NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. VOICE MAIL SAYS YOU CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE

Terrible customer service I was looking for a part# for an evaporator fan I had the model number for the fridge when I called to get the part # I was cut off and interrupted multiple times and was also told I had no idea what I was speaking about. If you need any help with parts or information I would above to look anywhere else aside from here.

Yet another flaming pile of sh!t product inflicted on the American public, complete with the full spectrum of deficiencies weve all come to expect. Cheap parts made by some 12 y/o kid in china. Sh!tty customer service. Little or no literature with regards to service. The one plus is you can reach tech supports voicemail any time and leave a detailed message about your issue. No one listens to them or calls you back, but it does buy some time if you do it on speakerphone in front of the customer.

Nice place and great people with receiving... over night parking ok for truck .....
