First off the deals here are AMAZING. We walked in with intentions of only buying a refrigerator and ended up purchasing a fridge, stove and dishwasher. Christina helped us and she was SO helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything in such great detail and made the overall process run smoother. Outstanding customer service!

It was hot in the store and we were browsing tvs for over 1/2 hour. Not once did an employee offer is help or even acknowledge us until we sought them out. They probably could have had close to $1000 sale if someone would have acted interested. We purchased somewhere else
I heard about it form my friend who said we might find a open box or returned with damage appliance(washer/dryer/refrigerator/microwave etc.,). I cant say you will always get a good appliance, but I got very washer,dryer, refrigerator with minor scratches and a huge discount(almost 2000$ saving on MSRP). Mat(Manager) and Daniel helped me a lot, they are very patient in answering all my questions. They helped me with opening a best buy credit card.Even my friend also got a open box Macbook as its lot more cheaper than the best buy store.Ill definitely recommend checking out the appliance before purchasing new appliance, you might get lucky and get a good product with a very decent discount.
Its a shame that best buy, and best buy of any kind, has turned into that. Not a single employee even glanced in my direction, or even said hello or attempted to get off the chairs they were all sitting in to walk in my direction, even though no one was in the store. Second and most important to me. They didnt have a single item in the whole place that was even relevant to what I went there for. I only went there because their site said they actually had it in their store. Nope. Nothing even similar and its probably one of the main things that they carry. I guess I look at it as, if you say its available in the store on your site, please have it available in your store. Waste of my time

If you are looking for a bargain, look no further. This Best Buy Outlet has out of box stock varying from fridges, stoves, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers and TVs. Some with visible damage and others without. If you looking for a great price on an appliance for your home then this is the place to go. Staff are a little scarce but in their defense they were busy while I was in the store, a lot of sales were taking place. So give this store a try and maybe, just maybe you’ll find what you are looking for at a steal of a price.

This place has a very large selection of open box appliances and electronics. Open box can mean anything from a prior floor model, a returned item, a scratch and dent, or a previous model year. They are routinely getting in new stock a couple times a week so it may be worthwhile to go back and check again a few days later if you dont find what you are looking for. Sometimes its hard to find a floor associate but when you do they are very helpful and explain everything. The managers that I spoke with were also very helpful and informative. Overall it was a good experience.
Buyer Beware! The prices are low and they have great variety, HOWEVER do NOT expect to receive your delivery on time or at all. We were asked to wait a week for delivery and they never came! The delivery driver finally calls and curses me out when I ask why they missed our delivery! Trust me, it’s NOT worth it. The only way to shop here is if you are picking it up yourself! If you’ve had a similar experience I urge you to share your stories to warn others because this would have saved me so much time and stress had I known their delivery is worthless!!!
Very good prices but the costumer service is really bad. I usually never leave a bad comment but today I had a bad experience.. We were three people there and nobody wanted to help anybody.. I asked nicely for something to cover the stove I had just bought there since it was about to rain.. Even a piece of box or anything.. They refused to give us anything.. A lady asked them to secure her new dryer and they didn’t (she had her own straps).. Another guy asked for something to also secure his new appliance and he ended up laying it down without any straps or protection.. The attitude of the workers there is really bad.. No smiles, no energy, simply no interest..

Good experience in the store, but hot garbage afterwards. They brought me the wrong model washer and I got jerked around with bullcrap follow up appointments that were not followed up on.Do yourself a favor and just have someone pick up what you buy instead. And dont even bother calling this place because no one will answer.Refunds are not easy to get back. Your only point of contact is geek squad overseas, and I am certain I spent at least 2-3 hours on the phone with only partial fixes.
I recently bought a samsung washing machine from this outlet. It was in its packaging except for the cardboard box, still had plastic and Styrofoam on it. Got it home took the plastic and the Styrofoam off it had a dent on the bottom to where the drain pipe is and it didnt wash, spin nor drain. Now I asked the salesperson that helped me was he sure that it hasnt been dropped or anything. His response was no, if it had been dropped the packaging wouldnt be in this condition it would have been torn or dented. So now I have a washing machine that doesnt work. It has a one year warranty and it will take them a day to get an okay to fix it. This is very unexceptional, if my husband wasnt disabled and had someone to help him take it back, it wouldve been. Very unsatisfied!!! Nobody at the outlet never picks up the phone to answer or to give any information. Wont be going back nor telling anyone else about this Bestbuy Outlet. Dissatisfied and disgusted.

Great help from workers. Cant beat price for a scratch n dent. Reg 1100.00 paid 850 deliveredSet up with all new hoses etc.A used companys with refurbished machines wanted 595.00 for older non matching set. Mine total was 746.00 before delivery and cord and hoses for machine. And mine still still comes with mfg 1 year warranty. Best buy outlet was the best option for me. They have a 15 day trial. Usually most issues are found immediately. But systems are checked before they are put out on floor most of the time.People tend to pay the higher price for new to only get scratched and dented anyways.- just a thought. damaged things deserve a run in life too. Still works just not as pretty to always look at. Just laundry...
Best place to get appliances at a discount price. Merchandise moves fast, therefore visit constantly to find what you need. Excellent customer service, any issues they resolve it fast.
Found the appliances online, went to the store and was in and out in 10 minutes. No hassle from the delivery service. A few dents from open box products, yet overall they work and saved 30% than buying new.
Got a great buy on my washer! Also, was able to get to get the Best Buy, warranty! Which in experience is one of the best, most honored, warranties on the market today!

This was the worst experience ever and I’m out $600 basically. They sold me a washer and dryer and the washer is missing the hose nowhere did it state that the washer was missing the hose. The delivery men were rude when they came. The whole experience was just awful and the washer doesn’t even work. It actually flooded half my house. They don’t answer their phones or cars about their customers. I wish I would’ve just gone to regular Best Buy but sadly regular Best Buy acted like they didn’t want my money neither. Next time I’ll probably just stay away from Best Buy all together and probably do a different store because this whole experience was just gosh awful. Called Samsung and they are out of the part and saying it’ll be 4-6 weeks..... I’m basically just gonna have to purchase a new washer

Theres some decent discounts on the electronics, about 20 to 30% off regular prices. I came in on a Sunday so I dont know if they only stock during the week when theyre closed. The reason I say that is because there wasnt any good deals.They do have a huge selection of home appliances though. I didnt get a chance to browse that though.A bit far from Houston but maybe worth it if you are interested in appliances.
Like any Best Buy, do your own research and know what you want before you walk in and see if they have a competitive price.
I originally visited this location looking for a refrigerator. The refrigerators I saw in there were mostly missing items such as shelving and handles. There were also some scratch and dent items but I didnt really see anything that appealed to me. I did see a lot of selection in TVs and dishwashers and washers and dryers. Like any outlet center, youll have to go through and see what is good and what you can live with as far as missing items and scratches and dents. As far as pricing there really wasnt slash and burn type pricing due to defects but there were typically 20 to 30% discounts as opposed to the brand new with out defects or missing items. There is an area where they were taking applications for credit as well inside.
Pre-pandemic it was great. Post pandemic its just meh. Low inventory of TVs, laptops and electronics. Still some good deals to be had though on washing machines and refrigerators.
This is good option if your budget is not too much

I’ve purchased a refrigerator suppose to be delivered Saturday; but no call no show .I took a day off because I desperately needed it . I’ve called at the end of the day after so much trying to even get explanation to what happened they said I have to reschedule for Tuesday, 3 days after suppose to be delivered. Guess what … yep NO CALL NO SHOW on Tuesday again !!!!! And our online status changed to “please schedule your delivery “ so we called and got told we need to reschedule for Thursday :) so just canceled and looking for a fridge to buy .
The store is more of an outlet than I think we expected. We didnt realize they only sold large appliances and tvs. Our lack of research shouldnt reduce stars though.The store was clean and prices were easily apparent on nearly every item we looked at. Plenty of staff around to answer questions.
It’s big inside, however, my mom purchased a TV from them and it’s amazing. The condition was great and all the pieces were in the box, all for a low price of $180. It was a 43 inch TV as well with fire stick built in.
The salesperson was friendly yet the prices were not as great as I expected them to be. The prices were about the same as a new item. We drove an hour to be disappointed.
Everything is laid out, you are allowed to plug up the items to see if it works or has any issues before leaving (dont see how that would work with bigger appliances though). The sales reps are helpful with questions. My only suggestion is I wish I knew why the item is open boxed or was returned. But all purchases are final unless its defective when you get home, but you should check it before you leave the store.

Great place to buy good stuff for a good price, I got a nice 55 Vizio Oled open box for a good price, the people working there help you on everything you need and explains the details of the item, they even check the item for you and help you to put it in the car, highly recommended, would definitely go there to buy more stuff
Never ever choose theme again. I purchased a washer and dryer but they only delivered the dryer. Whenever i call they just said they not sure where was my merchandise is and expected i had to call the warehouse by myself. Call so many times no one pick up the phone. If you not sure don’t say anything to customers cuz whenever we pay for the delivery fee they said on Saturday and don’t seem like they try to help customers at all
Updates from a one star to a three star:Had a problem with the order initially as two of the three applicants we bought was damaged upon delivery . We rejected one of them due to the severity. The process to exchange and get a new item delivered involved returning to the Outlet and choosing another item. A bit inconvenient but we ended up with a washer that’s perfect. They discounted the item for our inconvenience even more than it was already discounted. Overall a moderate experience that if you can “prepare” yourself ahead of time you may find this is not a bad place to get appliances.
I was looking to purchase a laptop. The handful that were displayed were in fair condition with too many issues(damages) for the pricing.

Very bad experience with customer service. They delivered our fridge but did not install as contract, claiming that the copper line is to be replaced (we had no issue with other vendors with this line) before they install it - on their contract we don’t see anywhere the so call “no installation if there is a copper line !!!). They then suggested refunding total cost within 3 days but it is more than 1 week we did not see any refund, really bad experience. The business will not survive if they keep ignoring and breaking their contract/promise .You will have much better service with Home Depot !!
Horrible customer service, inventory not matching website, cant call ahead or talk to anyone (they claim they dont even have phones), management doesnt care when you ask why no one will call you back, dont expect much and you wont be disappointed

If i could give less than 1 star i would. This has been the WORST service I’ve ever experienced!! First off my wife and I came into this store to look at washers as ours went out and we needed a new one ASAP. We found one decently priced with little cosmetic damage. I asked for assistance to be told all the associates were busy and we’d have to wait. So we went and stood next to the one we were interested in. We watched multiple associates walk around aimlessly on their phones, chatting with each other NOT helping customers. I watched several more people walk in and get helped right away. After about 20 mins of standing there waiting to be helped someone asks if we’ve been helped then when i say no he says someone will be with me shortly. I wait about another 15minutes to be helped pretty much to say if I’m interested in it here’s the slip and go to the front to check out. I was literally the next person in line and watch another couple cut in front of me and get helped. When i say something after they leave they said “oh i didn’t see you, sorry” .. which is ridiculous and at this point if i didn’t need a washer as bad as i do i would have left. So i purchase the washer and it being Saturday i am told it won’t be delivered until Wednesday. So come Wednesday my wife gets an email it’s on it’s way and expected delivery is 8:50 am. That time comes and goes nothing still waiting. We waited until 10:50 2 WHOLE HOURS PAST til I’m fed up and call asking where it is. Just to be told my item was damaged and it’s not coming. WHAT?! And no one had the courtesy to call and let me know this information. I would have still been waiting if i hadn’t called myself. They explain someone will be in contact with me within 24 hours with a new product and to schedule my appointment. I’ll let you guys guess... NO ONE CALLED. I got nothing. My wife didn’t receive an email until about 10 am the next day with NOTHING about the damaged product just stating to schedule my delivery appointment. And now i have to wait until next Monday for it. I called this morning frustrated and not wanting to wait this time since the agent i spoke to yesterday said i shouldn’t get it any later than Friday (tomorrow) BULLS*%#!! I was on the phone this morning for 30 mins before they finally after asking multiple times put me through to a manager. I waited 45 mins on the phone for it just to hang up on me!! Nothing resolved. I called back and got hung up on again. No one has called me back. This is obscured. And at this point i want the $700 i spent on this product that i don’t even have back. Steer way clear of this horrible place.

Bought a refrigerator and the refrigerator works good
I would go there before I would to any Best Buy Store after my recent adventures. I have been shopping washer and dryers for the past 3 weeks. Every time I thought I found a deal something got in the way. This past week I visited 5 Best Buy stores. Three in which had the exact same deal. It was an LG front loading washer and dryer. The dryer was marked down. Best Buy was out of stock and they were not ordering anymore or them but they would not sell the floor model.I also went Home Depot, Lowe’s, Sears, and I shopped online. I couldn’t find anything with a decent price.By chance and I do mean by chance I ran across Best Buy’s Outlet Store online. I didn’t even know that they had one. Their prices are extremely low. The products are still new. I walked in and within 10 minutes I found what I wanted. The people that work there are great. I even saved over $750.00.
We had our stove delivered and it got extremely damaged in the warehouse. They were great on giving us a refund. And Daniel was great
I almost dont want to tell anyone or even review this place. I feel like I want to horde all of those 42 4K TVs @ ~$140 to myself. Set em up in all of my closets, the pantry...maybe use one as a coffee table.

They have a lot to choose from. You can definitely find something if you dont mind scratches. The dryer that we purchased though, when they dropped it off I told the guy to turn it on and he didnt want too. I said yes u need too....it. Wasnt balanced...and he knew it. He needed to take that back and dont want too. So beware of that. The purchase inspection order was even signed saying all ok.

Were thankful that we were able to find a refrigerator on a spur of the moment notice! They had many to choose from and the staff were nice, helpful and very capable of helping us find what we needed and to answer our questions! Thanks again and well visit yall first next time we are in need!
Go shop there on weekends only and find the best deals you cant find anywhere on brand name appliances and electronics. Deals you cant lose out on.

Surprised. Y selection and friendliness of the staff. I got some reason thought they were only open on weekends but it’s open each day which is way more convenient.

This store is full over amazing deals for large appliances and TVs! It was mentioned to us by a best buy employee who saved the day for us. If you are looking for any large appliances on a budget you should check this place out. Moat of the inventory is still in good condition and you can save hundreds or even thousands of dollars! Everyone was so helpful and friendly as well! The one thing to keep in mind is that it is only open a few days a week so plan accordingly!

The location of the store was very easy to find. As soon as you walk in the store does look a little bare, but the prices here are great. Youre clearly able to see the discounted price, the condition, and if theres anything missing. The associates have no problem helping you check the condition of the boxes items as well.
Went in to check out and left with our new fridge! Definitely coming back to check out the TVs and laptops they have! Only thing that sucks is that it is only open on the weekends.
Pretty impressed with the inventory and prices. Only open Saturday and Sunday, noon to 7pm. I REALLY like the hours. Means the hang onto the inventory longer. They have tons of washers and dryers to choose from, lots of computers and and fair selection of TVs. No long lines either. Going to bring my husband when I go back.

Good options for items that are scratched and or dented. They get inventory every week. Downfall they only open on weekends. Plan on being there for a bit because you have to really inspect your best options. Delivery is a pain. The installers are in a huge rush I mean huge. I cant even explain how impatient they are. Also they failed to install my refrigerator even though I had made arrangements for their 6 hr. window of arrival. So I had to schedule another visit. Best buy gave me $50 dollar gift card. Which is not of much value considering the 12 hr. Window time frame. I mean thats peanuts considering how much I paid $$$$ and time lost. The staff at the actual store is helpful. You save some money but in exchange you give something else up. Theres other stores outthere with similar products better service. Also they came to install my fridge the with the water line and no water is coming out.
Heard from other Best Buy location, that they have a outlet store. Received a great service from Christina, she was very helpful. Walked out with 3 appliances (2 dryer & 1 washer) and have it deliver next week, in and out quick with her help. Overall very happy with the experience.

I visited the Willowbrook store looking to purchase an open box laptop. I was greeted by Daniel, a very nice young man, who was extremely helpful. I take my time making decisions, and Daniel was very patient, as he showed me a number laptops and explained the differences in detail. He was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and because of his assistance I was able to purchase the perfect laptop for my needs. I will definitely be shopping at this location again.
