This cigar shop is top notch. Caesar greeted us right away as we walked in, followed us into the humidor and was a huge help. Very friendly and courteous and was able to make some suggestions based on what type of cigar I prefer. The prices are slightly higher than other cigar shops, but that doesnt stop me from being a repeat customer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality cigar experience.

Great Cigar shop and Lounge!

This is by far one of the best cigar lounges in Houston. I highly recommend it. Great atmosphere and amazing well educated stuff.

I walked in with my husband today and the employee working specifically said “hello sir,” as if I wasn’t right there. I was the one inquiring and making the purchase, and his response was to my husband only, and my husband was just tagging along with me and hadn’t asked any questions at all. I’ve never encountered such blatant sexist and misogynist disrespect in my life. I only continued to make my purchase as this was the request of a bride on her wedding day. When my husband told him he didn’t appreciate him ignoring and disrespecting me, he shrugged it off as if he didn’t care. Would not recommend if you value respecting women.

Outstanding customer service, nice place with good prices.

Nice spot to relax and people watch. The humidor is small but the selection fits any taste. I always stop in when in the area and usually someone to have a conversation with.My only complaint is the parking with my big truck.

Its a classy shop with a decent selection in their humidor. The staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. You cant beat the location being nestled in Uprown Park.

Embajadores is a totally revamped and renovated high end cigar lounge under new ownership. The selection is best in the city as are the people there in uptown park. Love the friendly and super educated management who are all cigar lovers. I visit ever couple of weeks and its 5 star service and ambience every single time. Wish Houston had more such awesome cigar lounges and stocked walk in humidors!!

Best place to hang out and Mort is the absolute best host. Dont even bother going anywhere else.

Great place to lay back and enjoy a stogie. It may not have as large a selection as the one down the road, but in a very convenient location and prices are very reasonable. Having the option to smoke on the couches is certainly a plus.

Love this place. Although it is missing outdoor sitting and alcohol ( you can take your own if you are a member), it makes up for it in customer service. They have really good quality cigars and the place is always impecable. Chris is really knowledgeable about cigars and is always super helpful. Im a fan and try to make it there every month or two. 👍😊

The cigars are marked way up and parking can be hard to find. Overall it’s a nice shop and has a decent selection.
