried to surprise my grandmother for mothers day. I got a email saying it was delivered so I called my grandmother to see if she got my package. She said no, my grandmother is 84 years old and she doesnt drive and barely leaves the house. So I called edible arrangements and asked why they sent an email saying they delivered her flowers.The delivery driver said he came and nobody answered the door. I forgot to mention that my cousin, 15 years old, stays with her and literally sits outside allday.To end a long story, the delivery driver lied. He never made an attempt to deliver, even though I paid extra for delivery. The Hispanic woman on the phone told me I had to come pick it up from the store. Which is impossible seeing that Im stationed at fort bragg...they delivered it later that day! Ill never order from them again. Ill make my own chocolate covered fruit and buy some damn flowers

Order the Sunday before Valentines Day and it was delivered to my wifes office even through I missed the last number of the address. I guess since it was a business that just looked it up. The delived it fresh and she was the Envy of the office.

The only reason Im giving 3 stars because the fruit was fresh. My birthday was 8/8/18, I received Edible Arrangements from a relative, I was contacted by an employee at my job because the delivery driver was lost, which I dont understand how, that same employee showed him where I was located. I was shocked and happy to receive a gift especially from this company, so yes like most people I was at awh.... but the courier turned that feeling around he was rude and actually rushed me to print my name, his exact words can you come and print your name right here, I have other delivers. I was shocked that he actually said something like this to a customers. I actually was not going report this but then a co-worker informed me that the courier told her while looking for me whoever she is, shes not about to get her gift today. I couldnt believe this was said. Regardless of how he felt at the time due to frustration because he was running behind, he needs to keep his negative comments to himself.

The spanish lady mgr that works here is extremely disrespectful, and I will be contacting corporate. She hung up on me after saying Today is one of the busiest days of the year and its not my fault that customers place in orders the DAY OF. She then proceeds to tell me to contact corporate and then hangs up on me.The issue was that this particular store sent over my husbands order that he made as two separate orders. Not only that, but he told them that I did not make it home until 5pm. They ensured that they will place notes on the arrangement advising the delivery person to save my delivery for the last one en route. They did not do that, the delivery lady was at my home at 4pm, hence, the surprise was ruined for me. that is how i found out my husband bought me edible arrangement. I had to tell her to leave them in the leasing office instead.Apparently, there was no notes sent over from this store to the actual store that delivered my arrangement. When I go to get my arrangement, I only received HALF of the order because they sent it as TWO SEPARATE ORDERS. When i complain to the mgr about this, she basically says that there is nothing to do unless the other order is not delivered....and in that case it will be refunded. I told her that it was not the point of me receiving the orders at all. All in all, it was a waste of time and i HATE that my husband spent his money at this company. I did not feel like I was speaking to a manager, I felt like I was speaking to someone that was being overly defensive and honestly not looking to come to a resolution

LONG STORY SHORT, DO NOT BUY A THING FROM HERE. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.My sister ordered an arrangement for my birthday and so did my fiancé. My arrangement came, delivery guy had me sign to forms. Not questioning why, because, hey its a gift and their procedures I signed. Later find out, my sisters arrangment was never delivered. Driver told the guy working at the store that he did indeed deliver both. HE IS ON CAMERA WITH ONLY MY FIANCÉ GIFT. I advised them that this looks as though they are cheating the clients of Edible Arrangments. It seems as though everyone in involved and having a riot with crwating this dishonesty. The guy working seemed unfazed, his driver lied and the manager is out. I advised them refund ASAP. Make it easy, because we have 3 still frames of your lying driver and two witnesses to prove his butt only delivered one item. We can see if it was a mistake if he didnt OUT RIGHT say both were delievered. Hope he enjoyed the arrangement in the car or his lady friend. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. SPARE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE. My sister, me nor my Fiance will ever order from here. P.S. Word spreads fast. Hope you all stay a float somehow or have jobs after this.
