It did not last, while ruining several thousand pounds of meat and most importantly they did not warranty anything because it’s in my kitchen and not in a restaurant being abused. I see absolutely no logic in that at all either you back your product’s or you don’t. These pictures clearly show how well it has been taken care of. I am 52 years old and this freezer the most expensive freezer we have ever purchased didn’t last a year. We will now be responsible for forking out $1,000 to get this junk up and running again
@Kelly Green. This is great product, but it is up to the end user’s responsibilities to read through products info before the purchase. Like everything else you would buy. Investing thousands of dollars and not understanding policies or products info is just carelessness.Don’t blame others for your own ignorance.We have many Dukers in our restaurants across the nation.
