I like coming to this thrift store because I always find something that fits me at a low price. Yesterday September 9, 2021 everything was for $2 so I bought me some pants because the ones I had no longer fitted me. (Im loosing weight)

Fabulous finds. Ive found several designer outfit that were never worn....still had labels attached.

Great prices... huge array of clothing. A bit overwhelming. Not organized very well and there is a lot to look through. You can find some really nice items. I found a silk blouse on Saturday so it was $1.50. In the pictures you can see a list of the daily prices. Wednesday is .25 cent day. Not much of a selection outside of clothing. I got 9 items for 13.50. Also, got a Levi sweater in perfect condition for $1.50.

We went on a Friday and I guess they got new stock yesterday because an entire section was closed off. That was fine. However the rest of the store was a complete mess. Nothing was in the right section, which made searching for clothes very difficult. I would not recommend going to this location.

Store and selection are great. The staff at night could be a little friendlier.

Thrift Outlet. Tos place is huge! They have so much clothes,its unreal how much clothes that they have. Men, women, and children. All used but in very good condition as and very cheap. On any selected day its a special price. One day it could be .25 the next day it will be 2.00...it all depends on what day of the week it is. This particular store is clean and maintained as well as organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this store!

Had someone break into my car and the people who worked there were rude about it and they acted like they were in on it. Do not go here unless you like disrespect and people who dont have manners

AMAZING selection of clothes! beats the location off of red bluff,they are super messy,and tiny aisles. This store is well organized(as far as clothes not being on the floor,hangers on the floor),just be PREPARED to have to dig in for all the goodies. Would HIGHLY recommend..OH and sweet staff!

Not sure what the hype is about. Clothes, shoes and purses look super used and torn.

I have never been shopping at a thrift store but I had a really good experience at this outlet. They have so much clothes,shoes,etc...to choose from and the prices are awesome. I am definitely going back!!!!

We went in the first time with the stroller no problem then we went to car to change baby and when we came back in the cashier told us we had to leave the stroller at the front. Why? For someone to possibly steal it?? I know damn well their carts aren’t regularly cleaned either so I’d rather my baby be in her clean stroller. They should allow strollers in the store.

Awesome to fine deals.But would be nice when different things change they put it on the website. And put stuff out more threw the day seems like not much mens clothes here latelyAnd they need to have someone wiping down the carts. Most of the time I see standing around talking

Great place to shop if you have a large family and they outgrow everything before you can afford to buy new wardrobes.

I feel bad for the women who work here because it looks like they are constantly fighting against the mess that customers leave behind. Depending on when you come in, it can be tidy and organized or a nightmare with clothes thrown everywhere. Only critique is that when they get ready for new items to come in they’ll start packing everything in towards one end of the store and it gets difficult to look through the racks. If you’re willing to put in the time you can find great items under $2.

I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE!! The ladies that work in here need to be taught some manners!! One of the ladies grabbed my buggy to move it so she could come by with the rolling rack with a horrible attitude. I explained it was my buggy and got NO RESPONSE. All she had to say was “excuse me, is this your buggy?” Even if she doesn’t speak English, that is NO EXCUSE!!!! Whoever is running this place, really needs to either teach these ladies how to act or be FIRED for letting them behave that way!

Very unorganized but well stocked

They need to SORT the clothes better theres no reason for why the broads and underwear being mixed up in all the clothing which make it very difficult to find please fix

Attendant was rude, didnt speak good english, the other lady she called over to assist was about as rude and offered very little assistance, will not be returning to this store

Today I came to the store I was trester bad the workers where really rude... the name of the lady is erika. She didnt use her manners... i ask for something to sanitizar my shopping car because I have a baby.. she said she didnt use nothing to clean the shopping carts.. and she said she doesnt care to clean the shopping carts...I was told a employee died hereHope the owner reads this.. this lady didnt know nothing about customer service. She said she is the owner. But i dont think so.

Fantastic value! Got an $85 dress shirt which still had the original tag on it for $2! And deals like this are endless.

I came in the store Saturday and the clerk Yazbel Gamez was very rude didnt speak or answer any questions and put my change on the counter and just walked off i always shop at Family Thrift Centers all over town this was a first the staff is usually very nice just thinking i should bring this to someone attention very upset with FTC

The $1.25 price on a Sunday is fabulous! However, the store is hardly organized at all so you have to hunt for what you’re looking for. I’m talking, pants, shirts, all sizes and even kids and adults clothing mixed in with each other. It’s a great deal, it’s just not the most fun or quick thrifting excursion.

Seems like a lot of people overlook the fact that everything here is $2.00 or less.I got several pairs of Kenneth Cole slacks with dry cleaning tags still on them on the 50 cent Wednesday’s.And I actually found the staff to be friendly. They’re reasonable . I mean imagine working somewhere where everyday is Black Friday!

You get what you pay for as far as service but come on with these reviews.. The clothes are cheap - stop complaining and just come appreciate what you cget for so cheap.

Its a thrift store, dont look for customer service or fancy displays. What youll get is a huge selections of clothing and great prices. The store is usually open from 9:00 to 9:00 except few days - please check before you go. Tuesdays are a .50 cent days and Wednesays are a .25 cent days! That means EVERYTHING in the store is that price! You have to look at sizes, the racks are not always organized by size and there are no dressing rooms, but you can buy a whole new wardrobe for few dollars! Its worth the dig!

Crowded. I got ran into twice by buggys and no apologizes at all. U have to dig thru everything which is to be expected cuz it is a thrift store but they have half of the store closed & it looked like it had better stuff on that side too but overall it was good. I got a good bit of stuff for under 9$!

I enjoyed this and other many visits mostly beach use, well the clothes are in a good quality and the service was the best.

I am a regular, for 8 years, either store is the same. Personnel is rude, n now theyre asking to hang what u didnt buy. That is their job. Having to wait for a cashier sucks......some of us have a life n a job. Cant wait on a cashier, n hang what I decided I didnt want. Not all cashiers are rude but one bad apple is all it takes. U always have a sign that says u are in need of help. I have applied, n I never hear from anyone. No offense but I know I could do the job better than alot of ur employees. Nevertheless the deals are great but customer service SUCKS.

Cheap place but very unorganized and crowded

There was a long line with about 10 customers but ONE cashier. When I asked if only one was available they said yes. Despite at least 3 employees working on the floor. I put my stuff down and left. Nothing was in order. Not even grouped for sensible shopping.

Liers and misguided consumers. I shop the entire week and hoping again this ad by the door about 25 crnts wenesday and they were close? What kind of advertusement us this thetes no even an explanations about this this is just ridiculous.

Store was pretty nice for the prices of clothes the only thing that i wish they had was more bigger sizes I am a 2x and I was there for awhile searching and the sizes are not sorted at all so have to look at everything and I would find a cute shirt and it wouldnt be my size but if you are 1x or lower there are lots of cute cothes you can get. But thats with alot of discount stores they never seem to have my sizes. The ac also dosent seem to work or not very good ac because it was hot looking though everything. I like the way the store is set up and i see they are adding another part the only thing about that is my boyfriend needed to use the restroom there and when he asked to go into the part they were remodling to use the restroom they said no because you arent allowed in that part yet when the restrooms were in that part of the store so the staff was a little mean. I got some cute tees for cheep just wish the staff was nicer and there was more things my size.

You cant go bad with $2 or less per item. Prices change depending on the day. I go to this location now instead of the other one on 45 because they turned it into a regular store. Sometimes the ladies are rude so I dont care for the staff. Yes its a little disorganized and messy so you have to dig for stuff, but I always find some cool stuff or named brand clothing. .25 days is like black Friday, I stay away from that place on that day. My thing is though, everyone complains how disorganized and messy it is, but thats the adults who just throw clothing up on the rack instead of hanging it back up, then it falls on the floor, or they just plain throw it on the floor, or people not watching their kids. The staff sure doesnt go around throwing clothes everywhere. Clean up after yourselves.

Potentially some of the best thrifting in Houston. Just make sure you have wet wipes available 😊

Sometime is open on Wednesday all day and some are closed . People go all the way to the store and is closed when the website says its ope till 9pm .
