This place was super fun. Ive never actually seen a humidor room as large as this one. The custodian toured me through all the rows of the impressive variety of cigars. I FINALLY found a Camacho cigar Ive been looking for.I cant wait to come back and try more cigars!

Nice open public lounge, comfy chairs, beverages available, huge walk in humidor with a very nice selection. There is a separate lounge for members. parking is a little challenging depending on the hour. Accessories for sale, just a nice place to chill and smoke.

One of the best places the smoke a cigar in Houston. Serious Cigars has one of the largest selection of stocks that I have ever seen. Prices are fair and they often run discount promotions. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Lounge has plenty of televisions and couches to relax and catch a game or socialize.

I just went and talked with Mr. Steve. Extremely pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and great customer service. I’ve been smoking cigars for a few years but never knew what I was really buying, mostly trying. Steve broke everything down very simple for me and taught me a lot about the hobby of smoking cigars along with roots where the cigar is rolled, how and why it’s done. For flavor and taste all the way back to where the leaf came from. Along with the great specials they have, sample packs, how to preserve my humidor more effectively and why to do so. From home and during travel. Best thirty minutes I’ve spent this year! I am proud to say I’m a customer for life. Would absolutely recommend Casa de Montecristo to the beginner and to the professional. The inside humidor is amazing and has a variety for everyone and fantastic prices. The flavor of the month is always a killer deal as well. If you can’t find what you need there, you have a problem my friend. Once again, hats off to y’all! Really nice staff. The sitting areas are great. We were able to smoke and watch the games on the TVs in the back lounge. They have the best collection of cigar choices, however they are priced a little higher than I am used to.

The selection here is just outright impressive. Id say this is the most impressive selection and variety of cigars in Houston. You can even get Davidoff and hard to find sticks like the Amazon Basin. Ive been coming here every now and then for quite some time now and I have noticed considerable improvement in the warmth of customer service since the ownership change.

On Wednesdays they have great live music by The Matchsticks! ...So much fun! And the cigars and whiskey were good, too! I definitely recommend this place for date-night.

One of the most racist cigar shops I ever visited. The shop has two policies one for it African Americans VIP members and one set of policies for other VIP members. One of my friends who is African-American is a member of this particular shop all his guests are required to sign a log at the desk when they bring their guests in, I have no problem with this policy if it is being enforced equally, ironically my friends and I sat there and watch other members not only bring a guest in who werent require to sign in, but they were allowed to have their liquor bottles on the table and yet Alan who loves to enforce policy noticeably ignores policy when it comes to certain people.I asked the guys that work there why wasnt this sign-in guest policy being implemented at other stores I was told by Alan (again) that each store can create their own policies.This is the same gentlemen that not only sign my friend up to become a member but also needs his memory constantly refresh that members and veterans regardless of ethnicity get ten percent off any purchase.

I was extremely impressed with the large selection of cigars. Also there is a lounge area. I gave three stars due to staff were not helpful and offered no assistance. There were three guys were two of them were just sitting on their phone and the other just stood there and pointed at the door were we needed to enter.

A top shelf experience. Very helpful staff, great selection of name brand and house label cigars. And, a smoking room thats clean, well ventilated, has lots of TVs, and is welcoming.
