He was very nice and waited a long time while I made my glasses selections. He made sure I was comfortable with my decision and was very patient. One of the best experiences I had at any retail store!! The General Manager assisted me, his name was Anthony, he is very knowledgeable on every product I asked him about. I can talk a lot and ask a plethora of question, he answered every question and was very patient with me. You guys do a great job, Will definitely be back for some new frames.

I had such a positive experience at Lenscrafters I felt compelled to inform others. Prior to the pandemic, I have been a returning customer. They have done an outstanding job in keeping a good flow of customers in the store. There are times during peak hours where you have to stand outside but it’s not a bad wait at all. When you go inside, you’re handed a tray and they let you know to put everything you touch on it so they can sanitize it (brownie points here). Anthony, the manager, was great with greeting me at the door and ensuring I had a good experience shopping for my next pair. There was a pair I saw on their back table they still needed to sanitize and Jackie, the assistant manager, cleaned it before proceeding with the other 50+ frames so I could try it on. During my most recent visit, I did witnessed a customer voice her dissatisfaction to the manager and left a bad review because she came in mostly to look. If you come in, you should be aware we are still in a p-a-n-d-e-m-i-c. The staff is doing the best they can to assure the safety of the customers and maximize the shopping experience. Be conscious of why you are there and what you choose to touch. Overall I will continue to support this business in the future and would encourage others to visit if you’re looking for some quality glasses 🤓

On the morning of the 4th, I accidentally rolled over onto my glasses. I called LensCrafters and spoke to a very nice lady who said they were open and to come on over to look at the glasses. I want to share what an incredible manager you have in Daniel Sanchez at the River Oaks Shopping Center in Houston. Two years ago, he worked with me for 3 months to get my first pair of progressives just right. I had a terrible time adjusting and he was patient with me as we made and remade glasses trying to satisfy me. I cannot say enough about how great he was to work with. Two years later, he not only remembered me, he remembered my name and my car. He is a truly unique and wonderful guy and a great representative for your company. He deserves the employee of the year award if you have such a thing. He’s the reason I returned. His assistant manager, Heather, was also pretty great. Thanks!

Received my eye exam and ordered glasses same day. Dr. Nishi and her staff were so efficient and polite. Covid precautions are taken seriously, masks are required upon entry then you are immediately led to wash your hands. In and out of the exam within 30 minutes.At Lenscrafters (same site) Anthony was INCREDIBLE, loved his energy. Hes genuinely kind, and knowledgeable in every aspect of his craft, from perfect frame selection for your face, lenses you may need, brand and company information--hes your go to guy! I never felt I was being upsold for the sake of commission. Great experience all around!
