I found a motherboard on their website that was perfect for my first build. When I arrived at the store, the representative told me they hadn’t stocked that board in months. What’s more, he seemed shock I wasn’t aware of their inventory (or lack there of). After apologizing for not maintaining my awareness of the inventory of a store I’d never visited nor plan to visit again, I left empty-handed.

Omar is extremely knowledgeable concerning pc components and customization. He communicated well and gave me a resolution to my case fan layout and installation. The work was done swiftly and with care. I will definitely be coming back.

The guy who works there is nice and helpful. Its like stepping through a time machine back to the early 2000s. These places wont be around forever so I think its pretty special. They do have all the technical components you would need but lacking on brand new pc type stuff.

Had a computer that stopped working so I took it to Office Depot to have a look. They did what they could with what they had but still couldnt resolve the issue. Before they sent me on my way they referred me to this place nearby which would better be able to help me. When I got there I told the guy what I had tried and how I narrowed it down to the power supply, the cpu, or the motherboard. The staff was very knowledgeable and informed me that cpus rarely go bad and that he had a spare power supply and voltmeter to test that out. So we checked the power and still the computer would not boot. So we determined that it was definitely the motherboard, and he didnt charge me at all for the diagnosis. Overall he was very helpful, and helped me determine the correct parts that got my system back up and running.

Bought a large power supply from Best Computer USA. Paid almost $100. 2 months later it died. I took it back, they tested and confirmed it was dead, confirmed a 90 day warranty - refused to honor warranty and instead tried to sell me another. After buying many items from them over the years I will never return.

They are good, been going to them for years now. Cant go wrong with this place.

These guys know what they are doing, and they get it done right, the first time.I can personally recommend Carl, one of their employees, he is a computer genius. If he cant find a way to do it, then it cant be done. lolSeriously though, these guys are very reliable in regards to pick up times and quoting the amount of time to complete the work. Normally they tell you that return time is 24-48 hours, but it rarely takes that long. I have even had instances where I left the store and I had to come back an hour later because they had already finished it.Anyways, all in all, I would recommend their services because, they are very affordable, they keep customers happy by fixing whats broke and not waisting your money, great customer service, and VERY knowledgeable staff.Sincerey,Matt
