I highly recommended this place, they work with their heart.I personally don’t know them, until one day I lost my dog in my neighborhood, had no clue where the dog go. I contacted HOA management if I can review a cameras to see if they know who pick up my little puppy. Garry and Allen do the best of the best they can by review all the cameras to help me find the location of my puppy. I couldn’t thank them enough for this huge generous. They do with their heart to someone that they don’t even know or met before. Highly highly recommend them.

Have taken several computers here. Was told they were good however, they were not abke to repair any of the 3 computers I brought there on 3 separate ocassion..so they are total strike outs as far as I am concerned. Will never used them or refer them to anyone...what a waste of time and gas.

I recently got my laptop fixed from Komputer +, i really liked the way they served.Labour charges were very less as compared to other places. The technician was really good and he sounded really confident.He informed me about all the costs in details well in advance.I am really glad to get served from Komputer+I would give them a ++ :)

I have been a customer of Komputer Plus for over 10 years and they have taken excellent care of me and my computers. Not only are they excellent technicians their customers service far exceeds my expectations every time I need to go and see them. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would give them a 15! They are friendly, they are smart, they always know exactly what to do to make my computers hummm and work well and they always go the extra mile. I cannot begin to tell you how many times my computer has been on life support and not only do they give it CPR but they bring it back from the dead. The miracles they have performed are too many to count and that is fresh in my mind as I write this today as my old laptop died this morning but by this afternoon it is alive and well! This is the3rd laptop I have bought from them. The most recent was right before Christmas and they made sure everything was working and transferred all my files and I walked out ready to get to work. When you think computers think Komputer Plus and you will so happy you did!!!

I have taken my business to Komputer + multilple times (2 different Toshiba laptops) and was thoroughly satisfied with the service I received. The staff there are courteous and the techs that worked on my laptop explained to me in plain english what was wrong and was done to correct the issue. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their computers. 5/5

My Dell laptop wasnt turning on and i took it here. The reception was good and the technician i spoke with said he would run some free diagnostic checks and let me know and then move forward from there. I was worried its a motherboard issue or something serious. Soon I got a call within 3 hours with the technician saying the problem is fixed, he reset the bios and ran some tests and all good, and said my final bill is $64.95. I was glad they fixed it very quickly, but I wasnt expecting a 64$ number since the technician said those tests are free. On my surprise i told the person I dont have a problem paying the charges but you could have said its not really free at the first place. Then his reply was like Sir no problem i can make the laptop not working again and do u wanna do that ? ! I think that reply was kinda insulting to me.

We have been customers of Komputer Plus for about ten years and have used them exclusively for computer purchases and repair. The service is always reliable but I cant say enough about the owner, Eugene and his staff. They are the nicest and friendliest people I have ever encountered in a business setting. From time to time I have had special needs. A family member lost his vision and needed big everything -- they found everything we needed and even helped with the installation. He wanted to learn Dragon -- Sheila arranged to teach him. They find software for me and when one of my volunteer groups needed a web site, they helped me set that up too. Computers are impersonal and frustrating -- but the care I get at Komputer + certainly isnt.
