This is one of the worst eye doctors that I have ever been too. Staff is extremely lazy abs never wants to do their job. All they do is sit behind the counter and eat and no one ever wants to work or provide services to people. The lady that initially helped me was kind but the other staff members did nothing at all to assist her.. Hazy and Vi are the people that did not assist in any way possible. I needed my insurance to her verified and instead of them calling the lady advised they just looked on the website and could not verify did not even want to attempt to get on the phone and call provider services. Lazy. This is not the first dealing I have had with the staff being so unprofessional and rude. I wonder why they never have a lot of people in their office. The staff sucks. I would definitely never recommend.

Worse experience ordering glasses, this place is unprofessional they will try and squeeze every dollar out of you. I was misquoted 3 times on a pair of frames just the frames and with insurance they jacked up the price even more. Saying we have to charge for every little fee.

Office staff are terrible and so unhelpful. I called Saturday Feb 6th and spoke to some guy name Andrew who was so rude and had no customer service experience or communication skills. I am a Registered Nurse and I know how people should be treated. Dr. Tran should fire him and hire someone else. He does not deserve this job. I saw her last Thursday and was told by David I would be given a call back and it has been over 1 week and havent heard anything. Absolute terrible service and office staff. Dr Tran is amazing but she needs new staff.

Literally the best staff I have encountered for eye care. Every appointment I left with a peace of mind. From the receptionist to the doctor they truly made me feel cared for. It was my first time purchasing with insurance and I had plenty of questions for billing and all of my questions were answered! The place is also very clean and well maintained. I totally recommend all spectrum eye care facilities.

Ive been going there for many years. Its the only place Ill use in town. The doctor the optometrist and all the employees a very competent and very friendly.

Im not sure how I want to rate Spectrum. During the exam Dr. Tran was going so fast with the different slides that it concerned me that my prescription wouldnt be correct. I didnt say anything at the time but I should have. Before I went back to get my frames I called to ask them to email my prescription so that I can file it with my other medical files. Two days later I went to pick out my frames but wanted to make sure that they had my prescription correct on paper. He printed out the prescription for me but it was not the same prescription that was emailed to me. I got frustrated and irate and acted very poorly because something was definitely not right here. After speaking to Dr. Tran and letting her adjust the prescription on PAPER without performing another eye exam I stormed out of there and refused to buy my frames there. I took my prescription that was emailed to me and went to TSO and bought my frames. I picked my glasses up today and sure enough the prescription is way off. TSO suggested that I give it a couple weeks to see if my eyes adjust to the prescription but if not Ill be heading back to Spectrum for them to make this right.

Staff were super polite and helpful! In and out for an exam and a contact fitting.

Clean comfortable office and exam rooms. The office staff is very patient, professional, and kind. The doctor is efficient, professional, and kind. Took time during my screening and eye exam for accuracy. When my husband and I asked for specific details of our eye lens and frame purchase all of our questions were answered. My insurance was accepted with no problem. My out of pocket purchases were greatly discounted. This office has lots of very nice frames. I will return here for my next eye exam and anytime I purchase frames.

I love the remodel! Construction is nice.. I recently moved so the N Eldridge location is closer to me now but W Tidwell is closer to my job.. I stopped in to have my glasses cleaned & adjusted.. I love the new look & new options for frames! Dr. Tran is awesome! Keep up the great work!

I recently scheduled my daughters annual eye exam at Spectrum Eye care and was extremely satisfied with quality of the patient care. The staff staff was very friendly and inviting, the technician that worked up my daughter seemed to have a knack for working with kids, and the optometrist, Dr. Tran, seemed very competent and wasnt all about selling product. Overall, I had a very positive experience and will definitely be going back for my own eye exam.

Easy going reception, tech, and doctor. Quick visit. I dont buy vision insurance and they were the best priced in the neighborhood for that as well as the friendliest. Nice clean facility too.

I have taken my daughter here the last 2 years. The staff is nice the optometrist listened to our concerns & took the time to make sure she had the correct prescription. Its very close to the house too! The only thing I would change is I wish they had a bigger variety of frames

Very nice building from the outside. Walked in and wow what a big disappointment. It looks like construction was going on in there. I asked the receptionist where the kids glasses where and she said oh we dont really have a section their all over the place from that wall to this end 😒 oh okay I guess Ill help myself out I tought to myself. I think Ill stay with the elridge location. I was almost about to transfer over to this location because its so much closer to me but this experience made me realize it was not worth it. I dont know how the optometrist are with their patients I never got to see them or have an appointment with them so I cant give a review about them. 💁🏻

Worst eye place ever. Do not come here. It is nothing but a scam. I have VSP insurance and I know my insirance gove me an allowance on frames or wholesale allowance. This practice does not follow that allowance. I called VSP and the agent told me this is fraud. Doctor rushes you out doesnt seem to care. DO NOT COME HERE.

The doctor went out of town after my first vision check and no one could find my prescription when I decided after trying the trial pair that it needed to be fixed. The worst part is that the replacement doctor used a few notes leftover to GUESS what the original prescription was. The new trial contacts were uncomfortable, did not match. A month later they find the original prescription and Im given a trial pair while I wait for the contacts I bought through them to arrive. I tell the rep at the front desk the numbers dont match the prescription and he says dont worry it doesnt have to match exactly well guess what my vision was blurry and very uncomfortable and did not improve despite you saying they will adjust after a while! I would never recommend this office to anyone

I just want to say that everyone at spectrum eye care is amazing, i have gotten the most amazing customer service and care from this office. dr tran is so very caring about her patients and their needs, as well as her office staff. when i came in for my eye exam they had some puppies that had been dumped by someone who couldnt care for them and the staff at spectrum took the time to find the puppies homes. i helped with that by fostering one of the puppies and finding her a home, shes doing amazing in her forever home. i would suggest this company to anyone who is in need of affordable and reliable vision care! also, i recently discovered that contact lenses just arent going to work for me, i dont have the time to put them in with 2 children and it bothers me to put my fingers in my eyes plus the feeling that something is in my eye bothers me greatly, so ive contacted the office and they are allowing me to receive a credit to exchange the contact lenses for a new up to date prescription eye glasses.. thats amazing customer service right there! ultimately all i can say is i love the way ive been treated by the staff and by dr tran! i will be a loyal customer for sure!
