Placed an order online, pretty standard. I got a receipt and then read some reviews which had me sketched. Needless to say on mothers day the beautiful arrangement was delivered all the way to Rosenberg. Very happy with the results

I walked in on a whim and a young man at the front desk helped me pick flowers from the fridge. He made a flat paper bouquet that looked better than those standard ones wrapped in plastic that you can get anywhere. So glad that I stopped by, plus I’m happy to support a family business.

Extremely disappointed. My mother in law passed away on Mother’s Day. I ordered 2 spray of flowers the day before the wake. The wake didn’t start until 3pm the next day. I called around 1 the day of the wake and they stated the flowers would be there within an hour. Me and my husband get to the funeral home at 3:30pm and no flowers. I call them and was told the driver was on the way. The flowers didn’t arrive until maybe 5pm during the wake while everyone was already there. Not only this. One of the spray of flowers that I paid over $200 for were the incorrect spray! I called them the morning of the funeral to let them know and instead of them figure out how to fix it they just tried to compare the picture of what I ordered to what they delivered. I of course didn’t have time to go back and forth because this is day of my husbands mother funeral! I told them I would call back tomorrow to figure out how this issue can be addressed. I called the next morning and didn’t get an answer. No one called me back or anything. To have spent over $400 with this company, it is very disappointing and hurtful that they couldn’t make sure the flowers were correct and on time for a funeral. I will never use them again. And I wouldn’t suggest anyone else uses them either. They won’t even try to resolve their issue!

My husband surprised me yesterday with the most classy arrangement for my birthday. He had been using a large retail florist shop over the years & the last arrangement that he had spent the most on started to die on the next morning & the establishment didnt want to satisfy the order. Fancy Flowers is a small, intimate shop with GREAT personnel. Will definitely use them again.

Can’t share much about their plants and flowers or delivery of these items, but they do have great customer service and sell the best, and maybe only, salteñas in Houston.

Terrible service. I made an appointment a week in advance to pick up flowers at 4:30pm. At 2:30pm the day of, I googled how long It would take me to get to this terrible business. To my surprise, it’s says the store closes at 3pm. I then called the phone number that was listed. A man answered, after speaking with him, he assured me that they will still be open for my reservation. I drove 35mins to pick up flowers to surprise my fiancé for her bridal shower. This Horrible place was closed!!! I gave the phone number a call multiple times and was sent to voicemail.Do not shop here!!!Luckily the Angels at Plants and Petals save the day. They are only a few minutes from “Trash” Flowers Houston!

Shouldve listened to the other negative reviews. Ordered the flowers for same day delivery and they never came. After lots of calls and follow up it came the next day.The flowers are no where near the pics. I ordered a very expensive bouquet which cost almost 300 dollars and when delivered it was soo tiny and not even worth 20 bucks.Bunch of cheaters. Please be aware. Get your flowers somewhere else. They are just stealing your money.

Can I put zero stars? Although the flowers on this arrangements are really nice. It’s not what I paid for. Side by side comparisons from the standard to the premium, which I thought I was paying for. Customer service made excuses on why it looked the way it did. You pay more for a better arrangement and you should expect for it to match what you think you’re buying on the website. Would not be doing business with this flower shop again.

This place really help me get the best arrangement for a special night. I have tried other places, but they dont pay much attention to what i really want, they just wanna sell and make money. I really recommend this place, they were on time with the delivery and the price is affordable.

I almost never take the time to post, but this experience really put a bad taste in my mouth, especially when I chose to pay a premium to pay a place closer to the recipient address to ensure delivery would take place on time. One would think the date of delivery would be something a florist would take more seriously, especially when the order was made earlier in the week with a delivery date of 2/13, ONE DAY BEFORE VALENTINES DAY. What pushed me over the top was not the fact that I had to make multiple calls/send multiple emails and texts days leading up to the anticipated delivery date to make sure my order was on time (one call to put in the order, another call/text to follow up the following day since I did not receive a receipt, then multiple calls/texts the day AFTER when the flowers were supposed to be delivered, and now theyve stopped responding altogether, even though I have been billed for the flowers without a receipt). It is now Valentines Day and because I am 4 states away, I have to ask the recipient to go and pick up the flowers herself FROM THE SHOP. Thanks, Fancy Flowers, for this great V Day experience. Those that are thinking about ordering from here, do so with caution, or just find another florist that will at least tell you your flowers wont be getting there on time.

Best flower shop in Houston. You actually end up paying a tiny bit more than a grocery store but you are getting a killer deal these people know what they are doing. Wishing 0 stars was an option. My sweet friend had a bouquet delivered to me on my birthday. Lord knows how much she spent on the thing. My issues are as follows:1. They didnt bother to spell her name correctly on the card.2. When delivered, they were placed in an unattended lobby area and LEFT there. The only reason I knew I had received the gift was because a coworker happened upon them and brought them to my office.3. I have had the flowers less than 48 hours and they are dead and wilted. Making a huge mess on my desk.My place of business is on the same street as this company. You better believe I will not recommend it, and advise everyone I know in the area to avoid this shop!!! I emailed the flower shop this morning with a similar summary of my experience, and included photos. I have yet to hear back from them. This was done after I attempted to call 3 times to speak with someone to no avail. Be warned, this place is not the shop you want to represent your affections for someone with! I will not be reporting any of this to my friend who was kind enough to send them, as I feel it would upset her that her gesture was ruined.Edit: I was just called by the manager Anna, who offered an apology and stated that they would deliver a replacement arrangement today. I will continue to provide feedback as my experience progresses.Edit #2: A second delivery was made 3 hours after I spoke with Anna. Again, a very pretty arrangement. However, I feel as though this arrangement, too will not last long. The roses are already fully bloomed and the outer petals are starting to droop. I live out of town. Bought early Saturday May the 13th and they were delivered the same day to my moms hotel before their cruise. She enjoyed coming into the hotel room and being surprised by the flowers. Made her Mother’s Day.

Worst experience ever!!!Im a military member who entrusted this company to deliver my fiance flowers and give her something special when Im not there to do it myself.I sent the order to her place of work and as of now 5:52 her office is now closed and i cant reach anyone in the company to give me a status on the order or even pick up the phone to tell me that therere some delays. For a company that advertises same day delivery on order placed before 4 PM (I placed my order before today) they sure dont back this up.Single handily ruined a day that was suppose to be special and about showing your loved one a gesture on how much you appreciate them . I will never use this company again and warn buyers to beware.As of now I hope i can just get a hold of anyone who works in management and see if they have the decency to correct their wrongs.

Overpriced. Paid $65 including $10 delivery and got the bouquet picture here (hydrangea and a 4 roses). Pretty anemic. Would have gotten a better deal with discounts from a broker. Also misspelled my wifes (easy) name despite her spelling it twice.

I got a decent arrangement of multicolor roses mixed with colorful flowers delivered to my mom to the hospital after she had surgery to cheer her up. When she saw them she definitely received joy and with a big smile said that they were the most beautiful roses/flowers she had received in a long time. The room where she stayed for a few days felt alive by the bright and vivid colors of the flowers and made my mom feel better rather of feeling sick post-surgery. Also they were delivered fast and on time even though I placed the order a couple hours before the delivery time I chose.This was my first time buying from Fancy Flowers and I wasnt sure if the flowers were going to be fresh or the same as the picture I saw online but I gotta say they were beyond my expectations. I had a pleasant experience and thats why I came back to place an order for Mothers Day!

My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to me today for Valentines Day. After calling several times starting around 3:00 p.m. (no answer or they would pick up/hang up) he decided to drive over to the shop. The entire place had flowers on the floor ready to go out for delivery. While there, he witnessed the staff picking up and immediately hanging up the phone as it rang off the hook. He was told the flower arrangement was 5 feet high and needed a special truck. He questioned this, as he had only ordered me a bouquet of traditional roses. They offered to call the driver and proceed to say that the driver had JUST delivered them to me. He calls me and I tell him that no one had been here yet. He explains to them that the flowers were not delivered and they offer to make another arrangement. As he waits, he finds MY arrangement on the floor waiting to go out for delivery. They lied. They had flat out lied to his face... twice! Not only did they take on too many orders, lie to him twice, hang up the phone repeatedly rather than taking customer calls, but they had the gall to not refund him a single cent even though he had to pick up the flowers and bring them to me himself. Notice in the photo... the arrangement is not 5 feet high. I would normally assume that this type of situation occurred because it is their busiest day of the year... but reviews reflect otherwise. They are just a poorly ran business that is dishonest and could care less about the customer. He should have went to Kroger, as he would have gotten the same quality arrangement for much cheaper.

These people never delivered my flowers my boyfriend bought me and when we tried calling the calls rolled over to the voicemail box that was full. Then they hacked his account and stole 900.00 dollars on top of that. These people are scam artist and I sure will be reporting them to the better business bureau. My husband paid TOP DOLLAR for flowers and candy to be delivered to me yesterday (Valentines day). I got the flowers (which have their own issues, but that is another post) but I did not receive the candy at all. I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact the shop but there is no answer and the voicemail is full.My husband could have easily ordered from 1800flowers or someone like that but he really wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately that came back to bite us.I will be glad to update this post if/when this issue is rectified.**UPDATE: After finally speaking to someone at the shop they delivered the Chocolates to my work and sent a new set of flowers as well. I have NO problem with these flowers, they look amazing.Had this have been the first delivery I would rated 5 stars.

I called today and they were able to send 2 sets of flowers the same day, within an hour and a half of my call. I am very grateful they were able to send them promptly.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Flowers arrived with 8 dead roses. and 7 way past their prime. Who delivers an arrangement with dead flowers? Within 2 days the arrangement was 100% dead and looked like it was 10 days old....which it probably was. It was obviously an arrangement they had on display all week, and when it hadnt sold, sent out as a delivery, assuming that no one would know the difference.

I ordered a lavender flower arrangement for my mom and she absolutely loved them! I called the order in and the owner was very nice and helped me with ideas for the arrangement.

This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences of my life!I ordered Valentines flowers through their website the evening of Feb 13th because the website specifically stated they would be able to deliver on Valentines Day. I received a confirmation notice almost immediately that the order was processed and there was no indication of any issue.I left my office number as the daytime contact number and when I arrived at work Valentines Day morning there is a message from 9:02 pm the previous evening stating that they are unilaterally cancelling the order because they dont deliver to the specified location on Valentines Day!This is bad enough but when I tried to contact them on their Customer Service number this seems to be their fax line outside of business hours and is a voice mailbox thats not set up during business hours. I also called the store directly from 7 am to 10 am and left a message before business hours asking a manager to call me back - no luck! After 8 am I have been greeted with a constant busy signal. I cant believe that there was no one in the store capable of returning a call!Obviously I havent seen my credit card statement but rest assured I will be raising a stink if this charge even appears on the statement.I cant speak to the quality of their products (because I havent seen any!) but steer clear of this establishment if you expect any form of customer service. And a word to the proprietors - if you cant provide a service you shouldnt accept the order!

I have never had a worse experience. I live LITERALLY next door to this flower shop. My boyfriend sent me flowers to be delivered yesterday.The first problem is that even though the flowers were delivered yesterday, whoever delivered them told my leasing office that I had already been informed of the delivery and would be coming to pick them up. This is inaccurate. Neither my boyfriend nor I had been informed that they were delivered by phone call, voicemail or otherwise.This afternoon, my boyfriend asked me if Id gotten the flowers. So I called my leasing office. The leasing office told me that the flower shop told them that I was already informed and was coming to pick them up yesterday.Finally, I go to pick up the flowers and the girls in the front office hand me a DEAD flower arrangement and tell me (with pity) that they looked like this (read: DEAD) yesterday (flowers dont full on DIE in 12 hours in an indoor room-temperature office so I expect this is true).Icing on the cake...they spelled my last name and my boyfriends first name wrong...

I had called and placed a order for some flowers to be delivered at 10am the next day to someone a block away from them. At 12pm on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered I found out that they still had not been delivered. Wondering what could of happened I called Fancy flowers to see what was going on. I spoke to Jonathan who did nothing but lie to me. He told me that I didnt need to worry, and that the deliver man was outside the door as we spoke. After I found out that Jonathan had lied to me I called back and told him that I wanted to speak with the manager Anna. Supposedly she was gone at lunch at the time. I am very unhappy with how everything had turned out, and I wish I would have read the reviews about them before I placed my order. I highly recommend that you do NOT use this company. This was nothing but a bad experience.

Flowers were beautiful (according to my wife), when I ordered them. But in less than 24 hours the hydrangeas were already drooping and dead. I got hydrangeas for $7 from Randalls that lasted longer than these that I paid $110 for. Very disappointing. Wouldnt order from them again.

I suspect this company is fake. I purchased flowers from them for Mother’s Day, and two days after the scheduled delivery, they still haven’t arrived. Moreover, I’ve been unable to get in contact with them regarding their delivery, and thus, the only possibility of a refund will be through my credit card company. I usually send get well flowers to my friends when they are in the hospital, I have used many florists around Houston, until I met Fancy Flowers. My first encounter with their delivery Service was a couple days ago; I needed flowers to be sent to the Memorial hospital in Downtown Houston, to my surprise other florists don’t take orders after 2pm. So after trying several shops I came about this. Excellent price on a get well arrangement for my lady friend, yellow and bright colors to cheer her up.Nothing will excel their beautiful design, same day delivery and satisfying service.I wanted the flowers to be there as soon as possible hoping they would be there at least by 8pm.To my surprise when I at 5pm my friend sends me a picture of the beautiful arrangement that had just brighten her day.No, I don’t think they are that fast every time but I’m impress either way. I definitely will keep ordering from them from now on, since they go all around Houston, because:1. They make sure the know all the details before they charged me.2. Prompt Delivery service. And when delivered, if the person is not available, they leave them in the office and call the customer to inform them. (I asked them to let the recipient know) and its all taken care of.3. Their unique designs have impressed all my dear friends and some have even brag about them.5 stars are not enough

Never going back. I put a order in 3 weeks in advance before Valentines Day for a bouquet roses and flowers and told them I wanted to switch out the flowers it came with, with another certain flower. I called them 1 week before Valentines Day to confirm the order was correct and they even repeated back to me. Well when I show up, they dont have my order right and tell me they dont have anymore of the flowers I want. So they find 2 that were already blossomed and take it to the back to throw it together really quick and it didnt look good at all. So the arrangement only had 2 flowers that were blossomed and the rest were not and told me, well youre getting fresh ones. How do you get a order wrong after you repeated it back to me?!?!!? The roses were fine but the whole reason I was getting that certain arrangement was because the flower I wanted on them was my girlfriends favorite flower. They wont be getting my business ever again, very unprofessional.

HORRIBLE!!!! I got confirmation that flowers would be delivered on 2/14. I ordered morning before. Not only did they not deliver, the 24 hour telephone line is a fax, and the 713 is not picked up!!! They need to know what customer service is and follow through. BBB needs to have them shut down!! I had the same experiece as Fred Bergeron. I called them to the 3 numbers they have listed and got a fax tone. I drove from the woodlands to their shop to request a refund. When I got there only 2 pleople were working. The phone was ringing non stop. I asked the lady why the flowers were not delivered and her response was it not with in our mile radius. This information should have been listed on their website. When I requested the refund, she showed me where the order was not even processed, yet I received a confirmation number online. Worst customer service I have experienced.
