They have a new doctor and staff. Very glad I gave this place another try! Everyone was very helpful and the doctor was great.

I had my Eye exam next door and glasses there on 2020, it was a great experience and the store associate Infrah, was very helpful and courteous she helped me with my needs. I went there on Saturday 6 of March 2021, for my yearly eye exam; I went into the store to get a frame. The associate that assisted me is a guy, I told him I wanted a second pair of glasses, I choose a $99 frame I liked, and the price he told is was $800 plus !!!!!! OMG I have insurance and asked him to check with the insurance and he said, that was the price. I felt so bad because he didnt even gave me options or some other ways to get a better price. I have never gotten a so high amount per pair of glasses. Thats unbelievable, not going there anymore.

The lady named Ifrah was very nice she went out of her way to make sure we left satisfied.

I broke my emergency glasses and needed new ones. Visionworks fit me in their schedule, and had the largest selection of frames with all budgets so I didn’t need to go anywhere else. The staff (JP) measured my glasses to fit them for me. Highly recommend going here for new glasses!

Such a wonderful visit as always. JP was awesome and worked with my daughter to ensure she was fitted properly for each pair of glasses we ordered. Coming in for adjustments and maintenance is super easy and quick.

The lady there acted like I was doing her a favor! I don’t know if she was having a bad day or if that is just her personality but you couldn’t pay me to go back in that store I went to another Vision Works out on Pratt Road in Katie and those people were excellent to deal with I would recommend if you go by the Vision Works at Memorial City Mall that you keep going by it because this lady and there is just absolutely rude

Christa is the best! She was so kind and helpful when helping my kiddo choose new frames. I really appreciate the time she took with us and in making sure our insurance was in order. She even adjusted my prescription sunglasses for me! As always, the Memorial City location tech had the glasses done very quickly. Highly recommend Visionworks at Memorial City mall for awesome customer service and great glasses!

Worse customer service ever. Very slow and not enough people working. Rude manager told me I did not read my text message saying I needed to schedule a appointment for pick up. Said we can give you your glasses but come back to have them fitted. Been coming here for years but looks like I will not be back!

Such a great experience! My associate was Chasity, she was patient, calm, knowledgeable, and wasn’t trying to rush me out the door. She took her time explaining the products and different options, her recommendations were top notch and made me feel well taken care of. I was here a couple weeks ago, and never got around to writing a review liked I said i would, but my experience here was unforgettable, my associate Chasity was so sweet and kind. She made me feel welcomed and that I mattered as a customer. She asked multiple questions to make sure I got everything I needed/wanted. We had a very good experience! Very big selection which was great since my husband has particular taste and cares about getting glasses with details. Cassandra was very efficient in checking us out and making sure we had a good and accurate fit! She also help give and opinion between two pairs of glasses, great to always get a second opinion! Very friendly. I like that you can choose to get a text about when your finished glasses are ready.

Prescription was slightly off once I got the glasses, but they let me redo my exam to correct it. Been coming here since age 12; Im 34 now. Unbeatable deals and prices. You can even come in with your own frames, and theyll fill the prescription in them.

I don’t recommend this place! It was the worse experience. It took almost a month to get my son’s glasses and when I went to pick it up they not even bother to try them on to see if it fit or not. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
